I have stayed in various hotels in different parts of Paris and although all hotel rooms have been tiny, I found this place to be the tiniest. I don't mind the small rooms, what did bother me a bit was the service. The concierge seemed uninterested in helping us with the check in. We arrived a bit early and were hoping to get a room sooner. Even though it wasn't possible, I expected better attitude and service. We just felt very neglected. Overall, the room was clean and the stay was pleas... Read more

This hotel is perfect for what it is. The beds are clean and comfortable, the rooms are clean and warm, our room had a very decent bathroom and despite overlooking a busy street our sleep was not disturbed. It's positioning is perfect being close (1 minute walk close) to the Pigalle metro station which has good links to stations near major attractions. There are lots of nice places to eat and drink nearby and shops for general items, too. The breakfasts are nice also! I can't stress how good the... Read more

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Opera Frochot for 7 days and absolutely loved it. The hotel is conveniently located near the Pigalle Metro Station which made it very easy for us to get around town. The staff was super friendly and gave us great tips about places to visit during our stay. The hotel is located in the Pigalle neighborhood which has great places to eat and visit. The room was very cozy and comfortable and the bathroom was small but clean. I definitely recommend the Hotel Opera ... Read more

I recently stayed at Hotel Opera Frochot; tiny hotel, modern, excellent staff... The room we got was tiny; queen sized bed but hardly any space to move around for 2 adults. The bathroom was clean but again super tiny. Moving around in the shower was claustrophobic; to shave my legs, I only had room to have 1 leg in shower while the rest of my body was in bathroom and bathroom door to the room was also open. No, I'm not a big girl, but thought you'd want to know about the tiny bathroom. Other... Read more

Hotel in good location, close to metro. Staff was pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful. Room was clean and adequate size for two people. Shower was clean and hot but did get the entire bathroom floor wet. Highly reccomend

The hotel was in a good district. Very easy to get to by metro and also close to a bus stop, even though we didn't use that. The staff was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there. The rooms were good size for two people and clean.

This hotel is situated in "the red light district" not far from Moulin Rouge. We felt completely safe and the best part was taking the excellent subway and getting off a block from the hotel. Some excellent restaurants nearby-Buvette was awesome. Also a block away a lovely cafe for morning coffee and crepe. The hotel provides a Nespresso machine which is 1.50e per pod. Not bad. Small bathroom. The bed was comfortable. This hotel is very close to Montemarte which was a pleasant surprise for us si... Read more

This hotel is lovely & clean, secure, well decorated & the staff are great!! The tube is so close. The Main Street (near the tube) has a number of bars etc but if you want something a bit different walk out of the hotel & turn left there are so many little squares with boutique shops, artisan bakeries, independent restaurants & cocktail bars. Dirty Dick next door is an incredible cocktail bar, as is the Grande at the end of the road and the wine bar opposite where you can sit outside and watch... Read more

We has a room on the second floor on this hotel. The elevator is very small (like a small closet) so it is more convenient to take the stairs. So second floor was ok. There was no view except a small courtyard with some plastic plants placed around for effect and the hotel walls. No other windows visible so at least it was private. Mattress had a distinctive dip in the middle looking like a canoe. It was reasonably comfy but probably need to be replaced. Linens were ok. Bathroom small with an ... Read more

This was my first trip to Paris. It was a short cab ride from the train station and it is very close to the Pigalle Metro station. The elevator was tiny so my daughter and I took two trips with our suitcase. It was a small room but everything was clean and the a/c worked great. There is a sex store across the street but you can't see anything indecent. It is close to a market and restaurants. The concierge spoke English well and they were able to print my boarding passes. It was a good firs... Read more

The rooms and elevator are very small. Bathroom even smaller but worst part is the location. Several sex shoppes across small street from hotel. Neighborhood on drive to hotel is horrible. Felt unsafe and wound up changing hotels. Beware or just stay away. These are not nightclubs they are sex clubs. Not a safe location to walk around at all!

I was a little bit taken aback at first, this is what was once considered the " red light " district. It's a little seedy but very vibrant and a great place for the 20-30 age range. Public transportation is nearby and close to the hop-on hop-off bus stop. This is helpful since its a distance to get to the most popular attractions. There are bars across the street from the hotel which makes it very noisy till late at night. The hotel is small and rooms are clean and functional. They have a fr... Read more

As a first time visitor to Paris, I was not sure what to expect. This hotel did not meet my expectations, the elevator was tiny and rooms were on the smaller side. On a positive note the location was good being that it was just a train ride away from the action. Staff was not the friendliest. Lots of bars on the street.

We stayed in room number 35 and there was aircon or something in the room making a loud noise all night preventing us from sleeping - we were unable to change the room. Also hotel looks better on pics

I stayed at this hotel while passing through Paris on our way to Rome last February, and will return there again in December. In a previous trip, my wife and I stayed near Rue Cler, close to the Eiffel Tower. That was the perfect location for the initial tourist trip, with an almost unlimited selection of cafes nearby, but the hotel rooms were incredibly, uncomfortably small! This hotel is in a great location a block off the metro, with a fairly good selection of cafes within a few blocks in ... Read more

Be aware of giving credit card at reception on arrival. We had two rooms and were asked to autorize credit card the amount of 50eur per room for damage purpose. One day after we left the hotel they took 190euro from my credit card without any explenation. When i called them to ask they told me that we made damage to the carpet which is not true. But i cant do anything about it, the money is gone. Just like that! We stayed in hotel one week and on last evening i went on the reception to pay for m... Read more
