we booked this hotel as an overnight stay. It was very very difficult to find, due to shortage of signs. we eventually managed to find it, and had to park in the underground car park of a large shopping complex near to the hotel. once we found it, we booked in. it was a clean and tidy room, not spacious, but adequate. The shower was pretty poor. it had a bar and restaurant. meals were pretty late...as the French don't tend to have their meals early.

I stayed her for two nights in July at the end of a two week driving holiday to France to visit Rouen. This is a budget hotel so do not expect lavish surroundings. The rooms are clean adequately furnished and there is free wifi. The staff are very helpful and the Hotel is situated very close to the Tram system for easy access to 'Old Rouen'. There is secure car parking underground; part of the shopping complex next to the hotel, however follow the signs in the car park and you will find a secur... Read more

For holiday in Rouen 3 nights. The hotel is only 3 star, but still offered outstanding service for my usual gluten free request as the staff wnt out to the nearby supermarket and got me exactly what I need for breakfast. The breakfast was a standard continental one (which implied that I would have been very hungry wo the glutenfree bread...). An additional egg would have been nice though. The room was small, but reasonably planned and big anough for us. Parking beneath the shopping center very c... Read more

We only stayed one night, en route from Bayeux to Paris. In short, this hotel is too far from the Cathedral and city center, in my opinion. Stay closer in if you want to tour the medieval city. The hotel is hard to find, and the desk staff was kind of surly. The rooms themselves were a bit outdated, and the bathrooms were tiny, (by tiny, I mean that someone with wide girth simply wouldn't fit in this bathroom). Also, note that all of these rooms are only for 2 people. Each and every room at this... Read more

Staff here were extremely helpful and the hotel is an easy walk down the street and across the bridge from the historic city centre. Room was clean and comfortable. We were in town less than 24 hours but staying here allowed us to see the sights and stay very affordably.

Ibis is, what Ibis does, and they consistently do it. If you are looking for a functional hotel that provides consistent services like a clean room, good bed, cheap indoor parking, and great personnel. That's what they do, so don't complain that you're not getting your +/- 80â?¬.

The room was very nice, tv, shower, heating, plenty of towels, quiet, and good beds. The restaurant next door to the hotel was excellent.overall the placing and the cost were very good value. Just one comment regarding complaint would be the direction to the hotel left a lot to be desired! Oh, the breakfast we paid extra for, but was worth getting.

Seriously, I don't get where the 3 stars come from. Old not even renovated hotel. No air conditioning, awfull rooms and the restroom is horrible. Toilet paper gets stuck! Why do they need a copy of my ID??? I guess people that usually stay here are not very honest. Avoid it!

We stayed here for one night on our way home from visiting Normandy, the room was small and with no air conditioning it was very stuffy. The bathroom was no bigger than a closet with no plug in the hand basin. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10am but when we went down at 9.30am there was very little left and the staff didn't appear to want to put out anymore.

The location is perfect with a short walk over the river, 15 minutes to the very centre. You get to see a little of Rouen. I was told by the people we traveled with the restaurant was really very good. Rooms are basic but everything is provided and the bathrooms on the smaller side (again everything provided) The staff were great, their English was much better than my French and gave us some great places to go and activities to seek out.

This hotel has seen past its best days a long, long time ago. Tiny rooms decorated in as if we had done a trip back to the 50s. Not a lot of things worked properly, however staff where really welcoming and friendly. The French government gave this hotel a 3* rating. I believe they should revisit this at I have been in better quality hostels and 1* hotels.
