Stayed there for one night. Hard to find a parking space. Cozy, quite, friendly staff. Central located but need about 10 min walk to champs elysees but and far from Eiffel tower. Nice rooms, very comfy bed, clean. but price isn't that fair

Very basic hotel. Breakfast consists of a few cold cuts and cheeses, dried-out pancakes and juices. Not worth the ?28 per day we paid for the privilege. Stayed for nearly in a week in an executive room, and I'm unsure what exactly that means above and beyond a normal room. Street outside is extremely loud, which I can't fault the hotel for of course, just warning others about it if you need quiet. The most disappointing part of our stay was the slow wifi. The room was positioned as a bus... Read more

My wife and I stopped here for 2 nights over a weekend. The area is nice, it is reasonably quiet but close enough to several places to get breakfast and very close to the Metro. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms, whilst fairly small (not unusual in Paris), were clean and well appointed. The location was perfect for me as a 10 minute walk got us to the Champs Elysee, Place de la Concorde, Grand Palais, Les Invalides etc. Would recommend for a short break capturing the m... Read more

We were a family of 6 with a disabled member and were easily accommodated for both in a family room ( interconnecting rooms) and a separate room. The concierge could not have been more helpful when one member needed a doctor on a Sunday nor was late checkout too much trouble. Luis was particularly helpful. It is in a very expensive area next to the Presidents residence which meant it was a bit thin on the ground for nearby restaurants, but it was central enough for places of interest such ad Cha... I had read several reviews of this hotel that were not very favorable but decided to stay here based upon the location. What a surprise at the quality provided by this Holiday Inn. There were 7 people in our group and we had 3 different types of rooms. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. This hotel is in excellent location to walk to all the attractions and restaurants. It was a little noisy on the first floor but people were celebrating the Euro 2016 games. The quality of accommo... Stayed here for the Tour de France weekend and quite a busy area on the Friday. Actually in a more business area so got very quiet on Saturday and Sunday. Only 10 mins walk from the Champs Elysées, 15 mins from l'Opera and Place Vendome. Small and comfortable hotel, bedroom small, but nicely appointed though tight shower! Staff very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for three days frankly loved it just because of the reception staff both the morning n the night staff at the reception are wonderful people very sweet helpful n hospitable they went out of there way to help but the lady managing the breakfast was rude n cold but still can recommend this hotel for its location

The structure is an average Parisienne building, with a nice hall. The room was big enough and the bathroom had a very nice bathtub with the shower. At the arrival my room was very very cold so it took a while to reach a livable temperature. The breakfast room is quite small, but there were just few customers.

We stayed here for three nights while on a family vacation. We booked a family room, which was two adjoining rooms - one executive and one standard. The standard room was fairly small, especially with a queen-size bed, but it worked well for our teenage son. The rooms were on the top floor and the executive room had a sloped ceiling over the bed. It was awkward getting out of bed on one side because of the slope. We all hit our head on that ceiling at some point during the stay. It didn't feel s... Read more

Spending as much as this place costs, you'd expect a few things to be better. The goods: Breakfast was ok Staff were friendly Location is very good It is clean The bads: The room was so small the door almost hit the bed upon entry. It was hard to move around the room at all. Really depressed me. The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything. Also, didn't help that I was placed by the lift. It was horribly noisy and felt like people were in my room. Overall it's not the clean or frie... Read more

Stayed Sunday and Monday night for a work trip after booking directly on the IHG website to get the best rate, but this was still close to ?170/night. I booked a standard room but as a Spire Elite member got a complimentary upgrade to an Executive Room. Check in and check out staff were friendly and efficient. The room was large (for Paris) with a larger than king size bed, desk, wardrobe, safe etc and a separate bathroom with a shower over the bath. Water seemed to go everywhere when having... Read more

this is plain silly people. how childish. sign that says you cannot use the little fridge in the room... tiny tiny tiny room that is. where the AC doesn't work. i like holiday inn. that's why i am a SPIRE member, but this is bad ... to the guest relations people that will reply to this email - read all the other people on here upset, and then your replies when you take it seriously etc and will fix it? why the petty little sign so that we cannot use the fridge??

This hotel seemed like an ideal location as it was close to Metro which is why I booked it. The location for the Metro was great but the drawback was it was such a noisey location due to traffic. Woke up constantly both nights I stayed. The hotel was really warm and I turned the air con down to lowest it could. I would have opened the window but the noise would have been worse. The rooms are very cramped and I like to sit at a desk on a night and work while watching the tv. This would be impossi... Read more

I have stayed in the Holiday Inn on a number of occasions as it is near my office and convenient for business. It is walking distance from the Champs Elysees and close to the metro. The staff are pleasant and the place is clean. After that it goes down hill rapidly. The rooms are particularly small, my last room was so small there was no room for bedside lockers, there was a small alcove inside the door for a table about the with of a laptop. The light was so bad it was unusable,in fact I had to ... Read more

Great stay at the HI ?lysée. Very warm and welcoming check in from the reception team. Reception team more than helpful in helping get us our bearings. Hotel is in a great location close to a number of metro stations and local restaurants. Upgraded to an Executive room as IHG Platinum rewards and room was great, inside facing so extremely quiet, A/C and Shower worked fine. Didn't have breakfast as local boulangerie just around corner.
