If you do not want to spend too much time in the hotel, this is a good spot. Price was fair, restaurants in the proximity affordable, however not too many amenities in the hotel. 15 Min stroll to Tour Eifel. In sum: Great hotel for a couple nights sight-seeing Paris at an affordable rate!

I booked this hotel based on ratio quality / price and location. This hotel is just in front of a metro station, 15 minutes walking from the Eiffel Tower. The staff was great, especially Cassandra who takes care of us, proactively ensuring everything was fine with us.

Although I know that one should expect small rooms in Europe I was disappointed in our room. We paid for the rooms that were supposed to be bigger and better equipped. No small loveseat, a toilet in a separate closet sized unveiled room, Ã?erected two things that leave a negative impression.

We stayed here for 2 days at start of tour with Gate 1 and again for 1 day at end of this French tour. Everything was clean & comfortable; breakfast offered was great and Substantial. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro station that connects you to all the wonderful sightseeing locations.

Overall a very nice hotel. Rooms are a bit small but very cosy, but that is what to expect when staying in Paris. Every staff member we met were very welcoming and willing to do everything for us. Nice location and very close to the metro station.

On the plus side a) Wonderful helpful staff on reception and b) Room was good size for Paris city. Negatives were a) Bed and pillows a little too hard for my liking and b) Breakfast at â?¬17 was very expensive - which is not unusual for city hotels!

On a flying visit to Paris to watch Wales progress to the quarterfinals, so literally in and out, as we had 80 minutes to get out of air port check in to hotel and get to parc de prince . I had called them en route to explain our lack of time, I got out of the taxi, gave the receptionist my Accor card signed the form, and she promptly gave me a little package of chocolates for me to have energy......nice touch, and only took 3-4 mins. On our return from being triumphant at the football, I expect... Read more

This is an excellent hotel for a short stop stay. It is conveniently situated near the foot of the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. The bedroom was quiet and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. The breakfast was very good. There are a few restaurants nearby.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Good location, 15 minute walk from the Eiffel tower and 2 minute walk to train station. Would advise anyone to travel by train as its cheap and gets you to every tourist attraction Only let down was the pricey breakfast that did not have much choice. Apart from that would stay there again.

Great little hotel, with fantastic staff, they were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are on the small side but very modern and clean. Very close (1 min walk) to underground and train (Javel) stations that can take you anywhere. Loved the few days spent there in October 2015 and would definitely return to this hotel

The hotel is very nice and clean. One of my favorite things about the hotel is it's location, it's very near the Eiffel Tower and the Metro Station, using the metro station, you can go anywhere in Paris. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful, they try to assist you as much as they can.

We booked this hotel via last minute.com and got a good deal plus train tickets. A distance away from Gard du Nord train station. Needs to make 2 changes before reaching hotel. RER station, Javel is within 5 min walk which is good. More suitable for travelers with hand held luggage, not big ones. Small hotel lobby but welcoming reception. Room is of reasonable size. Like it that bathroom and toilet are separated. Bathroom has no door just a curtain. So for friends traveling together, do make ... Read more

Hotel is located in the heart of the best tourist spots in Paris. Reception is very friendly and accommodating. Very accessible to Metro. A walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and Siene River. Breakfast offered not so many choices but i am not complaining. Hey, its French breakfast ok? Albeit it may be loud sometimes but the room view saved it all.

Stayed there for three nights with my family. Clean and cozy room on the sixth floor having river view, quiet neighborhood. Awesome free WiFi! . About 15 min walk to Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was Okay but the area to sit was so small. Staff are nice.

My partner and I stayed at the Mercure Paris Tour Eiffel for 3 nights at the end of July 2016. Our stay was very pleasant and we had no major complaints at all. The hotel has a very small lobby and generally feels quite compact. The rooms are small but are equipped with most things you require - phone, hairdryer, digital TV, fridge and kettle/tea bags. The bathroom is probably the best part of the room which looks as if it has just been updated and is very modern. The best parts of this hotel ... Read more

Upon arrival in Paris we first went to the wrong Mercure (there are a lot) but after a short walk from the tube we found it. Although very small it has nice size rooms, a super comfy bed and incredibly attentive staff full of information for you. A short walk from the Eiffel Tower and lots of cafes and patisseries to take the weight off of your feet after sightseeing. A great little hotel.

Cant believe many of the reviews here are mostly good especially toward the staff which me and my wife had a nightmare and treated in the most racist and rudest way ever! We plan to stay here for a few nights, but since we were treated like a criminal & never feel welcomed especially by the female receptionist at the counter, we left after one night. The location of the hotel is average as you can get better hotel in a more prime location for the price of this hotel. Even ibis is even better loc... Read more

Do not prepay for this hotel. I prepaid for a family room with 3 single beds. First, they did not give me the room I paid for saying I did not order that. When I proved I did, they gave me a room the family room I paid for, but charged me 50 Euros extra per day saying my 3 single bed family room only included 2 people. What?!?! I had no choice, but to pay. Also the AC did not function properly, the bathroom layout was terrible (separate toilet room outside that bathroom means everyone open... Read more

Had an absolutely lovely time staying at this hotel. Only stayed for a couple of nights during a short city break. Was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Staff were warm and welcoming when first arrived and gave us all the information we asked for as well as giving guides for tourist tours etc. We were able to leave our luggage for no extra cost on the final day after check out and could be collected whenever. The room was of a small size but was perfect for a couple getaway. The bed was ... Read more
