Toulouse is not the place to indulge in fantastic hotels, I go there regularly and have tried many. I dont know why it is but the quality considering the prices for the hotels in the city is pretty poor. Palladia is similar- it is by far not cheap, but at max average. From outside it looks pretty unattractive, heritage from the time it was built I guess. Positive: - rooms interior is ok, large comfortable beds, size of the room good. - Location not far from airport, also some restaurants around ... Read more

I spent one night at Palladia while attending a conference there and I did not have the time to try all what the hotel offers, so my review can be limited. Still, location is okay for a business hotel, it is a short drive from the airport (around 10 minutes) and 5 kilometers from the city centre. The conference room was very nice and suited very well the kind of conference I was attending. The room was also okay, kind of standard for these hotels. Catering for the conference dinner and lunches w... Read more

The Palladia hotel downtown (there is one at the airport too) is situated close to the centre of Toulouse, just a 10 minute walk from the Central Square. The hotel staff were all extremely helpful and friendly and attended to all my requests with a smile. The hotel restaurant was typically good and served a good breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was spacious, with mini bar and Nespresso coffee machine and an iron and board. The bed was really comfortable and the room was quiet. The air ... Read more

The good thing about this hotel is the location, mid-way between airport and city centre and easy to get to by car, thus avoiding Toulouse's traffic, also easy to get to by tram on the airport-city line if you're without a car. The bad thing about this hotel is the location, out of the city centre, somewhat isolated and thus it is a stepping-stone to somewhere else. Tipping in its favour, however, is that it is nice, its trendy, almost boutique-like, and very good value. So all things taken int... Read more

The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet is very good with a lot of choices, although menu/food is the same every morning. The room is very cozy and clean. The hotel is just one bus ride to the Capitole.

Nice hotel , great helpfull staff. you need a car though as it is a bit out of town. This hotel is ideal for buisness/ conferences, as it even has its own theatre! Rooms are clean some stylish depending on the type you choose. Internet works very well . I had forgotten some clothes in the cupboard and the staff really helped me send them back my country. Customer service at it's best!

A night here is probably enough for me. OK restaurant and an early-closing bar with no resident service is bearable. Couple that with some fairly grotty facilities for the price (rips in wallpaper, disgusting sink and a shower that won't work when raised to the height of a normal person) and I won't be rushing back. Sorry.

I have stayed in Hotel Palladia in June 2016. The hotel is settled near the Toulouse Balagnac Airport. The staff can speak Engish and all the staff was very helpfull an friendly. The breakfast was very rich and delicious. Hotel has a very big open parking place. And Hotel Palladia has a free internet access.

The Palladia hotel is not worthy of its star rating. I am a frequent traveller and this hotel only has 3 things going for it (ten mins from airport, free parking, free WiFi). You can hear all the other residents through the walls. The "non smoking" (privilege) room I was allocated (which cost £80 a night) had cigarette burn marks around the basin, dirt in the bath, peeling wallpaper, broken fans x2), a squeaky rock hard bed, squeaky interior doors, stains on the walls, curtains and carpet, gr... Spent two nights there on a business trip. The rooms have a nice size, bed is comfortable, ample space to hang and stow clothes. Toilet separate from bathroom. Breakfast buffet is also quite good for French standards. Hotel is located not too far away from the airport (app. 18 EUR), and there is a free shuttle service from the hotel. Staff is also friendly. It is not the best location if you want to explore the old city by foot, but the Garonne river is about a 10 minute walk away, and from ther... Read more

I stayed a night here and attended a function too. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and quiet too. Food provided at the function was absolutely delicious, and the buffet breakfast was very good too. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I stayed here for two nights with a church pilgrimage group. The location is not near city center but the room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. What really stood out was the fabulous food in the dining room and the service at the bar. Both were top notch.

Stayed here 2 nights in mid November. Was a great choice as it's just off the motorway and a perfect stop when travelling to Spain, Portugal or Andorra. Rooms are very nice and forth floor is good. Breakfast was excellent and there is ample parking so no worries about paying extra. It's got a spa and price was very reasonable. Will stay here again.

Large, clean and quiet room with balcony. Huge double bed. Reception staff very friendly and happy to help. We visited with friends and spent 2 nights here on our first trip to this beautiful city and a show at the Zenith - Cirque de Soleil - would recommend this Hotel for its convenient location and clean and friendly atmosphere. Lovely breakfast, both hot and cold buffet, although the hot food was not so hot, but still good value for money.
