The rooms are very small and bathroom also, if you are more than 1,90 meters tall you will not fit in the shower place. The corridor of the hotel and even the room smell cigarette. The breakfast is OK, but if you stay more days it will be boring, because the options do not vary. It is good location, because you can take a walk for several good restaurants in the neighborhood at night.

I stopped at the IbIs Centre for 3 nights as we went to Toulouse for the rugby. We found the hotel easily enough - it's situated across the road from the Jeanne d'Arc bus station and metro station so the links to and from the hotel are spot on. The rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable. We didn't eat or drink in the hotel, there are plenty other options close by. If we ever go back again, we will stop here.

We always find Ibis hotels to be clean and modern and everything works. Staff are always personable and helpful. You can always book direct and get all the discounts available. Close to the train station--we arrived from Albi and hotel was within walking distance and no problem finding.

Stayed at Ibis Toulouse last Sunday before a conference. The hotel is centrally located, it is clean modern and friendly. The rooms are small but modern and very comfortable. The only thing missing was the mini bar but at the bar you can find everything. Would happily go back!

Stayed for two nights, small but efficient room nice and cool in a quiet street. Very professional and friendly staff. From here you can walk to city center in 5-10 minutes. Close to metro station. Breakfast good and overall hotel very clean. Towels need renewal. Wifi works good. If we go again we would def. stay here again

The location is very convenient. It's within 5 to 10 minutes walk of major attractions. Many good restaurants around. Victor Hugo Market is close by. The room is small, to be expected in Europe. Not a problem. But it's not well designed. When carrying a big backpack, one has to maneuver in order to enter. Otherwise, the room is clean, and the bed is comfortable. Very quiet, at least, for my room.

Stayed here for three nights - great location, just around the corner from Jeanne d'Arc airport bus stop, metro and bus lines. Within walking distance of city centre and plenty of good restaurants around too. Didn't eat there - at â?¬9.90 for breakfast, that was just too much - had a fine breakfast for â?¬3 around the corner. No kettle in the room which IBIS in UK would supply but otherwise it's adequate.

Spent the last two nights of our trip in Toulouse, this hotel was well located, right at the entrance of the old town. Rooms are small but clean, easy access and good security features like access to the elevators only with a room card. Very friendly front desk staff, answered all my questions with a smile. Price was fine for larger size town and location. recommended.

With Ibis you know what you are getting. Small basic rooms, no luxury, just a half decent bed, small desk, tiny bathroom. Good location this one if you're a tourist. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, and would have liked sockets both sides of the bed. Very friendly staff, apart from housekeeping. First day they came in even though no disturb sign was on the door, second day she made it clear with lots of mumbling (which she thought I wouldn't understand) that I stayed in the room while she... Stayed here for business in June 2016, and enjoyed this property immensely. The rooms as well as hotel are in excellent condition, the staff are extremely helpful and everything was exactly what I would expect from a Mercure owned hotel chain. Minor negative factors are the lack of a refrigerator/mini bar and limited number of English tv channels as well as a very weak air-conditioning unit in the room. Strongly recommend this hotel for a short stay!

Hotel was modern, very clean. Rooms are a bit small but great value for the location close to Capitol. Lobby is big and modern and also has a bar and restaurant. Only downside was our room didn't have a safe. Otherwise I had no complaints.

This hotel is very well situated in walking distance of the centre of town. Hotel is fairly modern and very clean. The rooms are quite compact but if you just need a place to crash at night then this is the perfect spot for you. Don't expect luxury, it's a basic hotel but it offers you everything you need for a good nights rest. Upon arrival we got a welcome drink which was a nice treat. Also a bonus is that there is a bar in the hotel and it is open all night through.

If you are visiting Toulouse here is a good hotel. The rooms are modern hotel chain design type. no problem there. Staff Friendly and helpful . you have everything you need in this establishment.location right in the middle of a very exciting city. near the Jean d'arc metro station. Only downside i booked an hire car, the cost of the Ibis car park I thought was expensive at 14 euro a day. I've stayed in the centre of paris and got free car parking at the hotels I stayed.

I stayed at Ibis Toulouse Centre during my business trip to Euro2016 match, as I was employed to accompany sponsors of our football federation and team. The hotel has excellent location, situated only short walk from all the monuments in the historical center. The breakfast offered is ok, although the choice is very limited and the restaurant is quite small. The rooms are tiny but clean. Quiet location and close to many areas of interest in town and metro line; rooms a bit tight but clean; accommodating and friendly staff. Would return. Bar open until late. Wifi sometimes s bit sporadic and can be challenging once on-line with friends/family/clients.

In response to an email from the Accor group I asked for a hotel room on a lower floor - got the top floor - the sixth. Room 635 which we stayed in is very very compact, particularly the bathroom which does have all the facilities including a hair dryer, shower, toilet, basin etc. Quite a bit smaller than an Ibis we also stayed in in Bordeaux. Staff were helpful, breakfast was Ok but the only hofood. was boiled eggs and toast. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from the main railway station. ... Read more

I have stayed in several Ibis hotels in the past and this hotel is what was expected. Yes rooms were small. For the most part the location was good but the area from the train station to the hotel (about a 10 min walk) was a little sketchy. It is across from the bus station and right around the corner from the airport shuttle, which we did take. We were here during Euro and it was good value.

We appreciated the latest trend of wooden (plastic imitation of) floor, rather than a difficult to keep clean carpet. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Very close to metro and bus station. On the down side the standard IBIS shower room is very cramped. The room size is adequate. Wifi was for free

Perfect base for one exploring Toulouse. Very central. Easy to get the bus to and from the airport, stop just around the corner. Easy walking distance to main sights and velo city bikes if that's your thing. I hired one and had a fantastic time. Hotel breakfast was good for nine Euro and an easy option. Might be a bit cosy for two, but if exploring your not really in the room.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Ibis hotel! My room was small yet very clean and the bed very comfortable. The hotel is centrally located with metro, buses and the airport bus within 2 minutes walk. The area around the hotel is full of restaurants and bars. Capitol is about 7 minutes walk from the hotel. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Getting to the hotel was quite the challenge driving through some tiny, bending alleyways, but the search for the hard-to-find location added a bit of adventure to the day.

Love the place and is very clean, ver central, you can walk everywhere from there. Sadly the service was very bad, the card never work with the the lift, have always to ask description to go up my room. Reception gave my room while I was there to other guest, and tried to charge me extra for breakfast although it was included. Small matters but they add up quick, shame cos is a very nice place though.

With Ibis you know what to expect: rooms are very small, but not very expensive. The location of this hotel is ok, near the city center, and near the metro. The room was ok, but during my stay the airconditioning did not really work (it was on, but no cold air was coming from it). Also. the hotel is a bit noisy. You constantly hear people closing doors, talking and the television of the neighbours.

Nice little place very convenient to trains and bus. Easy to get to the airport by bus, just a few blocks away. Clean and serviceable rooms and lobby. Breakfast good, but you can do better in the town if you are not a big eater. My husband thought the neighborhood was sketchy, but I do not share that view. You could walk to everything easily. VERY GOOD VALUE!!!!

Stayed here recently with a large group and at very short notice. The hotel situation is very good for the centre of the city and it is very close to the bus and train stations. As with all Ibis hotels I have stayed in, the rooms were small but clean and perfectly functional. Staff were helpful and friendly. There is a pleasant small bar area downstairs and we all agreed that the breakfast was very good indeed.

Swift and efficient check in as all pre paid at a bargain early booking price. The room was clean and tidy and as expected of a red hotel. Quite a small room for two, but expected as this is a centre hotel. Lovely bed and bedding. BBC World News Channel was a bonus. Close enough to the centre for a quick walk, drink and a meal. Breakfast was again the usual high standard and great value. Highly recommended.

I sat on the bed and thought it was great, but sleeping on it was another story. To be fair, I have a bad back from a car accident, but I sleep fine on a bed with proper support. Even a bed, like the one at my current rental home, without great springs works . . . but the new Ibis bedding of thin futon-mattress on a box spring KILLS my back. Bus from airport - 5 stops to Gare Matabiau gives a good opportunity to get one's bearings, although the 4th stop to Place Jeanne d'Arc is nearer to the Ibis Central Hotel.
