Was here for 1 night. Arrived quite early in the morning and of course the room wasn't ready. The lady at the reception was being super friendly and nice, even though we couldn't get the room read, we could get changed at the lobby's changing room. In the evening, although the hotel was very small, you could open up the window and our room saw a bit of the Eiffel tower from the window, which was very good! All in all, I couldn't fault this place. Small, pretty view and close to everything in t... Read more

We stayed here last week, staff very friendly and helpful speak very good English, lift is very small only for 2 people, room was nice small but just what we needed, we were just a 6-7 minute walk to the eiffel tour so central to everything of interest, we didn't opt for breakfast so can't rate that, only down side there is no bar in this hotel

I stayed here during a business trip and loved the location, the friendly and helpful staff, and excellent room. It was beautifully decorated and had a view of the Eiffel Tower (or the top half of it!). There was a taxi rank nearby, and it was in walking distance of many of the key tourist locations (Tour Eiffel, Arc de Triomphe, Trocadero). I thoroughly recommend it.

We stayed here on transit for three nights to spend some time in Paris. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We got help on finding restaurants, a convenience store, and bus tours. The rooms are cozy as expected in Paris. Our double bed was wide enough for the two of us. The rooms were clean. The bathrooms have two types of shower heads - a fixed overhead one and a hand-held one. The hotel is walking distance to Eiffel Tower. We must have gone there at least 9 times to just walk, to... Lovely small hotel in a quiet, local neighbourhood. We walked around and found lovely shopping and restaurants. We had a basement room which was small but quiet/ Tiny bathroom but it worked. Breakfast was good, they could have offered bottled water as the tap water wasn't nice. No idea about rooms upstairs. Friendly staff

This is a classic parisian hotel just a few minutes walk to Eiffel tower, We were lucky to stay at the Eiffel Suite and had a view of the Eiffel tower. Staff are very courteous and friendly. Front desk personnel are very helpful (especially the Filipino who only spoke tagalog to us when we checked out. hehehehe). A valuable tip is a grocery where you can get all your essential items just at the back of the hotel.

Stayed here for four nights in May. Had a fifth floor twin room with view of the Eiffel Tower and a small balcony with two chairs. Champagne was waiting for us on arrival, which I had previously requested as a surprise to celebrate my friend's birthday. Staff were friendly and helpful and answered my emails to them prior to our arrival with speed and efficiency. Room was small as many are in Paris but was fine for our needs. The bathroom was great, with one of the best showers I have ever come ... Read more

Our new home in Paris! Christine made us feel welcome the minute we walked through the door, and when we returned for two more nights after traveling to Italy we felt like we ha come home. We loved the tasteful decor and attention to detail and especially the view of the Eiffel Tower. I looked out every hour to watch the sparkling five minute light show on the lit up tower. It was pure magic.

Immensely enjoyable hotel. We really liked the location as it was quiet and close to the metro and Eiffel Tower. We were on the 6th floor which was a bit tough as the lift only went to the 5th but we managed! Would definitely stay here again. Service was excellent and were very attentive! Courtyard was super pretty.

We only had a brief stay here, but overall the stay was pleasant. The rooms are quiet small, but that's to be expected. The location is good, relatively close to the Eiffel Tower, and is close to the metro so can get around to other places easily! My only complaint would be that someone walked straight into our room without knocking (could have been an awkward situation)!

We are currently staying at the Passy for the 2nd time. Husband stayed here on a business trip for a well known parisian firm 10 years ago and happily the hotel's excellent standards haven't changed! It's good for business, couples and families alike who want good service but at a reasonable price. We have a split deluxe room as we are a couple traveling with 2 children. The split room concept is great as their is a dividing door for privacy but you don't have to pay for an extra room or a delux... Read more

Passy is a beautiful place, with its ornate architecture, quaint little shops and boutiques. Getting off the metro puts you in the heart of everything. Passy is one stop away from the Eiffel tower. Passy is complete with consignment shops galore, Brassieres, patisseries, markets and even an indoor mall.

Stayed here some time ago. I had the choice of a few hotels to stay in for a conference, I chose this one because of its superb location and modest pricing compared to the hotels on or close to Champs Elysee. This is on a narrow street, but charming locale, not too much noise or traffic. The hotel itself is quite small, so are the rooms, but its very clean and well-managed. The building is quite old but recently renovated and upgraded with pleasant color schemes in the rooms. My room was at an ... Read more

My husband and I recently spent one night here and found the hotel very nice. Clean, comfy, helpful staff, quiet, great location. Everything you want for an overnight or longer. Close to the Eiffel Tower, so close to the Batobus. We were in Paris for a night so needed to be close to everything.

From arrival, the staff were very accommodating. I arrived early and, even though check in time is 2pm, they made a room available for 9am! The room was very clean, modern, equipped, and comfortable. Throughout my stay, the staff were very nice and enquired as to my day and gave advice on restaurants in the area. The domestic staff did an outstanding job on the room every day. The hotel is a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and, if you like to walk like me, many other sites such as ... Read more

We are a couple. We stayed at Passy Eiffel Hotel ("Passy EH") for no less than 6 days in August 2016. Passy is within District 16 which is ranked as one of the safest districts in Paris. It is said that wealthy white people lived there. We stayed at Hilton whilst in Japan, Sheraton in China, actually we stayed at Hilton a couple of times and the services offered in Passy EH was just as great as Hilton. Stayed here when I was in Paris for work and will definitely stay next time I'm back if there are rooms available. Even before we got there the staff were helpful in organising transport to and from the airport for us. To begin with, the pictures on the website do not do justice to this lovely hotel! I even hate to share this little gem with others because I don't want it to be full for or next trip. My husband and I loved our 3 day stay. We were comfortable and slept soundly every night. The front desk staff couldn't have been more lovely. Location and the hotel is nice in general. The staff is extremely rude and they don't care about the customers. They also make sure that you feel this. The checkin was awful and checkout as well. We needed taxis but the ladies at the reception just didn't care. We had to find our own taxi with our little girl under the rain and nearly missed the plane.

A great location close to the Passy Metro stop and an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower and many other sites. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small but adequate, two single beds but so close together that they might as well have been one queen size. But no matter. Nice bathroom, with great shampoos and soaps. Plump towels. The breakfast was good, enough to get you through to lunch at least. Served with a smile. The only thing that was lees than stellar, we were not informed that you needed to slide the room key into the light switch to activate the power in the room. Beautiful small hotel in a great location. Very close to metro, rooms are small but very nice, bed was comfy and room very clean. There are no tea making facilities in the room and we had a travel kettle but were told shortly after check in that it was strictly forbidden to use. Thought that a bit strange. They would however bring hot water and cups to your room if you requested. Staff are friendly, good buffet breakfast. Coffee was nice ð??? Would recommend this hotel for break in Paris.

Me and my husband stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in October. This is a great 3 stars hotel in a fantastic location near Passy metro station, and 5 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. The staff was very friendly and nice. The room, although a bit small was very clean with a classic decor which we loved. We decided to eat breakfast at the hotel one morning, and to be honest - for 14 euros they could have added a scrambled egg. Better to buy a wonderful croissant at the bakery just outside. If ... We learned about this great little hotel from an article in the Guardian newspaper. The hotel is almost hidden in a quiet upscale residential neighborhood with a number of embassies just across on the right bank, across from the Eiffel Tower and very close to the Passy Metro (above-ground, one of the oldest lines in Paris). Depending on your room you might get a view of the Eiffel Tower but might need to lean out the window a bit. The prices are very attractive for such a great location, service... Read more

Only 5 mins walk from Passy metro station and 15-20 mins walk from Eiffel Tower. The receptionist, Christine, is very pleasant and helpful. It is better to get a courtyard room instead of one facing the road as it will be quieter. The room is clean but can be quite cramped especially when we need to open our luggages. We will stay there again when we next visit Paris.
