Very well located, close to Opera, but still quiet. Great buffet for breakfast. I liked the decoration, red and velvet. The staff is very friendly, we definitely reccomend for a romantic escapade. Lots of restaurants around

This hotel is one of the best overall place I have stayed. ( and I do travel at least 5 months a year). I was there for 5 days on my way back from India. I felt a wellcome guest every time I stepped in with a warm smile awaiting. The service is perfect, the atmosphere very french, the location ideal and breakfast just top. I look forward to going back

Me and my wife spent a second honeymoon here, great service and a very nice hotel in a good part of Paris! Lots of restaurants, cafés and bistros around and walking distance to Le Halles. We had a room on the top floor with access to a balcony, which was very nice to have on the varm spring evenings.

From the moment we walked through the door of this boutique hotel we were made to feel very welcome. Ines at reception was most helpful. The decor was delightful and our room was lovely. It was well appointed, clean, a good size and very comfortable. The hotel was very close to bus stops and metro stations. Just over the road was a small supermarket and a laundromat. There were plenty of restaurants to select from close at hand. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We stayed at the Villa Opera Drouot as we wanted to sample a different area of Paris to stay in. If you're looking for a standard modern hotel then this probably isn't the place for you but if you're looking for a hotel with character and a proper French feel then you should stay here. The location is fantastic, a thirty second walk to the Folies Berger and with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby - we were really spoilt for choice. The staff were brilliant, helping us out in any way they coul... Read more

During our 4 nights stay in Paris, we enjoyed this little hotel. The room wasn't fancy but was comfortable and had character (French people are clever for renovating while preserving the original charm of the place) The hotel is nicely situated as we could walk to many major attractions. This hotel gave us what we wanted: Feel welcome, provide enough comfort but save our money to enjoy Paris gorgeous food, attractions and shopping.

Nice little room in a very good location. There was slightly too much furniture in the room which made the room feel a bit cramped and therefore we struggled for space at times. The WiFi could be slow. No iron but there is a service.

A lovely french feel in a great area to explore by foot. Our room was comfortable and clean, and quiet. Staff were great at all times , always with a smile and an offer of assistance. Loved the decor, made us feel like we were in Paris with the baroque, possible overdone decor, but it seemed fitting. 5 minute walk to the rue de montmarte, and several cafes and bars even closer, but also some quieter establisments if you prefer.

We were very happy with our room. It was a good size, well fitted out and clean. The Concierge was extremely helpful with advice, street directions, printing boarding passes, and generally the best we have come across in our travels.

Me and my friends were stolen total of 3000? we think by someone who works here not only that but the hotel didn't cared or responded in any way, they didn't let us look at the cameras, neither they called the police or tried to help in any way. Bad choice there are way better hotels in the area and btw airconditioner and service is horrible especially the breakfast

Very nice hotel. Excellent location near opera and champs Elysee. There is a metro station just 100 m away. The staff is very nice and helpful. Room very clean and the decor is typical french. One of the best hotel I stayed in in Paris great value for money

If you're into hotels with a specific character, where you will be engulfed in red velvet and striped wallpaper, gilded bed frames and wardrobes, this hotel is the place for you. Comfortable bedding, a clean and fully functional bathroom, yes even wifi are provided. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast is served in the vaulted basement and is up to standards. Great value for money in a great location close to shops, restaurants & bars and theatres. We'll gladly visit again.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Wonderful tub to soak in after a long journey. Stayed in room 312. Location was ok. Far away from the airport but close to most attractions ie Louvre. Hotel staff was scarce but friendly. I did find it difficult to convince front desk staff that as a single woman in a foreign country, it's probably not wise to wonder around the streets of Paris and had to insist on ordering me a cab instead of pressuring me to take the underground or walk...with lugg... This beautiful little unique gem is worlds away from cookie cutter, modern, minimalist hotels. We loved it. We had a 5th floor family room with a little balcony and three doors that opened onto it. The room was tight for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, but we were on the go for the four days/nights we were here. The concierge Fabio is a riot and helpful. He and the other concierges gave us two excellent restaurant recommendations at places we never would have gone to otherwise. Everyone is lovely. (Th... Read more

We found this hotel months ago, and have been looking forward to visiting since. All reviews had been very good and our experience was just as good. The hotel's placement is fantastic. The building is around 200 years old, and the decor is La Belle Epoque. Sure, it's a little tired in places but the atmosphere is great. Staff were very friendly, helpful and considerate. The area around hotel is rich with life - cafes, restaurants, easy metro access. We ended up walking around 17km a day as... Read more

I only recomend room#604, it is double storey room, and Eifel Tower from the roof can be seen. But room is very small you can not stand up in the room. internal stairs are OK but toilet or bathroom is same as airoplane size.

Great location, would nearly recommend on location alone BUT.... but the room was very average, dirty, the bedding was not up to the standard, the Air con was inefficient and noisy and you need to be brave to use the elevator more than once. It's so slow I could walk to the third floor much faster and with less stress. The staff were friendly.

This hotel was recommended to us as a classic belle-epoque hotel and it delivered as advertised. The location is great with a good variety of places to eat right nearby as well as a grocery store right across the street. It is near Metro stations on 2 different lines that took us near the major tourist highlights. The staff was friendly and helpful.
