We spent 4 nights at the hotel. Service was exceptional, Sean was very helpful when we were checking in. We celebrated our wedding anniversary during our stay and the restaurant staff particularly Nickolas and Michel made our night one to remember. Buffet breakfast was one of the best we had. As first time travellers to Paris we found the location to be very convenient and close to most things. The rooms were modern and very clean. Well done to all the staff on making our stay a memorable one

Could not be happier with my stay in this hotel. Very close to the Chatelet metro line, shops at Rue de Rivoli as well as plenty of dining options nearby. Does not feel touristy at all, lots of locals dining and room was big and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of selection. Will definitely be coming back and highly recommended for anyone!

Excellent location, very modern and clean, friendly staff, walking distance to the Louvre and Notre Dame, and also for walk on St Honore street! Public bus 72 can take you to the Eiffel Tower and bus 85 to Montmartre! Perfect for a short visit to paris! Family room was lovely, breakfast plentiful and they even have a kids play area with tv and video games (perfect for kids aged 5-10)! Would definitely go back again!

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and very friendly reception staff. Anthony checked me in and was very cordial and courteous. The air conditioning in my originally assigned room wasn't working well and couldn't be fixed. Anthony personally came up to arrange for another room and without question provided a nice upgrade. Other reviews have pointed out the hotels great location with respect to metro stations, restaurants and sights. The fitness center is decent. I would stay here again.

It was okay the pictures online where better. The room was small, the bathroom had a weird layout with the shower being in a completely different room then the toilet. The room smelled weird and then like it was a bit worn out. The location was great tho right next to a metro station and near the museum so it def made up for everything else

The hotel is very well located, but very hard to access. Parking is - at least - 24? per day and quite far away. The rooms are standard, but rather small. An extra toilet is a plus. Wifi works well. The lobby and restaurant area are beautifully designed, with a lot of art and details. The breakfast was disappointing, scrambled eggs with 80% milk and only 20% eggs (or so it felt), however good charcuterie, but no normal (swiss or gouda) cheese, "only" manchego and camembert (good but too intens... After reading some reviews that were posted, I was a bit cautious about staying here. However, I was surprised about how WRONG those negative comments were! The place was clean, affordable, room was large, plenty of towels, soap, shampoo. Located very close to the metro, or easy to take a cab. Cab prices were reasonable, (about 23 euros) to town center. Metro is cheaper and is easy to use but a bit crowded. Sharing a cab was the way to go for us. I will stay here again! Free Wi-Fi!

Excellent stay! Very good services. Love it! Would definitely come back again. Location is excellent. Two stops from CDG Airport. A short trip from London. A nice escape from a busy schedule. Paris is a beautiful city. Despite of the security issues, we still enjoy the city without any problem. I would suggest anyone to come and visit Paris and stay at Novatel.

Excellent staff at front desk - they helped me with room arrangements, advise on places to visit and how to do about doing it. They were very friendly and very helpful. The location is superb, with many nice restaurants and shops nearby. The subway and foreign exchange places are next door. The rooms were neat and clean and serviced regularly. They took the trouble to track down my son's missing wallet and posted it. Overall and excellent experience

This is a very comfortable hotel located bang in the heart of Paris. Check in friendly with meet and greet staff happy to help and advise. The room was large and comfortable. We did not eat here as Paris has approx. 18,000 other places to choose from! I stayed at this hotel in April for two nights on a business trip. The location is great however the hotel is very tired. If the work going on around it is anything to go by, hopefully it will be updated soon, however it was hard to find when I stayed, however the staff were very helpful. I was given a big and comfortable room, with kettle, mini bar, lots of cupboard hanging space and a separate toilet room - which might be good if you're a new couple. The lobby was absolutely beautiful and the location is central to all of the highlights of Paris including wonderful restaurants and markets.

Novotel is everything you expect from a hotel. It is clean and functional. Its greatest asset is hands down its location. The Lourve and Notre Dame were walking distance. The hotel is also located right above the Les Halles shopping centre and train station, which made travel incredibly easy. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for a sightseeing holiday, as it is centrally located and gets the job done. However, if you are looking for luxury or 'french flair' look elsewhere. This hotel is located in the heart of Paris, walking distance from most of the sites that make the City of Light a favorite destination. The experience starts with a very short walk from the taxi stand through what is left of the almost-finished construction of the Forum. The Metro is literally right behind the Novotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our first room would have been perfect for the three of us, but discovered the air conditioner did not work and had to change to a smaller room. While the lobby, bar, and outdoor eating areas were modern and up to date, our room looked tired with older carpeting as did the area surrounding the hotel. Check out was similarly poor when the hotel confused which of our two rooms we were checking out of and which we were staying in for a further night, as originally booked. This is a beautiful and modern hotel located near the Forum Les Halles. It is easily accessible by Metro/RER and enough lines stop there to get to many of the sights. Many restaurants and cafes in the area, shopping as well. The front desk and concierge staff were impeccable. Kind and helpful! The cleaning staff were efficient but rigid. Only problem was that there was a period each night when there was little hot water. Otherwise, a really good choice!

Passing through Paris I chose this hotel for its central location and convenience for getting to both Gare du Nord and Charles de Gaulle Airport. The RER Station that serves both is next door to the hotel. I received a very warm and courteous welcome. The room was modern, well equipped and clean and comfortable. Check in and checkout were efficient and fast. I had an excellent dinner in the garden.

I was in Paris for holidays with my boyfriend we didn't know where to stay and looking at different hotels we decided to stay at this hotel . The staff its was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok but not fantastic. The rooms at the hotel would need to be redecorate , everything in the rooms looked a bit to old . The hotel it's perfect located. If I go to Paris again I'll definitely go back at Novotel just for the location.

Great location and friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and from what I heard, fairly big rooms. They had a couch set up for our kid and everything was perfect. It is not the most romantic hotel (sorry, Novotel) so if you're on your honeymoon you may wanna look somewhere else. But for us, who only had 3 days in Paris it was very convenient. Super close to Le Marais, the Louvre, the Seine and Notre Dame.

Choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions we made during our week in Paris. The hotel is situated in a live but safe neighborhood, many restaurant, bars and stores are on a walking distance and most importantly, it is only 5 minutes from the Pompadour center, 10 minutes from the Seine and the Notre Dame Cathedral, and on the walking distance from the Louvre museum, Rivoli street and Concorde. I usually stay at 5* hotels but Paris was very full and very expensive so I booked the Novotel. I didn't look forward to my stay but I needn't have worried. In fact some things were better than in many top hotels for example plenty of sockets to charge devices, including right next to the bed. Outside the hotel looks pretty dire and even though it's located in the heart of Paris it's not a great spot in the middle of the Les Halles construction site. It was a pleasure to stay for 5 nights at Novotel. The hotel is well located with a number of sites like Notre Dame, St Chapelle, Louvre within walking distance. The breakfast was varied but the quality of fruit can be better. We stayed in the Superior room which renovated recently. The room are decent and of good size. However the Standard rooms are bad and one should avoid staying there. A special word about the staff at the reception. They all were very helpful and responsive at all times.

We spent three nights here in a suite. It was spacious, compared with other similarly priced hotels in Paris. The living room was comfortable, with a dining table for ordering food in, and a sectional sofa for lazy lounging. The only drawback is the location of the toilet, which was by the front door, away from the bedroom and the sink/shower. With just two minutes to the Metro Les Halles you are close to most of the top stops in Paris. Its also just a short walk to Notre Dame catching some shopping along the route. But its the service that makes the difference! Again Novotel deliveres making the choice of hotel easier next time. Always smiling, always helping, always with a "yes I can" attitude. The notch down from 5 stars is that the cleaning could be better, but it was still satisfactory.
