Loved the location of this hotel ... train took us from airport to station right beside hotel (with one change over) ..... huge hotel but no big queue for check in which was great and they also gave us complimentary early check in which was lovely. My only minor thing was there was a mini bar in room but it was empty and not even a bottle of water in the room.... but only a minor issue and I was able to go down and purchase a bottle in the lobby but it would have been handier in room. Lovely r... Read more

Went to Berlin in December 2016 (a week before the terrorist attack) - having never been there before I read as many reviews as I could and found them most helpful - from leaving the airport to the train to the hotel - very easy to follow - one point however I did not see mentioned was that the lowest denomination the machine will take for the train ticket is ‚?¨10 - so beware if you arrive with no small change. The Park Inn Raddison hotel was ideally situated - just out of the train station an... Read more

This is a decent hotel in a very central location in downtown Berlin. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful- we couldn't have been happier with them. Breakfast was also good (you won't walk away hungry). We weren't entirely thrilled with our visit, however, and checked out after one night. Wifi was not included with our room (the hotel had a long list of add-on charges, which is kind of a turn-off for us). The layout of our room with respect to the bathroom left a lot to be desired. This hotel is all about the view. And I really enjoyed the view. But the sleeping comfort is horrible. The duvet and especially the pillow need replacement. The room has no special unique or cosy design, had a single bed and was small. I wouldn't place a business guest here.

First it took about a half hour of standing in a queue to check-in. Only two or three on the desk, while some staff closed their check-in. I appreciate their shift may have been over, but with about 25 people waiting to check-in, the manager should have asked them to stay to speed things up. You have to pay for internet, ‚?¨9,99 unless you're a member of Club Carlson. I've been to many hotels and they just don't charge for internet anymore. It says 1-day, but that's not 24 hours. So if you ... Read more

The Park Inn can be seen from all across the city and the view from the top is amazing. The room was utilitarian but comfortable enough though we missed not having tea making facilities. The hotel is well situated for shops and within walking distance of the Brandenberg Gate and other famous sites. It also had an amazing Christmas market on the doorstep.

Very good location-easy to trip around the city. Hotel was clean but we expected a bit more. Had some minor irritators like safe out of order, the phone not working and wifi for extra money. View was great. Overall -we'd stay again only for the location.

Was a nice hotel, very clean, great area, nice interior design, however a few problems that really made me decide not to stay here ever again (go to Berlin every year). 1). Rude staff. Seen this a few times, was a busy time of the year, as I understand but woman upon check in was extremely rude. I speak German so asked how she was, and was met with a blunt, rude response. 2). Paid for upgraded corner room, beautiful room with nice views. However no fridge so waking up thirsty with no access... Read more

A big very impersonal hotel. The room I had was fine and the open plan bathroom and toilet didn't bother me. I found the room very hot despite turning the thermostat right down. I used room service once to get additional pillows and the service was very good. It was good that you were invited to put your own drinks in the mini bar if you wanted. My comparison with Ryan Air is that everything appears to be extra. You paid extra for wi fi (why does a hotel like this find in necessary? Its free in... Read more
