We spend 3 days in Paris and we found that Hotel Le Six is well located in Saint-Germain, in the 6th Arr. The team of people that work there offer unsurpassed service. At the front desk we met Slimane, Teresa and Nasir. They are an amazing group of people that really get hospitality and made our stay, very easy enjoyable. Hotel Le Six is close enough to many of the tourist attractions but far enough so you can get a good taste of the real Paris. We walked to many destinations, Champs-lysées a... Read more

Lovely, clean, quiet hotel with very helpful reception staff. Staff obviously pride themselves on their customer service. All very polite, the receptionists stood as you enter and leave the building which I thought was a very nice touch. The hotel is located within a 2-4 min walk of 3 metro stations, each of which take you to the different parts of paris. You can get the train directly to Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Notre Dame and Gare du Nord station if you are travelling via Eurostar to England. ... Read more

I don't typically write reviews but we had such a great stay at this hotel, that I feel compelled to do so.....even 5 months after staying! I read another review saying that if this is your first stay in Paris then stay here. I couldn't agree more! I'm a seasoned hotel traveller through work and this truly one of the best places I've stayed. Certainly the best 4 star. I stayed here with my wife and 1 year old daughter earlier this year. Don't worry about a thing in Paris if you choose HĂ´tel le Six. Despite arriving at 1:30 pm, we were checked in by two smiling staff members more than willing to speak English, and shown to our room right away. It is nearly impossible to praise the staff too much; the service offered was seamless and every interaction was a pleasure. The floor diagram we saw showed differences in room size and configuration; our deluxe was quite spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Pillows were plentiful (and non-... Read more

My family (my husband, son (7) and daughter (4)) and I have just returned from a 4 night stay at Hotel Le Six and truthfully are looking forward to our next visit. This hotel is in a fabulous location between Montparnasse and St Germain de Près. There is a vibrant atmosphere with students, locals and internationals mixing well. Stayed 2 nights at Hotel Le Six and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is about 10mins walk from Montparnasse Station with many cafes around the area. There is a café nearby that even opens 24hrs. The staff were friendly and helpful. They would try their best to answer your queries and spoke good English. The rooms were comfortable and provided high quality L'occitane toiletries. The room was a little small, but overall a very comfortable business type hotel.

Hotel Le Six was exactly what we were looking for, modern, boutique (ish), and in a part of Paris where we could easily walk to things. Our room was small but very clean and comfortable, I liked that the hotel is not on a main street because that kept the outside noise down. The staff was very helpful when we needed them. Lovely small hotel that would appear to have once been two apartment buildings so hangs onto a vintage Paris feel with modern updates. Our room was just off the elevator so a bit concerned about noise outside of our door but due to the wide open central staircase most guests used the stairs and noise was not an issue. We were warmly greeted entering and exiting, not to mention by the various housekeeping staff. The front desk staff was ALWAYS willing to help us with directions and suggestions (T... Read more

This was our first visit to Paris with kids in tow so we wanted a hotel with interconnecting rooms. Hotel Le Six was recommended and we were delighted with it. The rooms were large by Paris standards and looked out onto a pretty little street, our room had a small balcony just large enough to get a table and a couple of chairs on. We had a main door that could be locked making it almost like a suite of 2 bedrooms each with a nicely done bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of fresh fr... Read more

Sometimes, the most important thing about a hotel is the way its staff handle challenges. My friend and I were scheduled to stay at Hotel Le Six but we sadly had to cancel our plans. We foolishly had purchased the room through a third-party online vendor that had a strict no-cancel policy of which I was not previously aware. The delightful Angela Pepe, guest relations manager, jumped in to help, coaching me through every step of the refund process and ensuring with the third-party vendor that my... Read more

This is a gem of a hotel! The location is very convenient, within two blocks of several Metro stops and many sites are within easy walking distance. The amenities are great. The suite I had was spacious, well appointed, nicely furnished, had a great bed and a terrific shower with a huge rain style shower head that could be detached and used as a handheld. Room service was prompt and of good quality. The breakfast buffet was quite nice, with a good selection of items, including baguettes, croissa... Read more

Recently stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. We usually stay in St. Germain and this hotel seemed a bit out of the way of that sweet spot. However, after a few days we realized we could skip the 20 minute walk along busy Blvd. Raspail and simply take either the nearby bus or subway (2 stops) directly to that area. The hotel is very well run. The customer service is outstanding. It's 5-star service in a 4-star hotel. Our room was spacious with sufficient storage and closet space to avoid the clut... Read more

I stayed there for a week on September 19th and was very disappointed by the overall experience given the hefty price tag for a room. On the plus side: double rooms are rather spacious and it's very conveniently located in the heart of Paris, with many nearby restaurants, cinemas and Gardens like the superb jardin du Luxembourg. However, the personnel forced me to pay the room upfront when I checked in as I booked through a website, without having had a look at the room first. I found this pa... Read more

My favourite is definitely the bed, was amazingly comfy! Stayed at this hotel with my mom in April on a recommendation from a travel agent. We would have never found this hotel on our own and were so happy with everything! I have never been to Paris before and was very worried since my French is TERRIBLE and my mom doesn't speak it at all. The staff at the front desk could not have been more helpful from the time we rolled in until we left. We stayed at a different hotel (for budget reasons), but used the spa services at Hotel Le Six -- they were overall great! We (mom & I) each booked a 90-minute massage. It was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to find a spa that was open on a Sunday (my actual birthday), so I was thrilled to find them open (at a reasonably early time on a Sunday, no less - 10am). The spa rooms were nice. They did not play soothing music in the background, which surprised me. I've traveled many places in the world, and thi... Read more

Just got back from staying 2 nights at this hotel and had an amazing time. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel was lovely. Nice decor! Our room was a superior Deluxe, which we managed to get half price, just by calling them and asking what deals they had on.
