The hotel is in a great location, so close to a lift! All of the staff were excellent and catered for everyones needs. The food was great, portions were a good size! Would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the resort!

We stayed just before Easter 2016 with Ski Total. Our second time to Val D'Isere and the skiing was amazing. Ski hire shop and a supermarket is right next door. The hotel is almost ski to the door so well located and a regular free bus into town is great. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was plentiful and very good quality. You'll never go skiing hungry with a huge range of choice at breakfast, continental and cooked. There's afternoon tea served if you're back from th... Read more

The beds were always left messy by housekeeping. There was no hot water after around 5:30 in the afternoon which led to many cold showers. The food was not good. The room was very small and basic and was in need of maintenance as shown in the photos of the bathroom.

Location, staffs were so nice and helpful. Food was great! Ski hire shop was next door. Close to free bus stop. Very short walk to main ski lift and train to the mountain. Mountain view rooms are perfect and recommended.

Some of the guests I spoke to had found blood on their 'clean' towels. The bedroom I stayed in was so small, I couldn't actually fit my suitcase around the beds. There were two TINY single beds, and just ... Read more

I've now stayed here 4 times with various groups. What you don't get with the tired decor and small dining area you fully make up with great food great staff great location and great price. Ski total have really got a niche slice of the market with this hotel and long may it continue.
