There was a big International event on the hotel and we stayed there 3 nights. The hotel rooms was just "ok" but the biggest minus was the hotel stuff who started the strike the last day of the event.

Stayed over a week and enjoyed every minute. Located near 2 Metro stops, at least 2 street markets, several (grocery) markets and restaurants--and Galleries Lafayette! The Concierge service is incredible and patient, housekeeping granted our every wish, and the buffet breakfast has something for everyone (including gluten free items)and Cappuccino maker

I showed the front desk my printed voucher for the booking of the hotel with the booking reference. However, the front desk personnel (a man) requested my passport instead. I did not use my full name in my passport to make the booking. Thus, he said there is no booking made under my name. I did the same thing every time I made booking online for all hotels and there is no issue iwith all other hotels as I can show to the front desk with my booking reference and the credit card that I made pa... I stayed at this hotel a few times;however, this one is the worst. The TV and air conditioning are not working. I have had notified the front desk and an hour later I had called a guest services. I was told twice that somebody is on the way to fix the TV. It has been 2 and a half hours and nobody showed up. Very disappointed!!!

Location wise, the pullman is a great place. Central, close to the train station and subways. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the room are not to the same standards. Mold in the bathroom, shower head hang loose, windows dirty, dirt in the hallway.... Not what i expected in a hotel in this price range.

Compared to many other European hotels, the rooms were spacious and had lots of amenities (toiletries, hairdryer, desk, etc.) GREAT views of Paris from the room. We got free breakfast through our travel package, and it was better than average -- wide selection and great pastries. Close to Gare Montparnasse and the metro. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for 2 nights on business. The room was booked through work so i can't comment on value for money. The location is fantastic. From the top of the road you get a great view of the Eiffel Tower. The rooms are very nice and the hotel is huge and quite modern looking. Very helpful staff at front desk. The only let down was breakfast. This could be due to the large number of people - but it's a hotel and you do this everyday. It should be right everyday. The coffee machine ... Read more

The Pullman is a very large hotel and hosts a lot of conferences. Surprisingly, the rooms were quiet and well appointed. The view from the higher floors is great. I stayed over a weekend and again on a Thursday night and was happy with the room and service both times. The concierge was very helpful with arranging taxis and tours. The breakfast had a lot of food to choose from. It was less than 10 minutes to walk to the Montparnasse train station and the taxi to CDG was about 45 minutes.

Stayed in this hotel because our tour booked us in the hotel. I expected the room to be small and uncomfortable. This was not the case. The beds were firmer than I prefer but the room was a comfortable size and well appointed. The front desk staff was very helpful when we needed assistance. The view from the rooms was spectacular. The food was very good in the breakfast restaurant (complimentary) and expansive; the lobby cafe (great onion soup) was slow by American standards but very good food. ... Read more
