Looks like this property sees a lot of traffic, the room we had definitely showed some wear and tear. Stayed 4 nights, each day the cleaning staff did a little less than the day before, including not restocking the paper cups for tea/coffee and by the last night the drinking glasses had not even been cleaned/replaced, we had to call for clean glasses. Hotel is close to a main metro station, but unfortunately not close to any of the main attractions that most people come to Paris for (i.e. Eiff... Read more

Breakfast (and the bar) are outrageously expensive. I can't speak for other food services. I would advise booking a room without breakfast included and eating at one of the many nearby cafes. Furthermore, their check-in policies are inconsistent. I was required to approve a 300 Euro credit card charge for possible incidental charges (in addition to placing my credit card info on file). At check-out, the full amount was refunded - and the person handling that transaction acted as if they'd ... Read more

Situated across from the train station, it was in a good location for a tourist family. We took the Air France charter bus from CDG to Gare Montparnasse. The cost was 17Euro per person; it seems like they have recently changed their pricing as the kid fare is no longer available. It makes taking the cab more economical if you are > 2 considering it is a flat rate of ~50 euros to/from the airport. We tried to get our room early since we arrived in Paris @9am. I have stayed there form the 16th to the 21st of May 2016 while in Paris for a conference. The hoter overall is OK but they have utterly failed in one one event that spoils the whole impression. I found an old, dryed up chewing gum on my "fresh" and "clean" towel (picture uploaded) just after coming out of the shower! Clearly I reported that to reception and although I got a very standard verbal apology, they failed to remove or even replace the towel from my room on that evening. For a 4 star ... Read more

Just stayed here for a week in late May.. If staying in Paris, this is better than the tourist areas and due to the great metro system you get to stay in a great neighborhood.. Upon arrival room was ready by 230pm. Reception and bell staff were great! As Montparnasse was the station my wife and I would be leaving from to go to Bordeaux, it was our preferred area to stay in and this hotel was very convenient. We were delighted with all aspects of our stay. The online check-in worked very well. We were on the 23rd floor- much higher than normal for us, but the view was great. The bedroom was very nice and all aspects of our stay pleased. We would be more than happy to return!

We stayed here for a long weekend and booked 6 months in advance so got a good price (around £260 for 3 nights). The hotel was very clean and had good facilities, staff are vey friendly and speak good English. Rooms were cleaned each day with fresh towels and toiletries. Only criticisms were the cost of drinks - a small bottle of water at the bar was 5 euros however I appreciate that all cities are pricey. The hotel room is spacious and has great location. Metro station and bus stops are around the corner, which are both in a 5 minute walk. But you need to change lines if you go to town centre. Though it is a bit old, it s well maintained. Generally staff speak good English so everything is basically good during our stay. However one thing i have to mention is that the gym is only of a two-room size. Fewer than 10 facilities are provided and it is closed at 10pm. In regards of such a big hotel, ... Read more

Nice hotel close to bus, trains and trams. Direct train to Versailles and bus to the airport leaves right in front. Lovely view of the Eiffel Tower at the top of the street or go to the top of the montparnasse tower for a great view of the city.

Very nice hotel with extremely comfy beds. Nice location on one of the hills in Paris. Twenty minute walk to the Eiffle Tower, D'Orsay Museum, where you'll find the impressionists. Many local bistros a short distance from the hotel. Montparnasse train station directly across the street from hotel. Watch your bags while in the lobby. Bags stolen. It happened to two of my colleagues. Sadly, beautiful Paris is full of pick pockets and thieves. Very nice hotel otherwise.

We entered our hotel room after a very long day of driving from Switerland only to find several stains and spots in our room. At the door something had clearly been spilled covering the door in splots as wel as the carpet. As we entered we saw more stains on the curtain and walls from previous accidents. Although the beds were indeed comfy and the views are remarkable it doesn't make up for the immense of clear filth apparent in our room.

Its ranked as 4 star, but I wouldn't really classify this as a 4 star. Although the management/company focused too much on the design and look of the hotel, they didnt invest much in the comfort of the guests. The room was ok and the breakfast buffet was continental but with only few items as oppose to what you normally have in a full on buffet at hotels like Hilton or similar. Would I stay here again? It a outstanding place to stay due to its quality and location... It is near to a subways station (Gaite), just few minutes walking from Eiffel Tower and good restaurants. The hotel has a very good service, with a staff that is always trying to support you in anything you need.

As you approach the hotel you see a modern city atmosphere with the customer service of royalty. Upon entering the hotel the bellman quickly assess if you are part of a river cruise departure or a hotel guest. Regardless of your reason for the visit they make you feel "you are home." A great location to stay in Paris.

My husband and I have just checked out of your hotel and whilst the hotel looks clean and inviting there are areas where service and housekeeping let you down. On arrival at your hotel we were checked in by a lovely lady called mallary she was excellent. She gave us a room key and we went to the room sadly this room was not actually ready so we went back down to the ground floor from floor 11 and spoke to her. She gave us another room and apologised and her customer service was excellent with p... Read more

Modern style decorated hotel. The room is very comfortable. Toiletries contain everything you need, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and etc. Besides, Montparnasse is not far from central Paris. Using metro is convenient.

Pullman is a relatively new European hotel brand, part of the big Accor group. The Pullman Montparnasse is a very nice large high rise business class hotel built in the 70's as part of the huge Montparnasse redevelopment scheme, originally part of the Meridian chain. Some of the rooms would have fantastic views over Paris, though we looked south so nothing particularly interesting to see. Most of the hotel has been completely renovated and our room was in very good condition. We were there fou... Read more

We spent two nights at the Pullman Paris Montparnasse. We found our room on the sixth floor to be very clean, immaculate and comfortable. From the window there is a lovely view of the city, although I was curious on how impressive the view would have been from the twentieth floor upwards. The bathroom was designed for the wheelchair user, with all the extra facilities needed for the disabled guest. On the practical side, we found the toilet seat broken, that is, hanging on its fixture with just ... Read more

Location is extremely convenient, near metro/RER station. PC Desktop, printer are available downstairs Will choose same hotel next time

While checking in I got two times a room that was not cleaned at all. Only the third one was then clean and officially an upgrade (with ugly stains on the carpet). I could not see any difference to the booked standard room. As most hotels not even a small possibility to open a window and heating/AC very loud. The breakfast was below expectation unfortunatly. There was not even an offer for making fresh omelettes etc. Prices at hotelbar way to expensive, 0,25l of beer for 7 Eur. The internet was ... Read more

Came here for a mini break with a friend to do some sight seeing and was not disappointed. Saw some bad reviews before we went but we was very pleased. The breakfast was amazing with a massive choice. Rooms brilliant and a lot more for what we paid. And the staff are very helpful, they helped us find the best ways to our destinations. We went Disney land and Eiffel Tower both easy to get to from the metro just a 3 minute walk away. We both have said we would defiantly use this hotel again.

I expected nothing least than perfect in Paris. Modern, clean and all the extras makes it one of the best hotels I've stayed in. You have everything available to you, slippers , a robe, nail file, cotton swabs, sewing kit, body lotion and soap. Apple computers in the business centre. You're close to the subway and restaurants. It's a perfect location and a great view.

I stay many times for many years in the hotel, that was named Le Méridien, owned by Airfrance group. A couple of years ago, a stay on very some hotel, now called Pullman, and I was happy, to see that the hotel remain in good condition, and good service. Last month, I need to stay in Paris for one night, and I found a huge difference, in many ways, such as, a lot more expensive, very poor reception during check in. This hotel is the best one I've stayed at in Paris due to its location to the Gare Montparnasse. You could get anywhere in the city in minutes. A grocery store is close by and the breakfast was tasty with a large selection. I really enjoyed the service. The front desk was exceptional and their attention to my requests was stellar.

The hotel is modern and up to the 4-star standard. Proximity to Montparnasse station allows easy of communication with the rest of the city. I chose this hotel for the location near Place Denfert Rochereau (a 10 min walk). The room and bathroom are good sized with all the amenities you need to have a confortable stay (coffee making, expensive minibar, robes, sleepers, etc.). Views are fantastic (ask for a high floor room, I was on 15th). Food at the restaurant is second to none. But the breakf... Read more

Our room on the 20th floor had a stunning view - we could see the Pantheon, Notre Dame, Sacre Coeur, St. Sulpiece the Montparnasse Cemetary and the Musee d'armee, all of which we visited. The hotel was fairly close to several tube stops, which is how we got around the city. There were convenient ATMs and decent restaurants in walking distance, too. The rooms are well appointed and the staff are very helpful. We stayed here for almost a week. It is large and relatively impersonal but very clean and the rooms are a good size. We ate in house twice but, although the food was ok, i found it very expensive. Better to head off to a local cafe/restaurant. Very handy to have a taxi rank at the front door and the trains within 150 metres.

Everything was in place. The staff was friendly but you really do not need to interact with them. However avoid rooms that have connecting doors ( mine was 1821) because each time the other guy would open the door, the pressure difference between the room and the corridor would be felt in my room too, with the connecting door making a definite noise. Can be very disturbing if your neighbor comes in late. Also the tea/coffee box was empty on the first day...

We booked in this hotel as a real treat only to find our room overlooked a building site. We then moved to a higher floor with a good view of Paris. The close proximity to Montparnasse Gare (train station) was a definite bonus. The Platnium breakfast room was not quite what was expected. The tables were too close so the chance for any meaningful discussion was lost. The staff had to be reminded when things like yoghurt pottles, bread etc ran out. Pullman Paris Montparnasse is a great place to stay if you like using public transportation because it is near Gare Montparnasse, a bus/metro/rail hub. It is located in a neighborhood within walking distance of little restaurants but not much else. Although near the Luxembourg Gardens, it is still a hearty walk away. Plus, the dominant view through hotel windows is the looming black tower much despised by Parisians. The staff was friendly and helpful and the bar off the lobby a nice respite... Read more

We booked The Pullman through Vanere.com and got a great rate for the a 4 star Hotel. First of all the hotel is HUGE, the lobby is nice if not a little bit shabby in places. It seems to be used a lot by the airlines for cabin crew which I suppose is a vote of confidence. We arrived a good 90 minutes early the receptionist went out of her way to sort an early room out for us, which with two kids was a godsend. We were hoping for a view of their Eiffel tower and when the first room didn't have one,... Hotel is very nice, staff friendly and always ready to help. Food inside the hotel is outrageous, but there are a lot of restaurants nearby where you can eat very well at a reasonable price. What makes this hotel special, is its location, 2 minutes walk to Garre de Montparnasse, where you can hop on the bus, subway or train and get to the main attractions in Paris in no time. Would stay again any time.

The hotel itself is good if you get a junior suite. The facilities are fine but nothing special. Breakfast is quick and efficient. The main problem is the reception area which is one of those ultra mod tables with chaotic queues and it takes too long to get seved in peak times. I waited 20 minutes to check out. Too long when you are on a toght schedule.

The Pullman is a very large hotel and hosts a lot of conferences. Surprisingly, the rooms were quiet and well appointed. The view from the higher floors is great. I stayed over a weekend and again on a Thursday night and was happy with the room and service both times. The concierge was very helpful with arranging taxis and tours. The breakfast had a lot of food to choose from. It was less than 10 minutes to walk to the Montparnasse train station and the taxi to CDG was about 45 minutes.
