Hotel is clean, not so spacious but it doesn't matter. There is a kitchenette in our room which has the basic things u would need to make a meal. Knives, plates cooker, microwave etc. Wifi was okay, I have read other travellers review that the wifi is slow but during my stay i am happy with the wifi. Breakfast was not so variety but I am not so fussy. They had toast, cereals, some meat to go with the bread. Overall I am happy with my stay here.

This Hotel was great. The room was quite large with a small kitchen in the corner. My wife was very happy that she could make a coffee or tea when every she wanted. The hotel is located very close to the Berlin's most expensive shopping street. A small walk and great restaurants and pubs of the Kurfuerstendamm area. The room was fitted with very good amenities one would require for their stay. The staff at the reception were very friendly and offered free coffee. Free Wifi was provided. The smal... Read more

18 months ago I stayed for a week and rated it highly. Unfortunately I can not do that after my recent stay. Something has really gone wrong at this hotel. My hotel room bathroom was not clean when I checked in. The previous guests hairs were all over the sink. Housekeeping had obviously not cleaned it. The hotel wake-up call system is apparently out of order. For travelers needing this for a transatlantic flight this is a disaster. I went to the front desk in person and was assured I woul... Stayed here for seven nights on a recent city break. Not our first Aparthotel but our first time at a Citadines property. We were not disappointed. Very pleased with the room which was immaculately clean and looked as if it had been refurbished not too long ago with nice furniture and furnishings and a pleasing colour scheme. Well soundproofed too and blackout curtains which kept the light out for easier sleeping. Bathroom was nice with easy to use controls for bath and shower, good lighting ... Read more

A very central location for exploring Berlin and neighbouring attractions. Staff are mostly friendly. Meals offered could be more reasonably priced. I would recommend this facility for seasoned travellers.

First off, the location of this ApartHotel is really great! It's near Kurfuerstendamm, which is the equivalent of 5th avenue in Manhattan. I really loved taking walks up and down that road in the evenings. The hotel is also in a quiet part of town, so you'll have peace and quiet when you come back to your room after a long day of traveling and sightseeing. The people at Citadines were very clever, and situated the hotel right across the street form a supermarket, allowing us to make use of the... Read more

My wife and I spent 12 nights here in March and loved it. The location, as other reviewers have mentioned, is great! It's just two blocks off the Ku'Damm and multiple bus routes which can get you to Wittenbergplatz U-Bahn station in a couple of minutes. So very convenient. The "apartment" was sizeable and very comfortable for the two of us. The kitchen, while small-ish, was plenty big and we loved having breakfast each morning in our room. The dishwasher was certainly nice to have as well.... Read more

Stayed twice, both rooms fairly minimalist but sparkling clean, air con, large windows that open, lifts, good kitchen, helpful reception staff, great deli across road. Situated on Olivaer Platz/ Kurfurstendamm with buses to Tegel airport, the Zoo and Charlottenburg Palace. There is a pleasant seating area off the entry with WI-fi.

Nice and quiet hotel, friendly staff, moderately priced, clean rooms with internet. Everything you need, no more, no less. Its located near public transport with easy accees to the rest of Berlin, good restaurants nearby and supermarkets for shopping groceries. We had the kids in seperate room, but the two rooms were connected by a door, great idea.

(+) Room with kitchen was very convenient - there was stove, frigde, cookware, even dishwasher with detergent. We could cook breakfast and dinner and it was much cheaper than eating in restaurants (in Berlin even fast-food is very expensive). There are big windows in the room and if your room is located in the courtyard side it is very quiet. There are several good shops with food and a supermarket near this hotel. Public transport stations are rather close, despite hotel is quite far from cit... Read more

Good location, not much else. Small rooms, under-equipped kitchen, clumsy garage and unfriendly staff. Not up to par with other Citadines. If you are a leisure traveler, you may want to check lodging alternatives in nearby Postdam, which is cheaper, less crowded and an easy subway ride to and from Berlin (fare included in some of the Berlin Welcome Card).

Travelling as an extended family of 4 adults we were lucky enough to secure a 1 bedroom apartment and a studio room next door to each other on the top floor. The rooms were clean, comfortable and having a kitchen was an added bonus. The view over the streets and garden below was fantastic and the apartment was bathed in sunlight.

I had a very enjoyable stay here. Rooms included mini-dishwashers, regular kitchenware and appliances (with the exception of an oven. There was a microwave that offered grill functions and a stove top instead). The rooms were bright, we had access to a safe. Overall Im glad for my experiences here.

First off, many thanks to "chelydra" (17 Feb 2016). That review was spectacular. I used it like an instruction manual and it worked a treat. My room was on the 7th floor overlooking Olivaer Platz. Wonderful to look out of the window and have a view of the small park. The lay-out of my room was a little strange. One had to squeeze past the bed to get to the kitchenette but I got used to it after a day or two. On one side of the bed is a slanted wall which was painted a light colour so it was ha... Read more

My first time in Berlin and my dream to be in this wonderful city came true on 19 August 2015.. I??ve been there for 5 days and I stayed at Citadine Hotel. It was the best choice we could do! The hotel is just a few meters away from the U-Bahn Adenauer Platz and many buses pass in front of it, in Kurfürstendamm Strasse. Additionally, Airport Tegel is pretty close, just take the bus number 109 outside the airport and within 20 minutes you will be at hotel. The neighborhood is very safe and ... Read more

First time to Berlin, stayed at Citadines. We stay at Citadines when we travel. Great location, near three railway stations and bus stops. Although we were on holidays, it appeared that the hotel accommodated a majority of business travelers. Reception staff were very average to us 'Holiday Makers' except for a very caring and thoughtful person called Anka They need to realize they have a wonderful hotel, not only for the business traveler in suits etc, but also for those people that are on holi... This was our fourth visit to Berlin and have usually stayed around Alexanderplatz so staying at the Citadines on our whistlestop two night visit after Dresden gave us a truly different perspective on the city. I cannot fault anything about our stay here and can say with certainty that I would return and recommend to everyone on Trip Advisor. The whole place was truly spotless and I passed a room being cleaned on our departure day and was in awe of the effort being put in by the two staff doing s... Read more

Our stay at the Citadines Kurfurstendamm in Berlin was very good. The apartment is centrally located to train stations and dining options as well as a supermarket if you want to cook your own meals. Room was clean and well equipped with the essentials. Apartments are boutique and weren't overcrowded for breakfast, Staff service was excellent - pleasant and helpful which made our stay all the more enjoyable. A great place to stay if you're on a budget or travelling with family.

Stayed in this hotel for three weeks, and the staff on the reception was permanently unfriendly and rude. Could not give extra key, made us paying 20 euro (?) for pretendedly damaging (hardly visibly, no idea, maybe the little stain was there before) the table in the lobby. Not only we had to pay that money, they were also annoying us changing their minds about the time of payment, calling early in the morning about that, etc. Taking into account the price of the room for that period, I guess, t...
