We always stay at one of these hotels en route through France. They are adequate for an overnight stay but relatively basic. No frills, a bed, an integrated bathroom with shower and loo. There is also a TV. I was amazed as our room was right next to the motorway and I did not hear the traffic. The entry slip road to this hotel was a little difficult to locate, not clearly sign posted. The unfortunate thing for us was that there was a festival taking place and we had to pay extremely highly f... Read more

Read more

Volet roulant ne fonctionne pas et fenêtre et porte ferment mal donc bruit de rocade voisine très très présent, télécommande télé fatiguée et marche d accès à la salle d eau particulièrement abîmée. Heureusement que ce n est pas trop cher!

We stayed here as a group of 5 during the European Championships. The Hotel is situated about 7 miles from the center of Bordeaux but there is a tram line nearby. The Reception area is small and provides a basic breakfast for 4 Euro. The Staff were quite helpful but do not speak good English. The Reception is not 24 Hour but there is a machine outside to book in if there is nobody in reception. The Rooms are small to say the least. We had 3 doubles. Other than room for the bed there is no room ... Read more

The things that this hotel has going for it are: 1. it is easy to find from the ring road, just off at Junction 14. 2. it is easy to get to the park and ride for the tram into the centre of Bordeaux. 3. it has a couple of restaurants nearby. However the hotel itself is rather shabby and dated. It is in need of a complete overhaul. It has a feeling of not being well looked after. Some of the paint is peeling off and the bathroom door in our room did not shut properly. As all we needed was a bed ... Read more

Since this "hotel" is very cheap you cannot expect a lot, however, I did not expect it would be that bad. The distance between the hotel and the tram stop "Cap metiers" is not so short, it takes about 15 minutes to get from one place to another. The path that leads to the tram stop can be very unpleasant during the night. The breakfast costs 5 ? and is very poor, I suggest eating in a bakery shop or somewhere else. As someone else suggested, bring your ear plugs with you, since the hotel is ju... Read more
