The hotel is located near the Arc de Triomphe. This is a boutique hotel, very cozy atmosphere - it is such a nice feeling to walk into the hotel and be greeted by name, you really feel welcome! Excellent staff, very friendly, great customer service. The bar and restaurant are great options in house, but there are plenty of nearby restaurants/cafes as well. Highly recommend staying here!

I would've gone this hotel 5 stars if it wasn't to the fact that they billed me for using the minibar although I did not. The issue was resolved in a few days though. My room was very small and they hotel hardly has any facilities. However, it's location made up for everything else. It was nicely decorated with helpful staff.

Arriving already makes you feel excited, located in a prime Parisian neighborhood you feel like arriving in someones mansion. small, however intimate lobby and a friendly smile that welcomes you to the hotel (rare to get a smile), check in was fast and once arriving in my room, I was blown away; amazing space! i booked a suite and it was just heaven and truly felt like an private, exclusive apartment. rooms are peaceful, super well decorated and very comfortable. throughout my stay everything wa... We spent 3 nights here to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful contemporary rooms respecting the traditional building and architecture (restaurant ceiling designed by Gustav Eiffel.) Staff were friendly and highly attentive. Rooms were not the largest - but offered every comfort imaginable. Huge comfortable bed, extremely high spec bathroom, good wardrobe space. Room service (breakfast) and mini bar on the expensive side - but there are plenty of near... Read more

This is a smart, comfortable and delightfully Parisian hotel in the heart of Paris, just a stones throw from the Champs Elysee and Arc de Triomphe. Recently refurbished, it still retains some of the old charm.

For those who love the Champs Elysee area, this hotel is great. A quiet street, but very conveniently located to lots of attractions and major metro stations. It isn't an inexpensive place to stay, but the rooms are large and the service is very good.

Amazingly friendly staff who are always willing to help. The restaurant is ver good and the atmosphere very quaint and elegant. I am giving 4 stars because the housekeeping service was always a bit late and the housekeeper herself didn't seem very clean and had unpleasant body odor that was left behind in the room after she cleaned.

Lovely location and 5 star hotel. What could go wrong.... Terrible hotel. Small and outdated. No complimentary water in rooms. Bar incredibly rude to us and other customers. After one drink turned lights off and virtually sent us to our beds?

So based on their data -rooms of 24 sqm- we ordered this type of room for one week. Room was very small ,something like 16 sqm, full of inutile furnitures (a coffee table ,a huge armchair ,a 2 m long table with an other chair ). For such a small room ,that was too much, there was no space to move. We had no choice but to put one of our luggages on the coffee table) .On the second side, bathroom was huge and very well appointed excepting lighting, the light was very badly oriented ,in case a wom... I stayed at the Vernet for business in May and June 2016. The superior rooms are nicely decorated and I had ample space. Their location is really ideal to the metro, the Arc is only one block off the Champs Elysee. What really sets this hotel apart from any other is the staff. The staff really get to know you and are of the utmost help in every way. Unlike other hotels where the staff may be constantly revolving there seems to be a dedicated core group here that really goes the extra mile. F... Read more

Just steps away from l'Arc de Triumph. The restaurant ceiling was designed by Gustav Eiffel, Must see this. They gave me a stool for my purse at dinner! Staff very helpful and friendly. We had a suite, but saw some of the rooms(peeked in while the staff were cleaning) and they were very large considering how small many european hotel rooms are. They have done a complete overhaul since we were there. I just hope they did not take the "French" feeling out!

We arrived late at night, weary from a long day's traveling but the light, bright colors of the reception area, the luxurious feel of the place and the friendly staff lifted our spirits; that plus a well made cocktail prepared by their excellent bartender. The location and rooms in the hotel are absolutely beautiful. The food was incredible and each decoration had such attention to detail. My only possible issue with the hotel was that the room is made of a considerable amount of wood all over the walls and floor, and my partner and I both woke up with what we thought were allergies to the wood. Thus, I would say for those, for example, who are allergic to real Christmas trees from the Pine, this hotel may not work for you. Nevertheless, the hotel... Read more
