Not a 4 star - except for the price. Very small room and bathrooom. Strange smell in the room. Unconfortable bed - too soft matress and very bad soft pillows. The double bed is actually 2 single beds joint togheter, you can feel the gap and that make it even more unconfortable. The area is too noisy with bars and traffic all around. WiFi is free but slow and annoying because you need to login every day, even multiple times a day. The price of beverage in the minibar is too high, 5 euro... Read more

All the historical places in downtown are really close. There is a price you pay for it: no hotel parking (you may use close by underground parking), very noisy surrounding and not the best services. But it may be OK for a few nights stay.

Noisy at night. Windows nowhere near soundproof. Lots of people gathering to talk in front of the hotel between 1-3am. Bed too soft - mattress needed replacing. Shower excellent. Breakfast very good. Very expensive for the room size and problems described.

Stayed here for 3 nights while on business. Booked through Hotel.com and reasonable price for city centre hotel. I agree with some comments it can be a bit noisy, but your right in the middle of the city. No parking at hotel but local underground parking available, but it can be tight. Rooms small but perfectly fine for a couple of nights on business. Buffet breakfast was extra but reasonable and basic but good.

As you may read from the title, this hotel does not offer much except than its great location and its friendly staff. The rooms are small, but with comfortable beds. It gets quite noisy at night due to the night clubs situated right behind the hotel. The breakfast does not offer much so do not pay for it and instead go outside and have whatever you wish for even less. I will stick with my previous hotels in my next trip.

A bit noise as the nice Toulouse downtown is but a nice and comfortable refurbished hotel. Very good breakfast and very well communicated, close to the subway station and to the City Hall and river and channel. Full of close terraces, bars, bistrots, pubs !

A cool looking hotel in a very convenient location, with friendly and helpful staff. You can walk to Place du Capitole in about ten minutes, and the river is easy 20 minute stroll. There's plenty of nightlife nearby, as well as an underground car park opposite (although this is expensive and I think you could just as easily find cheaper or free on street parking). On the downside, the room was small (not a problem, it's a city hotel), with minimal facilities, the worlds least comfortable pillo... Read more

This is a great hotel in terms of location. It's right smack in the center and metro is accessible to almost anywhere. Supermarkets and dining are easy within walking distances. Staffs are friendly enough and again, location is just perfect. Like other reviewers mentioned, it's the noise that's an issue but after 2am, noise levels do go down. I Guess I was there during the EUFA fever and celebrations were everywhere so can't complain. Room wise, a tad small for the price and shower place is ... Read more

Good staff, professional and good breakfast too. The problem is the noise, you are in the middle of two high streets and also you have the subway under your window and the escalator works during all the day. Breakfast correct (we missed olive oil)....
