We booked this hotel from booking.com. The pictures of the rooms were interesting and had some artistic elements. The reality was something else. Our room was smaller than we expected and very old fashioned . We couldn't find anything special in it. The breakfast area was small and hidden by the walls. Depressing room . The staff was really polite and kind but sometimes this is not enough. The best thing I can think is that it was very close to the centre, we could go anywhere on foot or by metr... Read more

Great location with the added bonus of private secure parking. The hotel was as promised, clean with helpful and polite staff. Breakfast wasn't brilliant, just mediocre and the breakfast room was quite cold. Room was toasty as we could control our own temperature via the air conditioning. Had a wonderful bath, nice and deep with loads of hot water.

We travelled to Toulouse for a rugby match and booked a low cost hotel just hoping for it to be clean, quiet and safe. It was so much more. We were greeted by a young woman called Ana who is multi lingual and was fully aware of the game, its change in venue, how to get there, the stations on the metro where we would have to change. This was all offered as we arrived and put is at ease immediately as we were a little pushed for time. Our room was comfortable, basic, clean and with adequate towe... Read more

Although this hotel has been recently brushed up, its real date still shows here and there. There's that oldskool key with a clunky key chain, and the bathroom has that 'je ne sais quoi' where different styles of tiles and fixtures show ongoing work in progress. Our first night sleep was pretty good nonetheless! So was breakfast. Happy so far. We did notice that the shower fosset was extremely - dangerously - hot. Second night was therefore not so good: the fire alarm woke us up. After some tim... Read more

One night in Toulouse for a short business trip. Hotel located in center of the city. Private parking. Perfect shower. Restaurants nearby. Nice breakfast. Small rooms. The Windows could be opened. Old building bit noisy. Nice helpful people at the front desk.

Recently stayed here for two nights for the football.. The hotel is in a convenient location and is well situated for transport, eating and drinking options. The rooms are compact but nicely furnished with a nice bathroom. Noise was not a problem during our stay. The breakfast room was really nice with a nice continental selection. Laurent the young guy who works on reception was superb. Excellent knowledge of the area, fluent in English and just a really nice person.

A well cared for, internally modernized, comfortable, classic hotel near the center of Toulouse. Staff uniformly helpful, pleasant and kind. Lift. Extensive and delicious breakfast. Easy walking to restaurants and central Toulouse main streets, trains and busses, shops, museums and cathedrals. I became too sick to leave on our arranged day and the hotel staff quickly arranged another room for us and was very attentive throughout our stay. We were so impressed and grateful, and would definitel... Read more

Stayed at this property for two nights from the 19/06/16 for the Wales game in Toulouse. Check in was very quick and was given room 111 which looked out on to the front street and was clean, had a working TV and good air con. The toilet is in a room of its own with no hand basin, the hand basin is located in the shower room. The beds were comfortable, and the location is very close to the city centre, a close walk away is shops and bars and restaurants. Metro stop jeanne d'arc is nearby, with al... Read more

We stayed here for three nights. The room was quite small and outdated but the staff was incredibly nice, helpful and fluent in English. Also it is located very close to the shopping and tourist destinations in Toulouse and also very close to the train station. The Wi-Fi was annoying because only one device could be connected at any one time so if you are in a group you'll have to take turns.

We spent here one night and our stay was good actually. The staff was very nice and kind, the hotel itself is old but it has been renewed and now it is ok. The room was small but not bad. Parking a little bit strange, but we could park the car inside for free, so that s cool! The wi-if was really annoying we couldn't be connected at the same time, just 1person could connect.. Relatively cheap hotel and we had a nice stay after all.

Lucien on reception was exceptionally welcoming and friendly on our arrival, and this really made a great start to our 24 hours in Toulouse. The hotel had very comfortable beds, and attractive decor as well as parking! Wifi worked well too. We were delighted with the hotel location and with Lucien's suggestions to see the highlights of Toulouse.

The hotel is very well located near the Jean d'Arc bus station, metro station, and generically not far from the center of Toulouse. It is a bit old (the style can be taken from the photos), but the room and bathroom were very clean, and we had good nights sleeping (other than that, the decoration taste is purely personal). Apart from the room, the breakfast was OK. My partner has celiac disease, and although they do not provide any gluten-free options, they made efforts to avoid cross-contamina... Read more

As our flight got delayed, we arrived only at 1.30am, but the check-in was working and everything went smoothly. The room was quite small (for 3 people), decent size bathroom with walk-in shower, good pressure of water. Nice location - not far from the station but in a quiet street. Didn't have breakfast as were travelling further.

We really enjoyed our stay here, clean, quiet rooms, nice breakfast, friendly staff. What made it perfect for us was the great location, a nice quiet side street with enough life to feel safe. Midway between the train station and the walking city center, 5 minutes from either. Perfect for us! (4 middle-aged American women), although our daughters would have loved it too!

Here on a business trip. It was very nice to be met by a very friendly staff after the long flight over from the states. Couple of things I appreciated most - comfortable bed, air conditioning that works, fast internet, super friendly staff and quiet. Very close to the old city and metro. If you are a US citizen and this is your first visit to France, this is a very good example of a typical hotel. It is not as big or modern as a typical Hyatt or Sheraton. Taking a shower in the smaller bathroom... Read more
