We had a nice room on the 5th floor, and stayed for 5 nights. We were extremely happy about the room-wide balcony. Room was clean, bed was fine, Africa-themed furnishing was fun and the room had a fridge. Wifi worked perfectly, staff was friendly and helpful. Located on a nice area with good access to the public transportation. Not much to complain. Elevator was a little tricky sometimes. Breakfast was pretty basic, coffee was very good though.

Came in a storm, terror in Brussels and caotic traffic! We got a very warm welcome and fast service. The room was exellent combined with the price and our expectations. The service from the staff at the reception was outstanding and very supportive concerning flight issues because of the Brussels issue

This is the perfect hotel for people who want to stay in a central location and go out without spending a ton of money. Lots of excellent restaurants and bars very nearby. The staff was very kind and helpful. This isn't a Hilton so don't expect that. The rooms are small and our shower was kind of wonky but it did the trick. The bar across the street was pretty loud very late into the night. For the price, this was an excellent hotel. It was perfect for me and my husband. Would definitely sta... Read more

Great location, in the heart of Paris, near to bars, restaurants, markets and 2 subway stations. For those who like walking, is close to the Opera, Galeries Lafayette, and about 15 to 25 minutes from other attractions. Another important point to note is the attention of the staff, very friendly and ready to help. the rooms are always clean, have a safe in the room and a small fridge. What a shame that the room are small but not surprising in Paris.

This Hotel was great for my first stay in Paris at a low budget. Its not very far from the main sights so we walked to most places. The metro is easily accessible and the staff helped us (my friend and I) with directions and tips on what tickets to get for the metro. The hotel is situated in a safe but vibrant area, I tell you clothes, food right at your doorstep. I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable and happy, they were really nice. Just ... Read more

The room was as small as I expected a Paris hotel room to be but I was more than satisfied by the cleanliness of the my room and hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood had many varieties of restaurant, entertainment options and local flavor for a tourist to soak up.

Me and my wife been to this Hotel from 27th May to 30 May 2016 in room 356 as a part of our Europe tour We booked this Hotel through Agoda.com for our surprise, hotel asked us to pay 2 euro per person per night as City Tax, we didn't mind it though This place is very well located, museum of louvre, Moulin Rouge, Paris train station and many more attractions are on walking distance Our breakfast was not free in the booking, still we took breakfast and paid for it, which included, two types of ju... Good location between 2 metro stations. Close to 3 grocery stores and all the restaurants you could want. It was a smallish room but adequate with a small fridge. Nice part were the 2 French balconies in the room. It could be noisy in facing the street, but if windows closed then muffled the sound. The best part was the helpful considerate staff. Looking at you Renaldo! The hotel is definitely worn but with the Africa theme a lot of the scrapes just blend in.

This holiday was booked as an 18th birthday present for my daughter and her friend. The hotel was in a great location, plenty of cafes and restaurants and in an area where they felt safe to walk around in the evening which was very important. Close to couple of metro stations with easy access to central paris and Disneyland. Particular thanks to Fernando on reception for assisting them when there was a mix-up with expedia over breakfast (not the hotel fault at all I might add) Would definit... Read more

Was moved to this hotel late in the night, after multiple issues with its associate hotel down the street. Was staying in Room 354. The room is well located at the corner, and thus had windows on 3 sides. No AC in the room, and it did not matter in the summer - just open the windows, and enjoy the fresh breeze. The washroom is split into a shower/sink and a toilet - which is helpful with a family - but located on opposite side of the bed, which was a little inconvenient. There was no WiFi i... Read more
