We spent 4 nights at the hotel. Service was exceptional, Sean was very helpful when we were checking in. We celebrated our wedding anniversary during our stay and the restaurant staff particularly Nickolas and Michel made our night one to remember. Buffet breakfast was one of the best we had. As first time travellers to Paris we found the location to be very convenient and close to most things. The rooms were modern and very clean. Well done to all the staff on making our stay a memorable one

Could not be happier with my stay in this hotel. Very close to the Chatelet metro line, shops at Rue de Rivoli as well as plenty of dining options nearby. Does not feel touristy at all, lots of locals dining and room was big and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of selection. Will definitely be coming back and highly recommended for anyone!

Excellent location, very modern and clean, friendly staff, walking distance to the Louvre and Notre Dame, and also for walk on St Honore street! Public bus 72 can take you to the Eiffel Tower and bus 85 to Montmartre! Perfect for a short visit to paris! Family room was lovely, breakfast plentiful and they even have a kids play area with tv and video games (perfect for kids aged 5-10)! Would definitely go back again!

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and very friendly reception staff. Anthony checked me in and was very cordial and courteous. The air conditioning in my originally assigned room wasn't working well and couldn't be fixed. Anthony personally came up to arrange for another room and without question provided a nice upgrade. Other reviews have pointed out the hotels great location with respect to metro stations, restaurants and sights. The fitness center is decent. I would stay here again.

It was okay the pictures online where better. The room was small, the bathroom had a weird layout with the shower being in a completely different room then the toilet. The room smelled weird and then like it was a bit worn out. The location was great tho right next to a metro station and near the museum so it def made up for everything else

The hotel is very well located, but very hard to access. Parking is - at least - 24? per day and quite far away. The rooms are standard, but rather small. An extra toilet is a plus. Wifi works well. The lobby and restaurant area are beautifully designed, with a lot of art and details. The breakfast was disappointing, scrambled eggs with 80% milk and only 20% eggs (or so it felt), however good charcuterie, but no normal (swiss or gouda) cheese, "only" manchego and camembert (good but too intens... After reading some reviews that were posted, I was a bit cautious about staying here. However, I was surprised about how WRONG those negative comments were! The place was clean, affordable, room was large, plenty of towels, soap, shampoo. Located very close to the metro, or easy to take a cab. Cab prices were reasonable, (about 23 euros) to town center. Metro is cheaper and is easy to use but a bit crowded. Sharing a cab was the way to go for us. I will stay here again! Free Wi-Fi!

Excellent stay! Very good services. Love it! Would definitely come back again. Location is excellent. Two stops from CDG Airport. A short trip from London. A nice escape from a busy schedule. Paris is a beautiful city. Despite of the security issues, we still enjoy the city without any problem. I would suggest anyone to come and visit Paris and stay at Novatel.

Good room, awesome comfy bed and the suite fitted a 2+3 family comfortably. Didn't eat here as there was some amazing gastro experiences in around 45 seconds walk. Parking was non-existent and the closest pay facility was 34 eu a night. Very hard to find on the Nav man.

Excellent staff at front desk - they helped me with room arrangements, advise on places to visit and how to do about doing it. They were very friendly and very helpful. The location is superb, with many nice restaurants and shops nearby. The subway and foreign exchange places are next door. The rooms were neat and clean and serviced regularly. They took the trouble to track down my son's missing wallet and posted it. Overall and excellent experience

This is a very comfortable hotel located bang in the heart of Paris. Check in friendly with meet and greet staff happy to help and advise. The room was large and comfortable. We did not eat here as Paris has approx. 18,000 other places to choose from! There is major building work now being completed at the Forum des Halles next door (the underground mall) but the noise is minimal. The hotel is five minutes walk from the Louvre and the Pompidou, and ten minutes walk from Notre Dame. Tres Magnifiq... Read more

I stayed at this hotel in April for two nights on a business trip. The location is great however the hotel is very tired. If the work going on around it is anything to go by, hopefully it will be updated soon, however it was hard to find when I stayed, however the staff were very helpful. I was given a big and comfortable room, with kettle, mini bar, lots of cupboard hanging space and a separate toilet room - which might be good if you're a new couple. The breakfast was really expensive, you can... Read more

Even though we were not guests at the hotel, Paulina was the most helpful, knowledgeable, and sweetest assistant to our needs. If this is the kind of service provided, I would certainly recommend this hotel. The lobby was absolutely beautiful and the location is central to all of the highlights of Paris including wonderful restaurants and markets.

Spectacular location - lively area with lots of restaurants, bars and cafe outside the hotel. Very accessible by Metro. 5 minutes walk to Pompidou, 10 minutes to the Louvre. The hotel is great - elegant rooms, good breakfast, nice bar. The patio is highly recommended for afternoon relaxation.

Super nice staff and great location make this a place to be. Located steps from the Halles Mall, Paris' newest and nicest as well as metro stops and more. Fantastic breakfasts with everything you could want. Very nice sized rooms, modern and with wifi of course. We thought it was the perfect place for Americans used to having it all and not being crampt up.

Novotel is everything you expect from a hotel. It is clean and functional. Its greatest asset is hands down its location. The Lourve and Notre Dame were walking distance. The hotel is also located right above the Les Halles shopping centre and train station, which made travel incredibly easy. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for a sightseeing holiday, as it is centrally located and gets the job done. However, if you are looking for luxury or 'french flair' look elsewhere. We recently stayed at the Novotel Les Halle in Paris and were not disappointed. The location is a ten minute walk from the Louvre museum and adjacent to the train station and forum shops. The rooms were clean and the staff were excellent with their services. There is construction going on next door but this didn't effect us as we were out due by the day. The buffet breakfast was good and there was a good range of food options to start the day. The courtyard was a nice place to have a drink and a... Read more

Spent 2 nights in the Novotel and enjoyed every minute. Room was incredibly large compare to other Europe hotels shower was new and very comfy bed,you also got a coffee machine in the room which is a good plus. Staff (mikael) was extremely helpful. One cons- the surrounding area is under construction we didn't bother and no particular noise but taxis had hard time to drop us at the door. Overall- worth every dollar!

This hotel is located in the heart of Paris, walking distance from most of the sites that make the City of Light a favorite destination. The experience starts with a very short walk from the taxi stand through what is left of the almost-finished construction of the Forum. The Metro is literally right behind the Novotel. The staff is most welcoming and throughout our eight-day stay they went out of their way to be cheerful and helpful. The room, a standard, was much larger that we had expected, w... Read more

I stayed at this hotel many times due to several business trips in Paris. The location is very convenient, in the heart of dynamic Les Halles and close to the metro. In particular, the Centre Pompidou is very close and from here you have the chance to have a walk in the surroundings, even at night (that is really enjoyable for a girl alone). I dare say that hotel is specifically indicated for business trips. The hotel in effect is modern and efficient. Rooms are simply furnished but very clean... Read more

We traveled to Paris from the U.S. and found the Novotel staff to be very friendly and helpful. My travel plans were changed at the last minute and instead of going to Lyon, I stayed in Paris once I arrived at the airport. I wanted to stay near the Marais and remembered this hotel from a previous visit. Booking on the day of arrival wasn't cheap, but I shouldn't expect anything else since its Paris during summer season. This was my first Novotel experience and I'm happy to say it won't be my last. Second time I stayed here for business. Hotel is centrally located for both work and sightseeing. Forum Les Halles shopping complex is right outside and improving slowly with further construction. Hotel itself is like all Novotels. Lacks any character or luxurious touches. Grey walls in the corridors with no windows. Rooms are very ordinary and the best and duvet basic. Minimal shower accessories. Breakfast was decent with lots of options Overall a convenient place to stay but nothing special

Firstly I'd like to start on a positive note, the hotel is very central, clean and a brilliant place to stay in Paris. I didn't have any complaints until I came home and had three fraudulent transactions on my credit card. My bank were brilliant and sorted it out, however the hotel were very poor in handling my initial phone calls and did not answer 3 of my emails. Excellent choice for a tourist stay. New building (rare in Paris) with nice amenities. Gym is small but well equipped and clean. Bathroom was large and also perfect in every way. Breakfast is separate and we never made it, preferring the choice of cafes and bakeries in vicinity. Had a drink at the bar one night during the Euro Football Championship which was nice. Fully recommend this hotel.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Our first room would have been perfect for the three of us, but discovered the air conditioner did not work and had to change to a smaller room. While the lobby, bar, and outdoor eating areas were modern and up to date, our room looked tired with older carpeting as did the area surrounding the hotel. Below the subway station (located behind the hotel) are restaurants and stores. The outside patio area is quite lovely for enjoying an appetizer and drink.

Great location. Close to railway station. Good base for sightseeing. Stayed with my family and the room works well for a family of 5. The room was modern and clean The staff were very good. The breakfast was good value for the family and the kids eat free. Only reason not to give it 5 stars is that it is a novotel hotel and thus lacks character and personality. We were a group of 3 people staying at the hotel for 2 nights. To start off, the location is great. You can easily walk to many of the points of interest such as Notre Dame and the Louvre. If you want to go further, there are always taxis passing by the hotel entrance (we used a taxi once, to get to the Eiffel Tower and it cost us about 12?), but you can do it just fine by foot.
