Friendly and help full staffs. A good view from the window. We can perceive the noise from the other room in our room. The hotel and the parking are quite expensive and not easy to park. (15‚?¨ ). Have a try, maybe your experience would be different from ours...

Stayed a few days while visiting the University. It's a pleasant walk across the old centre is Strasbourg. The hotel is just outside the canal, by a tram stop. Everything in the hotel was fine: the room temperature was good, the free wifi was excellent, the shower was perfectly OK, and the breakfasts (cold) were also perfectly adequate.

Very good location, in the city centre. Near and walking distance to all Christmas markets. Clean and spacious bathroom. Simple breakfast. Modern design of the room. Poor wifi, luckily we have our mobile data to surf net. Parking wasn't clearly indicated where to park. We had to go a few rounds and ask the receptionist where is the parking. They do not have their own parking. It is shared by the whole building so be sure to reserve in advance.

The Hotel itself has an amazing location, and extremely friendly staff!! Our room has a view of the over and a balcony! it is very practical with many outlets and ideal for people on business trips. however, don't go where they recommend food!

I booked this hotel hoping to get something ¬ę a bit better ¬Ľ because of the price a bit higher and the reviews but I was disappointed. To start by the positive: the location is good and I liked the fresh orang juice at breakfast‚?¶ but that‚??s about it because: Our room was really small, really hot, had no air coming though the window or AC, and smelled of sewage! The staff was polite enough, but not particualrly nice or tried to make us feel welcome The breakfast was very simple and the fr... Read more

stayed here for a week while in Strasbourg. the location is off the main street but still very close to the central train station. the staff and breakfast was good but the room was very small. there was hardly any space around the bed. i had to use the bed to open the suitcase every-time as there was no space in the room. being central we could walk to many restaurants strasbourg have to offer so was convenient

Staying at IBIS STYLES is really a great experience. I liked the room design - it was colorful modern, with some elements, that you can easily move around arranging them to your liking. The view from my room was excellent, it looked especially good in the evenings - the flowing river with the lights shimmering in the water and a beautiful church across the river. It is a bit noisy, when you open the window, as this is the city center, but it is not a problem for a sound sleeper.

Staff - the first thing I noticed about the hotel was the friendly receptionist who was very happy to help us. She also mentioned to us that she had a colleague who would be happy to hear that there is someone from the Philippines. :) All throughout my stay, I would always be happy to see her because she was always smiling. :) Room - my room was beautiful - on the 5th floor facing the river, so I had a wonderful view! Could not complain at all! My colleague stayed in the 1st floor on the side o... Read more

The hotel is renovated and my room was quite big and cleaned! However there is no air condition in the whole hotel. I'm absolutely not an ac fan but I don't know why the room is really hot even if outside there is a nice temperature! The breakfast is good but I was stopped by the receptionist because I'd liked to bring my coffee in the room (seams to be not allowed). The Internet connection is a little bit slow.. I would say that when the rate is cheap and you are there to visit the city it is... Read more

We stayed one night, the room was nice, but we had a terrible pungent sewage smell in the bathroom, like it had an open drain, we filled all the drains, vented the bathroom but the smell stayed. Not very pleasant. The hotel is very well situated to visit the historic center of the town.

We arrived at the Hotel in a very hot day in July. The entire hotel was not only without a/c but not ventilation at all. This was a very bad surprise for us. We went to the room, which was small but we knew it, the atmosphere was so uncomfortable that we decided to leave immediately. Although is a renovated hotel, the small window is not enough to renew the air in a small room which is full of stuff. The smell was unfull... I think they have to say in the hotel description "no A/C, no ventilatio... Read more

The place is really clean and nice and the personnel very kind and caring. Their rooms are spacious enough for a middle class hotel in France. Many eating places and shopping places are withing walking distance, so do the train station and the Air France office

We arrived in July and had been told the hotel had air conditioning which it doesn't. Not only does it not have ac, but it's a converted house and just has no air movement. The bathroom has pretty much no ventilation which heats the room. We had to sit all night with the windows wide open and even then there was little air flow through the room-obviously its In a busy area so with the windows open it was noisy and fumes from the buses etc. The staff were nice trying to do a job a poorly designed... This hotel is brand new, and was set up in a protected, historical building. It seems like that was a really bad idea - as the hotel staff (btw very competent and friendly) told us, this outs heavy restrictions on the construction work. The result seems to be that AccordHotels just put a thick layer of paint on top of the existing foundation, without the necessary cleanup. The rooms are damp, with no A/C, and outs had a very distinct smell of mould that struck as soon as we entered the room. We ... Read more

If you arrive by car, however, it‚??s nor very convenient. The hotel does have a garage, but it‚??s maybe 50m further away from the hotel entrance in a one-way street. This means you must go to the reception to get a remote control for the garage door, unload your luggage at the hotel, and then park your car. There is no connection from the garage to the reception. You must walk the street back. The garage is very narrow. If the size of your car is a little ‚??above-the average‚??, you may find ... Read more

We recently spent a weekend in Strasbourg & booked the Ibis Styles hotel because of its central location and affordable price. The reception staff are super friendly and efficient. The rooms are well set out with a nice bathroom, very comfortable bed and good (free) Internet connection. Breakfast was included. Although the choice is somewhat limited, we liked the quality (freshly squeezed orange juice - a treat).

This hotel is a ten minute walk from the train station. Easy to find and the staff are very friendly I purchased a suite with a request to overlook the river and they honored that even tho i booked last minute The breakfast is simple but satisfying The only strange thing is i asked to take a wine glass to my room and they said i had to use it in the lobby Kind of defeating the purpose if relaxing in your room with a glass of wine I would stay here again if i am in Strasbourg

While visiting Strasbourg we decided to stay here, because they take pets. The staff was courteous and helpful, they spoke English and were very hospitable. Also they have a very fast elevator. Remember to grab a map from the reception. For a good price we got a preety good view of the train station that raises just across the street and open plaza. Something that we thought was funny and smart is that to save space in the room instead of giving you a tv stand or a bookshelf, they painted it... Read more
