We had a really nice stay here. Great location close to Paddington and Central line as well as right opposite the Park. Very clean and nicely furnished rooms. The bed was really comfortable as well. The nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch and the breakfast was perfectly good for the price etc. cheerful welcome from the staff too. I'd happily stay here again.

I had a terrible experience while staying at this hotel. 1. When I came back from work, I found an empty case of condom on the floor, which I felt quite insulted. 2. There was no core of toilet rolls; extremely inconvenient. 3. The shower handle to adjust water temperature was broken (though this was fixed soon after I informed the reception) 4. Breakfast was average. Staff was attentive in clearing up plates but slow in offering coffee. Overall it was a waste of money, and I find no reason... Read more

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It's very close to Hyde Park with easy access to bus and tube stations. The staff are great and the breakfast very good. The rooms were modern with all the required amenities, the Nespresso coffee machine was a great touch. I'd happily stay here again.

The room was spotless & the bed super comfy. Excellent location not in our top ten of breakfasts but still passable. Would definitely stay again. The only negative was no instructions for the coffee machine & air con- you have to ring reception & they send someone up to the room!

This hotel was fantastic! Loved staying here. Great location with Hyde Park on your doorstep, and a two minute walk to Queensway Tube Station on the Central Line. Breakfast offer a great variety of options for all including pastries, hot breakfast, toast, fruit, yoghurt and muffins. Great common areas to spend time in, and all the staff were so lovely. The cookie on arrival is amazing!!!

We stayed here for 1 night primarily for the location- you can walk across Hyde Park to the museums in Kensington. I was disappointed to find that there were no twin rooms available. Also annoyed that I had to wait until 3pm to check in. I got there at 2:15 (I'd come back to the hotel to charge my phone!) and was told I'd have to wait 'over there' - there's ONE chair in reception so I sat on a wall outside for 30 minutes!! Room on the 7th floor was fine, no bath but a good shower. Breakfast was ... Read more

Another great stay at this central hotel, that is in a quiet area of London, bordering the Park. It also benefits from an on-site car park which was very welcome. Lovely room, top breakfast and good service all round. Recommended.

I stayed here for 7 nights - mostly because I was unable to change my reservation without paying a one-night penalty fee (144 British pounds or more). I made reservations in advance with the proviso that they could be changed up to 24 hours in advance. I thought I would be able to change the number of nights after arrival - I could but with a penalty. My suggestion if you are booking a multi-night stay but have some uncertainty would be to book multiple reservations for different nights - if... Read more

Good hotel in an excellent location opposite Kensington Gardens. Second time we have stayed here and we weren't disappointed. Its a good standard hotel, very clean well maintained with pleasant and efficient staff. We find the Notting Hill area is a great base for exploring London and this hotel has the benefit of only being across the road from Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park and a short stroll to either Notting Hill or Queensway Tube stations. Rooms are very nice with some overlooking the park an... Read more
