Fantastic little hotel in the best area of Paris. Very clean and quaint. The owner is eager to please. Loved our stay there and would definitely return to this charming hotel! The rooms are furnished with antiques. Breakfast available. This hotel is in close proximity to wonderful reataurants and bakeries and shopping. Imagine a quaint hotel on a bustling Paris street and this hotel fits the bill. The accommodations were a great value for the price. I recommend this hotel without reservation...... Read more

We loved our stay in Room 61. We had a nice balcony and used it every morning for breakfast. The hotel breakfast is amazing. For 13 euros, we were able to have coffee, jams, croissants, egg, yogurt, and kiwi. The hotel is located in the heart of the Marais close to shops, restaurants, cafes, and the very accessible metro. It was an amazing location with a wonderful neighborhood and quintessential Parisian feel. We loved our stay and would book again here.

The room was charming with a small balcony and a modern bathroom. The location in the Marais was perfect. We loved it and will stay there again. It was very reasonably priced for Paris. The room was decorated in an old world style which we loved.

It's a lovely little hotel directly in the Marais. Shopping, eating, old buildings right at the door step of this hotel. The interior is as stated on their webpage. The small downsides are; it's a little hotel with tiny rooms, the mattress' were too soft for my taste, the blankets were sheets with a thin woolen blanket (we had 2 single beds). I need real duvets to wrap myself in it. The blankets made me freeze at night (with heater on). Wifi coverage was excellent throughout the hotel (undergrou... Read more

A gem of a hotel. 19 rooms in a charming hotel just off the Rue de Rivoli. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, as are the bathrooms, but charmingly furnished with antiques and comfortable beds. Good value for the position in a great area of Paris.

My husband and I spent a luxurious ten nights at this charming "antique" boutique hotel after it was recommended to us by friends. The location is perfect - we were able to walk to and from most of our favourite sites, or easily take the metro or the bus. The staff were exceptional: great advice and suggestions and outstandingly courteous. Their breakfast for Euros 13/day is well worth the price and allows for an early start to the day. We can't wait to go back!

The rooms are really small, I mean: really small, but they warn about it everywhere, so it can't come as a surprise to anyone. We had the room in the rearside of the building phasing the wall of some other building just a couple of meters away. They give the frontside rooms, which are slightly bigger, to guests staying for the whole week, we stayed only for 3 nights. There is just enough room for one suitcase, nothing more. Our (grown up) daughter stayed in the ground floor room which was slight... Read more

We had a back room and n the 6th floor so it was quiet without traffic noise. Well air-conditioned. The bed was comfortable and their were plenty of pillows. The usual bathroom makeup in Europe-- tub with no glass or curtain leaving a mess on the floor. We were only their one night so used all but one hand towel to mop up. Breakfast was 13? but could be shared paying for an additional tea or coffee. Philip was very helpful. A good place to stay with many great restaurants and sites aro... Read more

I have been going to Caron de Beaumarchais (and sending people there) for years. It is incredibly charming, and a great location at the entrance to the Marais, near the St. Paul metro Station. The proprietor knows Paris inside and out, and is very gracious, as is the entire staff. And the breakfast (en suite) is the loveliest, most reasonably priced breakfast in all of Europe...no, in the world! Merci CDB, et a bientot!

Loved this place, very friendly & helpful staff - excellent breakfast, gorgeous style & bedrooms not too small by British standard - although one room did have slightly less space - great air con & Windows which eradicated any noise - just needs a bit more thorough cleaning in bathroom - would stay again

This is a lovely hotel in a wonderful district of Paris. You cannot go wrong here and the folks at the desk are ever so friendly and very helpful. And a tip: Unless you have a huge appetite for a room service breakfast, just order one breakfast and two coffees! It's all delicious for sure!!

We absolutely adored this hotel. The lobby is lovely, warm and intimate. Our room was of typical Paris size, but while we had worried beforehand about whether we'd be cramped, we found there to be plenty of room for the two of us to unpack our belongings, keep our large suitcases, and navigate comfortably. The décor in our room and bathroom were lovely, and we had a lovely little balcony on which we took breakfast each morning and sat at other times. The location is absolutely ideal. And m... Read more

I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews on Trip Advisor. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The rooms are dated, the bedspread was dingy and the bed a little saggy. There were very few amenities, including no shower curtain or lotion in the bathroom. The wifi was spotty. On the positive side the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a good location in Le Marais, close to Rue de Rivoli, the Hotel de Ville Metro station and a lot of shops and cafes, but there ar... Read more

Quaint, but not overly cute, this hotel is a great spot to immerse yourself in the Parisian experience. We stayed for one week on the top floor and had a beautiful view of the street and the rooftops of Paris. The room is small--we had to struggle to find places for our two large suitcases and other luggage--but well appointed and quite cosy and quiet at night. The bathroom and shower were actually a bit roomier than we have encountered in similar hotels. The staff was warm and helpful witho... Read more

Hotel was cool and unique. Location perfect. Right in the Marais with amazing access to restaurants and shopping. Room was small, but having French balcony was really nice (front room). Could hear jazz from the room on Sunday evening from the brasserie around the corner. Not perfect, but a good choice.

This was a fantastic place in the heart of Paris. It's very convenient to all sorts of attractions, but doesn't feel touristy. It's reasonably priced with a very friendly staff, clean rooms, and great service.

I have been to Paris many times and wanted to stay in the Marais this time. I love the location. There were two choices for a metro stop. It was just a short walk to the Seine and of course a short walk to the heart of the Marais. Our room was small but most rooms are in Paris. This never bothers me, I am in Paris!! The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast room was small but charming. Food was good. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

There isn't a part of this hotel that isn't charming. Everything is decorated in quaint period charm - the rooms, the elevator, the hallways, and the lobby. The front desk staff are kind, patient and helpful. The location is right in the heart of the busy Marais district, so a few steps out the door in any direction and find yourself in the middle of everything. Although the Marias is loud and bustling, you do get a sense of serenity stepping inside the hotel. But if you are looking for total q... Read more
