The Novotel Toulouse Centre Wilson is a good, centrally located hotel. We booked a standard double which was comfortable and a reasonable size. The hotel is within walking distance of many of Toulouse's attractions. The reception staff were a little indifferent at times and the buffet breakfast was okay but fairly ordinary. The wifi was slow and erratic. The hotel provided paper cups in the rooms and I have to say that for a hotel boasting 4+ stars this is extremely stingy and counterproductive.... Read more

I stayed there for one night on business. The hotel s vey central and minutes away from a pedestrian area, ideal for strolling in a beautiful setting and for shopping. At checking the receptionist booked me in room 349 but wrote 249 on the key card which caused me to have to come down again to reception. The room was fine but nothing special. I am not a huge fan of the modern, neutral, soulless decoration you get in Novotel hotels. The hotel entrance is located between two restaurants so plenty... Read more

Perfect location for exploring Toulouse. Quality better than expected. Near market which meant some street noise but not really a problem. Plenty cafes and restaurants around. Bar extremely relaxing. 12 noon check out a great boon.

I had a guaranteed reservation for 2 nights but when I arrived late, they had no room in the category available. Instead they tried to give me a room which was totally unacceptable: dirty sheets, not renovated the last 10 years, incredible noisy, no phone in the room etc. It looked more like a store room than a hotel room for a 4 star hotel. When I complaint they told me that my room category was sold out and I had to move to another hotel in the middle of the night. No response from hotel manag... Read more

good room, I had a privilege room which was big with a good bed, bathroom was nice and big but not very clean, a lot of hair in the ground ! separate toilet was ok but toilet paper very poor quality ! not soft ! Nice view in the place Wilson which was nice but you can't open the window ! The hall of the hotel is really a bad taste of design, very cold and no atmosphere at all. the place they do breakfast very sad and poor breakfast. Staff was very friendly;

Stayed one night in late May 2016. Room was clean, nicely appointed, and quiet. Main SNCF train station is a few minutes by taxi or walk of 25 minutes. The location is very central so you can walk to shops, restaurants, cafes, and major sites.

This hotel has a small entrance into a large covered courtyard and is very modern and deceivingly large. It is located 5 minutes walk from Place du Capitole and all the main sites in the area, the railway station is 10 minutes walk (or metro). Staff were very polite and spoke good English, the place was also very clean and well decorated. An added bonus was the spa facilities which were on our floor and are free to use.

Excellent hotel right in the center of the city; friendly helpful staff; clean room, large TV, great breakfast, in fact all you expect from a 4 star city center hotel. Our EasyJet flight was cancelled so we stayed overnight in what is more a business hotel than we would normally use. That said we were made very welcome; the only drawback is the food in the bar/restaurant. The EasyJet 'vouchers' were for hotel food only and it was relatively expensive and lacked the variety and quality found in... Read more

Clean, modern hotel at a very central location. Lots of shops and restaurants at your footsteps. Pretty busy outside the hotel but room itself was quiet. We booked their standard room for one night. The room was tiny in contrast to the bathroom which had more space. We had to open our suitcase inside the bathroom as there was no way we could open it in the bedroom. If you'll be staying for more than a night and have big bags with you, you'll be having problems. Better book a bigger room. Hote... Read more

Located right in the heart of toulouse historical centre, I wasn't expecting much from this "chain hotel" but I was very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and modernity of the hotel and the room. We had a spacious double room which had very sleek fittings ( large wall mounted high definition Tv, beautifully designed headboard with reading lamps attached and an ultra modern shower), a proper place to unpack luggage. It was also very quiet despite being in the heart of town. Only peeve is: l... Read more

I tried to reserve a room, but this franchise of Novotel (not owned by the Accor chain) wasn't willing to book an "Executive Room with queen-size double bed and double sofa bed" for a family of 4 (2 adults, 1 adult/child (19) and 1 child (15)) which we normally book at other Novotels. Given that my 15 year old is just as big as my 19 year old, the rule was just family un-friendly. And the reservations staff were unsensitive and uncompromising. 3 stars for great location and contemporary room. But the front desk people are not helpful, acting like questions are really not their forte. They did not help with our taxi request because they were "on the phone with air france" and inadequately staffed. They told us to go outside and find a taxi. There weren't any of course! They just act like they have more important things to do. This isn't just one person, its everyone we encountered at the front desk. Every request from us was an ... Read more

We stayed two nights. Upon check in, we spent more than 15 mins. clarifying our included breakfasts, which didn't appear in the computer system of the hotel. After 30 minutes, the problem was settled and staff on duty reckoned that our breakfast were included. The first night's stay was good. The second day, we were surprised to find that no housekeeping was done when we came back to our room in the evening . Stayed for a two nights during a businesss trip. Functional room, nice and clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast very good as well. The hotel is located right at Place Wilson, so there is no parking near the hotel but in a public car park (Jean Jaures) in 5 min walking distance @ 26‚?¨ per day. Ideal place to explore the city center.

Definitely the type of hotel we are always looking for (spacious, modern design & in a great location). Located in the center of the city of Toulouse, Novotel was a fantastic experience. Keep in mind we only stayed one night, it was hard not to stay longer. Comfortable beds, cool design; couldn't figure out the wifi situation. The front desk staff was helpful, Toulouse was such a nice, friendly city; easy to get around, walkable.

Well I had been there for three weeks for a business trip - initially I planned to stay for one week and then find an alternative that may suit my need; but I found this was the best hotel in the heart of the city and stayed back for rest of the time. Based on my experience I can highlight the following points: 1. Location: this is perhaps one of the best locations for any hotel, facing a nice park. If your are bored like me after a tedious day of work, just walk in to the park, sit there for so... Read more

We stayed here when moving our son to university in Toulouse. The hotel is ideally placed in the city centre, about 100 yards from both metro lines and surrounded by restaurants and shops, Galleries Lafayettes for clothes shopping, Monoprix for snacks, fruit and drinks. Buffet breakfast is good value, or the option of croissants, juice and coffee in the bar is available. Well located in the centre of town. Typical modern Novotel; well designed small rooms that ticked most of the boxes for a short stay. Would have been helpful to be given the wifi code at check in! Not sure if reception was a person or a android - might need a bit of reprogramming with some human qualities!!

This very modern hotel is right on a central city square, carousel and all, and walkable to everything. Rooms were an adequate size and reasonably comfortable. The bar was nice, we didn't try the restaurant, there are several outside café/restaurants on the square. Good choice if you want to be right downtown.

Great choice for Toulouse as it's in the middle of the city so easy to walk to everything. Hotel was clean and modern and although staff may have been a bit aloof they answered our questions and were polite. Room clean and big and good shower. Breakfast was great and for lunch dinner there are loads of places to try outside. Metro is close as are shops. Good stay and perfect for what we wanted.

We arrived and were welcomed to this new hotel in a splendid gleaming white and glass domed lobby. Our suite on the 3rd floor overlooked the bustling and interesting city square and was soundproof.
