After booking with Novotel we received an email one(!) day before our arrival to inform us that our booking had been cancelled. We did not receive any telephone call or other emails prior to this email. When we called to clarify the problem all they could say was that the booking was cancelled and it would now cost nearly double the amount of the original booking. They would not reinstate our original booking for the agreed price and they were rude on the phone as if it was our fault they cancel... Read more

Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights while on a business trip to Toulouse. The hotel is a bit of a drive from the convention centre or from Airbus and the taxi fares varied greatly, but it is a great location. There was great shopping on your doorstep, and being there in December, there was a Christmas Market just down the street. Lots of restaurants to choose from - a couple of the best are right outside the hotel door - one to your right as you exit a bit more upscale and the one to your right we... Read more

We were relieved to find our room to be quiet even though it was on second floor facing a side street. We liked its central location and breakfast was full of choices. we wished the hotel improves on its amenities such as: providing guest with glassware instead of plastic and disposable cups in its bathroom and tea tray. It is more environmental friendly. Also additional towels or floor mat to dry up the bathroom floor after each shower as its shower was doorless. Staff was helpful.

The Hotel facilities are good. However, I received a room which is not indicated on the 4th floor. I needed to return to the front desk to be able to find it. When I had received the indication of where it was, I discovered that the room key had not been coded, making me return (again) to the front desk... There is a large confusion on the inclusion or not of the breakfast in my arrangement. After having received a message from the restaurant and also from the front desk, indicating that it was ... Nice well located hotel. Right in The center. Loved my room :quiet, cosy, simple, super comfy bed and pillows. The staff is professional and smiling. I wish i could stay longer. The breakfast room is big and nicely decorated with a good choice of food

The location of the hotel is perfect. Right in the centre of everything. Unfortunately the rooms were below my expectation. The decor and the furniture were OK but the carpet was extremely worn out and stained. But overall it was a good stay.

I would have loved more time here - I had only one night. It was pouring rain so I was grateful for the excellent restaurant attached. The hotel gives you a discount coupon for a meal here - added bonus. Please note - NO parking and the hotel itself is hard to see when you are new to town and driving on the small streets around it. But I was able to unload my luggage with their help. I did have to walk a couple of blocks each way and pay for the overnight parking. Still, it's a fab place. ... Read more

Hotel is in a great location for the metro line, just a few hundred metres walk from Jean Jarres metro station. This makes it easy to get from the airport by tram, just 1.60 each way and then by metro to the hotel. It isnâ??t that far to walk from the Palace Justice tram stop if you want to avoid the metro but you probably would not want to do this if you are dragging a heavy suitcase with you. Hotel is nice, big reception area etc. Didnâ??t eat here so canâ??t comment on the food or dinin... Read more

We stayed in July for two days in Toulouse. We got a suite as we are a family of four and having stayed in Toulouse for three years each summer this was the best Hotel and suite. Top class for us with two kids under 5. We loved it.

We visited Toulouse to have a weekend of rest and relaxation, it's certainly the right place to do just that. We booked the hotel through booking.com and got a really good price. I emailed the hotel prior to our stay to request a room with a bath, I was told that in order to have that facility we'd have to pay an extra â?¬70. I declined the offer to pay in the hope they'd offer it for free on arrival, cheeky I know but always worth a shot. It didn't happen.... Our room was lovely though, clean, ... Read more
