What a pleasant stay. The rooms are all air conditioned, have a safe and an ensuite. The staff are all multilingual and very friendly. The buffet breakfast is the best I've ever had!! There is a very frequent shuttle bus service to Disney. It's shared with the two neighbouring hotels so can get busy during peak times. But they are very efficient. There's also an onsite Disney shop so you can buy bits in disney and have it transferred to the hotel free of charge.

Business stay. The hotel is decent, the rooms are quite small, but very clean. Staff are really professional. I find that the prices are a bit high though, i wouldn't go there for a personal stay. There's a very nice japanese restaurant in front of the hotel, managed by chinese.

We stayed at Kyriad hotel over three nights in Sept of 2015. The location is pretty good, with several places to eat nearby. There's a couple of convince stores within walking distance , and the closest metro station is only a couple of blocks away. As for the hotel itself, the front desk staff were pretty friendly, and there was always someone who could speak and understand some English there during the day, but not so much overnight. There's a bar on site that also serves bar type food, we vi... Read more

Nice hotel. Lovely room. A bit tight on space bug heh it's just a place to rest your head. Meals have to be taken elsewhere which is the only negative. Bercy shopping centre round corner has plenty of choice. Friendly staff. Very tidy. Hotel very modern.

Arrived with a group of 100 and checking in was a mess. One person on reception who was more concerned about scolding children about popcorn than assisting guests. The bar man was overwhelmed and couldn't deal with the work required. The room was tiny smelly and dirty. The pillow was blood stained, as were the sheets. I requested the pillow and sheets be changed and the receptionist refused to be helpful. I left the pillow in reception and had to wait until the 2nd nights stay before it was cha... Read more

Well, what a pleasant surprise this was. We made a last-minute booking for a wonderful price (EUR 70). Since that price was far below what we usually pay for hotels in Paris, we expected a simple hotel. It much exceeded our expectations. The hotel is conveniently located in Bercy, near Gare de Lyon, the concert venue and Bercy Village, however it's tucked away nicely at the end of a quiet street, so there's none of the busy traffic you might get elsewhere. This is also very handy if you have t... Read more

One of the tags on the literature in the Kriad is that it's non-conformist, which is *so* not the case! It's an absolutely standard traveller's hotel with the usual small room, minimal sized beds (though comfy enough), the tiny robust bathroom, and, well not much else. The touble is, the whole place - our room, the corridors, the lifts, the reception - smelt of cleaning chemicals, to the extent that my wife's eyes were red and streaming when we woke up on the Saturday morning, and we slept with ... The Hotel was in an ideal location, close enough to the train station Gare de Lyon but also far enough that you weren't right next to it (no noise). The bus stop was right outside the hotel so you could easily catch that to the station if your not much of a walker at all (it's really not far). The staff are really friendly and welcoming. It was my first time to Paris and I only knew the basic french but they didn't make me feel silly and were able to help me out in English. The hotel rooms are r... Read more

With 28 to well over 30 degrees celsius in the room and a AC that only made noise and spewed out warm air, we had a hard time sleeping the week we were here. It didn't help on our experience having three different receptionists give three different lies on the status: "tomorrow", "tonight", "it's already fixed". Besides this, they messed up our booking without offering to change to a different room (we asked for two queensize beds, got one kingsize). If you are traveling with your family and don... Read more

We stayed at this hotel for one night. It was not fancy but took care of our basic needs. The front desk staffs were very helpful. They also let us check in at 10ish am. Our room was clean. We were surprised to learn our room rate included breakfast, and it was quite good. There were quite a few selections. Overall, this is a good hotel for budget conscious travelers.

The hotel was very modern, easily accessible and a short walk away from the "Accorr Hotel Arena" venue where we saw the Springsteen "The River Tour 2016".The room at the hotel was very functional with a seating area, wardrobe space, tea and coffee making facilities and bottled water. If I had a complaint it would be that ,being a 6'- 2" guy, the shower cubicle needed to be the "next size up" !! .The house keeping was of a great standard and all staff were courteous and helpful. As stated the hotel ... Location in Bercy might be unknown for some but it is an exciting area with lots of residences / apartments . it's close to the seine river and very close to Velib Bike stands where you can rent bikes for only 2 Euros for 24 hours . ideal for exploring the city. Breakfast buffet was quite good. warm scrambled eggs with sausages, different yoghurt and cereal and a wide selection of sweet cakes . A bit over the standard for a 3 star hotel I would say. Coffee machine didn't have fresh milk thoug... Read more

We've stayed here in may with a large group. The hotel is situated in Bercy Village, not to far from the subway (but still a bit of a stroll). Nearby is a pedestrianised street with restaurants and bars. There's a supermarket down the street. Parking is limited. The hotel is modern and big, and a bit lacking atmosphere. But the rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpfull (and speaks Engish), and the breakfast is good. In the breakfast area is plenty of seating, but the routing isn't great ... Read more

We chose this hotel for a last minute break for our anniversary. It's close to ORLY airport and easy to get into the main touristy bits of Paris (15 mins metro). But there is enough to do locally on an evening with really nice bars and restaurants in the village. The room was basic but nice and comfortable. Decent TV but no English channels. Comfortable bed with nice bed linen and duvet. Air Con worked well to maintain a comfortable temperature. The safe in room was of a decent size for all our... Read more

Hella out of the way from what you first think of Paris. But it is walkable!! Great neighborhood. Decent grocery near by as well as restaurants - shops and cafes. While the value is great - if you want the true fanciful Paris experience - stay with caution. You will be seeing all sides of Paris which was amazing! Rooms adequate . Breakfast decent . This is not a hotel for +2 nights . Perfect for an in and out of the city due to the size and the room amenity .

The rooms and general areas are very well maintained from what I saw. Some of the staff are a bit abrupt; perhaps understandable given the huge number of tourists that must pass through here. Breakfast was very good but expensive at 14 Euros on top of the room price. Nice parks nearby and plenty of opportunities for 'touristy' shopping and walks.
