Really enjoyed our stay, great location in a quiet part of the city yet just a scenic walk away from the Arc de Triomphe. Being so close to the Metro meant nowhere was out of reach, and the transfer from CDG was also very straightforward given the Hotel's location towards the NW of the city. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast, attentive staff - hard to fault it especially at such reasonable prices for Paris. Would happily stay again!

I've stayed here before so obviously thought it worth coming back. First the positives: As before, the staff are uniformly helpful, the rooms are well appointed and a decent size for Paris. It's very well situated with easy Metro access, you can see the Eiffel tower from the upper floors (we were on floor 7), all the major sites are within a 20 minute ride, good free wi-fi. They have a lovely outdoor central courtyard where you can eat breakfast, a nice way to start the day and there are several... Read more

This is a good hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are good if a bit small but this is Paris! Only dining facility is breakfast. Nothing available for lunch or dinner which is a surprise as the hotel markets itself as four stars. Bar area is very nice but as we discovered if you want a drink after 8pm on a Sunday forget it. Room service is limited and is not available after 10pm. Location for the metro is brillIant and there are several very good places to eat in the area anyway.

As a travel agent, I'm always on the lookout for a hotel to recommend...this one works. The room was clean and comfortable with an amazing king size bed and the location on the 7th floor kept the street noise down. We didn't take the breakfast option as I thought the ‚?¨19 to be a bit much. We did find a coffee shop, frequented by locals, just up the street and had an amazing cup of coffee each, along with a juice and croissant for our daughter...‚?¨12 total. I love this hotel. The people are very friendly, genuine and "outgoing"! They make me feel like home and have gone over and above for me in so many ways. Just like family. My time in Paris is for business and this location is perfect for me - close but tucked away. Great ambiance (with fireplace) in the lobby bar. Bar "guys" are cool and so much fun!!! We loved this hotel and were very happy there until our last morning when we had to wait 15 mins to be seated for breakfast because there was not enough seating. This might have been ok if we had been offered a drink while we waited. Stayed here recently with the family on a tour of Europe. This hotel is in a fantastic & quiet neighborhood (Arrondissement 17), yet close to a Metro stop (Pereire - Line 3) so you can get anywhere quickly & easily. To us, the gem of this hotel is it's inner courtyard/garden - a great place to enjoy a fantastic breakfast and start your day right. The staff was also super helpful helping us navigate the city, as there were civil worker strikes going on while we were there.

Very clean, tremendously friendly bar, reception always ready to help, we had cash shortage issue and the management immediately resolved it by giving us a cash advance. The management is fluent in English and very service oriented. We would come back any time. Thank you for giving us such a good honeymoon experience!

The hotel is very well maintained and clean. The staff is very nice and helped is navigate our excursions. The bar is fun, Tony making our experience great. The location is good and rooms quiet at night. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying a few nights in Paris.

This hotel is located in the 17th Arrondissement in a residential neighborhood. Very close to the Metro station which was a bonus. Getting around Paris by the Metro was a breeze and this is coming from a directionally challenged individual! Traveling with a friend who spoke French which was helpful. No worries as there was staff that could speak English. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Good neighborhood restaurants. Room had a safe and lots of storage.

Very nice hotel and staff. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who comes to Paris. The room although a bit small was very nicely kept. The bed was comfortable and perfect after a long day of excursions and sightseeing. I would recommend Ampere Hotel to anyone who comes to Paris. The hotel is only 20 minutes from the Arc D' Triompf and the Champ D' Elysees.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Just a 3 min walk to the metro. If you take a cab/uber you are a 10 min drive to the Champs. Rooms were updated, clean, and comfy! The wifi was a little spotty depending where you were in the room. Lobby staff was friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff did an amazing job. Our room did not have a balcony however another couple that was with us did and even though it was small it was still enjoyable. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was perfect. I wo... We stayed at this hotel as part of a post river cruise extension. Would not have chosen this on my own as it was too far away from the city center. We like to stay in the heart of the city and walk to most places, perhaps go back to the hotel to rest a bit, and set out again for more sightseeing. It was a 40 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and another 20 minutes to the Les Champs-Elysees. There were very few restaurants located around the hotel and no shopping of any kind. Taxis were expe... Read more

Absolutely love this hotel. 4 night break in Paris, and I'm writing from my room right now on my last night. The desk staff are very welcoming, and excellent English speaking. Each day, when we came back from our days out, the room was sitting spotless, new cups, bed made, etc. The room is very clean, and the entire place is spotless! Based on location, very enjoyable 15 minute walk to Arc De Triumphe, which is extremely central!!

Lovely hotel, 2 mins walk to the metro, tickets only 1.90 for any journey, so easy to use & 20 mins walk to the Arc de Trioumph. We arrived early and reception stored our bags. Worthy of the 4 stars. Booked through Expedia & was very cheap

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. It was our first stop in Europe for a month long trip. It was a very cute hotel. The rooms were small but it did have a closet and a wardrobe which turned out to be a lot of storage compared to other places we stayed. Also, the bed and pillows were comfortable, big plus! There were a lot of outlets in the room too and a fridge. The breakfast in the morning did have a lot to offer, meats, cheese, juice, fresh fruit, eggs both hot and cold and fresh bread ... Read more

Could be looked after a bit better, room wise. Breakfast room bit too tiny and often queues. Worst wireless connection you can get in a hotel. If you got work to do and need wifi ... forget about it. What a disappointment. Hope they will improve.

We had a wonderful stay here for 4 nights this month. It was in a good location being close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees for walking. The room and bed were comfortable and the wi-fi was great - no problems at all with it. Staff were just wonderful - so helpful and informative with giving directions etc. They ordered cars for us and Tseten on the front desk was very helpful in ordering us a breakfast pack one morning when we had to leave just after 6.30 a.m. to be in central Par... Booked a premium garden view room. Was disappointed. Room was small and was not premium. Garden view was from 7 floors up !!! Booking wasn't cheap so expected better. Some rooms had balcony but not ours. Complained but was told we WERE in a premium room and we did have view of garden (albeit from seven floors up) so no joy there. Breakfast was nice. Location out of Paris central area but near to metro / train station. Nearby restaurants ok but pricey, but all restaurants in Paris are now pricey.... Read more

We stayed for three nights last week on a short break to Paris. The room was nice, the bed was extremely comfortable which is a big bonus after a day of sightseeing. Although there is no restaurant for evening meal in the hotel there are plenty nearby to choose from. What really impressed us about the hotel was a member of staff, ? Antoine who went out of his way to help us. On our day of departure we were in a panicked state as we could not check in online for our flight from our mobile devices... Read more

We stayed here for a few days in October, our travel agent had booked it for us. We were charged ‚?¨95 for 4 people for the taxi from the Eurostar station (we had been in the taxi queue), the driver said it was at least a half hour drive but in fact it was about 15 minutes. The friendly receptionist was shocked when we told her and arranged our return taxi for ‚?¨28!! The reception staff were very lovely and helpful throughout our stay and had perfect English. Our room was nice with a comfortab... Read more

We stayed for three nights after our wedding. The hotel was lovely. The staff were very friendly and all speak English. Our room was lovely, very modern but very small. This didn't bother us much but we're quite short. A larger person might feel a bit cramped, would recomend upgrading. The bar downstairs was really cosy, they served amazing cocktails. We didn't go for breakfast any morning so can't comment but the lack of an actual resteraunt in the hotel was a bit dissapointing. The location of... Read more

This was my 6th visit to Paris, but definitely my best stay. The hotel is very elegant. I was upgraded from a classic room to an executive room with garden view without me requesting. It was a lovely gesture. Metro 1 minute walk from the hotel. Many restaurants nearby. Monoprix just a block away. Overall, it was a great experience and i would definitely stay again at ampere hotel.

Excellent service at reception with attention for détails, specially when i was not able to find my room being in wrong side of hotel . Room very clean and comfortable , reasonably large for Paris City. Just pitty the size of breakfast buffet is small with limited variety for this category of hotel.
