This hotel is a bit hidden, but when you find your way it is in fact a reasonable location. The metro station and also a stop of the shuttle from the airport is about 5 min walking. The hotel is good, with a reasonable breakfast. Also the restaurant is good with reasonable price (in comparison with restaurants around). WiFi access is free. TV channels are mostly French.

Very close to the centre - walking distance for sure. Lovely renovated hotel - with the exception of the dodgy hall carpet on our floor - time for a change there - but the remainder of the hotel - including the room especially was wonderful. Until checkout - our experience with staff was excellent - attentive, helpful, polite. The young girl on checkout was too busy on the mobile phone behind the nearby door to be too bothered to man the counter. The manager in the office next to the checkout co... Read more

We stayed for 3 nights over the weekend in Toulouse and we really liked the hotel. Lobby, bar and restaurant have a great fresh design and very friendly and smily staff. The only thing I would point out is I am used to find a receptionist at his/her desk which was not the case. And we also had 3 days trouble with our key cards also in the lift. What I appreciated also very much is the underground parking for our car. Breakfast was regaular, nothing too good to mention, but no disappointment at a... Read more

I was there two nights because business. The place is friendly and all the services are correct. Rooms are wide and comfortable. For me the parking was important, the cost (9â?¬ per day) is very cheap for a hotel. If I'll come back Toulouse probably I'll repeat.

Booked this hotel for my 45th and paid for executive room. On arrival way after check in time, I was told that the room I paid for wasn't available as there had been a problem. I used to work in hotels so they may well have bumped us for a conference. I was offered a refund on the upgrade I'd paid but since they were aware of the problem a few days ago they could have emailed me to offer my choices. I had to wait for my room and then return twenty minutes after that to get my suitcase which I wa... Read more

Very disappointed with the breakfast, which is supposed to be worth 16 EURO! No sausages or bacon left, scrambled eggs were cold. When I asked for warm ones, they offered to RE-HEAT (!!!) the cold ones, but refused to make fresh. So basically no warm breakfast available on a Sunday morning. I was offered no apology. There were just morsels of cheese and cold meat left, as well. The day before the eggs had been so runny, there was no evidence of solid egg in there at all (basically liquid!). Othe... Read more

The hotel is well located, next to Compans Cafarelli. 5 mins to a bus stop and underground. Well located to entry and leave the town (not much traffic around). The breakfast (buffet) is very good. The bar is quite good (to be an hotel): friendly ambient and good stuff for dining (delicious hamburgers!). Hotel stuff is correct and kind.

Location is superb adjoining a beautiful garden with easy access from hotel itself. The hotel itself is in a nice green area little away from main road. Pros : - Good clean, reasonably spacious, sound proof room offering good quality of sleep - Extremely fast & free wi fi - Good view and greenery all around - Well appointed, self sufficient rooms - Front office and housekeeping staff are helpful & courteous but not so in restaurant Cons : - Same breakfast with out a single item change for all... Stayed here on the way to holidays in Spain. Very easy to reach, close by the highway. We booked a family room. Rooms are ok, except the bathroom. Water is coming out near the curtain and screen while taking a shower. All bathroom floor is wet! Breakfast is ok, great choice in different kinds of food. One member of the staff was annoying people while standing in line or taking food by cleaning up, putting things right... Good hotel for a one night stay.

This is the review of my 9-year-old: I loved the pool table, the burguers and how nice they were at the restaurant with us. The rooms were cool too. We'll be back! I will add that we really love the lobby are with comics ans spaces to work. A great choice!

I love this hotel. I have been there at least 5 times by then. Excellent location, quiet, great breakfast, and very much kids friendly. There is a swimming pool, which is handy in the summer in Toulouse, where it tends to get hot! The staff is very friendly and useful.

We liked this hotel. Its a business hotel but very family friendly. The lobby has a video game system (Xbox I think) and digital board games the kids can play, along with a pool table. My son loved all the games in the lobby. There's also a bar & restaurant in the lobby. We stayed in a suite which was the size of two rooms, it was very clean and comfortable with two bathrooms. I recommend this for families. Also, there are NO king beds In the hotel. More reason to get the suite there's at least... Read more

I have rated this very good, due to the friendly, helpful staff, the excellent varied breakfast, the nice swimming pool, and the lovely park and Japanese Garden that is immediately next to the hotel( in fact the rear gate of the hotel leads out into the park, which is very well used by a very wide section of the local community, making it safe and interesting). The park had a very good noise cushioning effect, as two main roads are quite near. Other hotels such as the nearby Mercure were right o... Read more

Hotel well situated to reach center on foot with a 10 minute walk via park. The rooms are ok , nothing out of the ordinary and are somewhat aged; one had a nice terrace on the back side, however we spent most of the time discovering Toulouse before heading on to the next destination. Clean restaurant with late night dinner option and generous breakfast.

A great hotel to stay in especially if you are in a car. Easy to get to and park. Great pool and a beautiful park at the back. We hired the Toulouse bikes, good value and great to see the city. The Canal du Midi is at the end of the road and is a good place to start. We followed this aground the city and then cut across close to te river. Loads of great restaurants and take aways near to river and we sat on the grass with lots of other people as the sun set. Great hotel, great city!

Nice location adjacent to a park and Japanese garden that feels like it's a huge back yard for the hotel. Staff is multi-lingual. Hotel has a swimming pool that's about 6 feet deep at one end, which is rare to find these days. Family friendly, so there are usually some children running around the pool or a large, airy lobby with video games and a small pool table for them to use. I made use of the pool table myself from time to time. Full bar is adjacent to lobby with a large indoor-outdoor... Read more

It's a standard Novotel with good family amenities. Good breakfast, a nice pool, clean rooms, and you can squeeze a family of 4 into a room, which isn't possible in most european rooms/hotels. It's a good location near the subway, sights and most downtown business. Hotel would have been a 5 for us, but they still use the magnetic swipe keys, and ours would stop working after 1 swipe. Had to go and get it remade 5-6 times per day. Pool is right next to people eating, and while we were the... Read more

I stayed at this Novotel whilst attending a conference in Toulouse. The room was very comfortable and clean. Great wi-fi reception throughout the hotel, and a very friendly and helpful staff. My only criticism would be that the room did not have a safe to store valuables whilst away from the hotel.

We met up with friends and stayed here for a few nights. We got a greal deal which offered bed and breakfast. The hotel was in a great location and easy to get to from the airport using the shuttle bus. The reception staff were helpful and spoke English which was great as my french is primary school level however I always try. The hotel was full of young and extended families who appeared to be having a great time as there was lots of facilities laid on for them. I am unsure if this was because ... Read more

Travelling a lot for my job, I'm used to stay in many hotels, this is my point of view for this one: - small bathroom / not enough choice at breakfast + nice bed / very clean / wifi is ok / nice staff / good location in the city / swimming pool / nice style at the lobby / tasty breakfast even if not a lot of choice
