We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Rooms cleaned to a good standard everyday, girls on reception incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We slept very well, really comfortable bed and side street quite quiet. Well situated few lovely cafes and restaurants, metro just up the road. Would defiantly stay here again, very clean, trendy hotel. A fabulous find!

Hotel is convenient to airport bus and metro lines. Room was small (typical in Paris), but very well arranged. Good shower, good bed, and extremely clean. We faced the rear and it was quiet at night. Staff professional and check in/out went smoothly. Would return.

Good located hotel, only a short walk away from the Metro and RER station. Near Arc the Triomphe and Champs d'Elysees. Nice and friendly staff, quick check-in and check-out. Very nice rooms - although the rooms are quite small - but with a good and comfortable bed and very nice bathroom with whirlpool! All very clean and in good shape! Will come again - highly recommended!

This is a good hotel, very good location, very clean, very nice staff. Only one problem, rooms are small (as I understood it, almost all of them). I don't thinking the hotel can be good for families. My wife and I had booked for 7 nights, but the room was simply too small for that. Fortunately we were upgraded to a bigger room for the same price, so it ended up an excellent stay, and as I said very nice and helpfull staff in the reception.

staying in this hotel for 2 nights was a lovely experience. It was just a 5 minutes away to popular tourist destinations, arc de triomphe. The room was comfortable, the bed was queen size. The staff was quite nice.

I and my wife arrived for weekend on 15th-17th July, 2016. When we came for check out receptionist asked us to pay £33 for mini bar. I told her we never had any thing from the small fridge in the room (called mini bar) apart from Pringles which we thought was part of their service. She then asked me to pay £10.87 which I paid via my credit card. Shockingly when I was checking my statement at the end of July, I found £29.42 taken by Mercure. I was furious and sent them an email asking how dare... Read more

We spent 3nights at this hotel.it is really close to the Arc De triumph in a nice part of the city.Room was clean and compact, a perfect base for a city break with a metro nearby. We thought the hotel breakfast was expensive, but a few doors away there is a coffee shop selling breaky items. There is also a small shop a road away. This part of the city is very expensive on average ?8pint and ?11 per glass of wine. I recommend the bars around Notre Damm- much cheaper and a buzzing atmosphere ... Read more

First of all let me tell you why this is a must: location, location, location! For the price and location ( two blocks away from arc du triomphe) you won't have a better deal. On top of that add excellent infrastructure, rooms newly renovated and kind staff, this will be your hotel from CDG bus stop to Paris!

Really excellent hotel. The room was modern, clean, and a good size for a European hotel. Beds were so comfy. The wifi worked very well (I worked remotely one day from the hotel). Great location just a few minutes from the Arc de Triomphe, metro, and the Champs Elysees. Also stored my luggage on the last day without any issue. Only downside was breakfast prices - while the 9 euros on weekends is reasonable, 19 for the same breakfast on weekdays seemed too expensive. I ended up not getting break... Read more

Stayed here for 4 days in unbelievable good Sept weather. Location was good, 5 min walk to Champs. 5th floor room was big enough and well appointed. WiFi was reliable and fast. Breakfast at 18 Euro was pretty thin selection. Overall the price was far too high (+300 Euro per night). Hotel service was very spotty. They.lock the doors very early - 10pm and you have to have reception buzz you in. Sunday evening they locked early and I waited outside 5 minutes for reception to come back. On checkout,... Read more

Location is key to everything and our stay at Hotel Mercury was wonderful. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. We laughed as we attempted to watch television at night as we do not speak French. The staff spoke English which was a help. The wifi worked very well and there are several cafés in the area to choose from. We ended most evenings with coffee and a recap of our day at The General which is at the corner and a few short steps to the hotel. We aloe exited the hotel and went to... Read more

Is the second and I beleive last time I stayed in this hotel. First of all you pay double the price for privilage room which is so tight and there is no space to work on the small table from the room and in plus when you open the windows you have the privilage of a nice view of the building wall beside the hotel. Very depressing! I learned that the superior rooms and double rooms , which costs less, have the view on the street. Very strange arrangement and concept.Second: breakfast at 18 eur is... Read more

i visited this hotel for the second time , this time i spent 5 complete nights , it is as usual perfect hotel with wonderful rooms and modern bathrooms & furniture , Breakfast is with highest quality , staff are always friendly and helpful , location of the hotel is the most precious value ( very near to arc to triumph ) , hotel price is a little bit expensive ( not sure why ) ,the fire alarm was activated for fake alarm once and it was very noisy! , but overall , i enjoyed my stay

The location is perfect within walking distance to arc de triomphe and champs elysees. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby and it is in a quiet street in a busy area, which is excellent. Room was clean and big enough by Paris standards. Overall a good stay.

The Mercury Paris Wagram is a nice hotel with a friendly staff which is in an exciting and pleasant neighborhood with many good restaurants and things to do. As to be expected in older hotels the room was small but comfortable and the people at the front desk were very hospitable. The Mercury chain offers good value and the Paris Wagram Hotel met expectations. It is not five star but a very respectable four star establishment that met expectations

This was the first time my boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel. The stuff was extremely helpful, friendly and quick. Next, our room was amazing: newly decorated, clean, modern. The room was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable, we had an amazing sleep. But, most importantly, the location: next to the Metro station, few minutes walk to the Champs-?lysées Christmas Market, Triomphe Arc, Eiffel Tower... If you love walking around, this would be the best choice: you can get quickly anyw... Read more
