We were promised a discount on the way in and we're not told full information about the discount by staff members. When we went to pay we were told we could no longer get the discount and could barely afford the meal as it was so over priced. Had we been told from the start that we could not get a discount we would have just eaten else where without issue. We felt conned! The male manager was very unhelpful and not understanding about our situation at all. On another note If the main meals say... Read more

I stayed there for 3 nights..... the room was nice however there were no coffee and tea facilities in the room The pillows were small and uncomfortable and caused me neck pain There were nearly 60 channels on the TV but only 3 in English and they were news channels WiFi in the room is available at 9 euros a day which is really expensive The staff were friendly and helpful and the bar had a great atmosphere at night time Unfortunately wouldn't go back

Stayed one night at Park Inn by Radisson on a business trip to Berlin. Knowing Berlin and all the interesting, less-touristic areas, I wouldn't choose to stay here another time. Alexanderplatz is famous, indeed, but not particularly interesting or appealing. Best thing about the location is the proximity to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn station, which makes it easy to get around the city. And the view of the Fernsehturm from the room is nice, of course. Apart from that, just a pretty ordinar hotel to a ... Read more

The hotel is was full with several groups, as FIT's who have came from the Internet they didn't much care about us. The guest before (and many other) smoke in the room and therefore the room was full of cigarettes smell. The breakfast was great, huge variety and could eat nothing till late afternoon. Afterall, a good location and next to Alexanderplatz station but expensive and awful service

Really good location Easy to get to from train just a two minute walk All transport at your doorstep Sightseeing bus taxis tram underground Only thing that disappointed me was that there wasn't many places to eat and drink Couple of restaurants plus normal fast food We chose to walk to the Hackesche Hofe which is about ten minutes away Plenty of eateries plus Kilkenny Irish Bar Only downside of the hotel was no teasmade in room Plus if you go at a weekend breakfast was mayhem Staff like headles... Best location for a very busy hotel!! Right in Alexanderplatz, you couldn`t ask for a better place to start, right in front of a lovely christmas market if you visit during the season. The service was very efficient and friendly. The hotel has everything you need. Basics (included in basic price) and more (previous paying). Maybe the lifts, as, on busy times on the morning, became a bit of a nightmare, as they were always busy and took a bit 'too long' to go down or go back to the bedroom. Apart... Read more

My wife and I stayed here for a long winter weekend in Berlin and we'd stay again if only for the location. Pluses were the cost, location (great for teams, overground, underground & taxis), decent hotel bar, lovely breakfast and fantastic in house Berlin tourism team who were on hand to give tips and share local knowledge. Negatives were chargeable wifi, having to pay a nominal sum to store baggage pre check in and the attitude of some members of staff (2 particular individuals).

First time visiting Berlin, and after looking through areas and hotels we decided on the Park Inn. Glad to say it didnt disappoint, room was clean and yes bathroom area is rather open but a curtain is there if want some privacy. Beds are comfortable, but we did ask for extra pillows which were placed in room for our return. The breakfast provided was good, great variety on the buffet style restaurant. Location couldnt have been any better, across square from Alexanderplatz Station, and we felt... Read more

A friend and I reserved a room with 2 separate beds but got a single one. Also the shower was transparent, which was a little awkward... The rooms itself seemed dirty: there was dust on the table and stains all over the carpet and the walls. Some good points: they put fruits and a bottle of water on our table as a welcome. There was a little fridge where we could put beverages or little snacks. The cleaning lady came everyday. The hotel is so huge that it is very easy to find on the Alexanderpla... Read more

we stayed I n the Park inn for 2 nights in January . Check in was quick efficient an friendly . We had a room on the 33rd floor with a fantastic view of the city.. The room itself was very clean and modern although the toilet and shower area are a biit open plan. The room was cleaned both days and kept supplied well. The breakfast was a buffet which supplied for all tastes. It was very busy but there were no delays . The hotel bar was very pleasant with entertainment both nights. We did not eat... Read more
