I've stayed in 3 hotels in Paris and this was far and above the best. Clean. Modern. Helpful staff. Only there 2 nights but very enjoyable. Very good breakfast in dining room. Restaurants within walking distance.

Other than the somewhat indifferent concierge service no real complaints. Very well situated. Nice bar and excellent breakfast in bed. I was upgraded to the executive floor without the lounge privileges, though I did visit it. It is nice but not as extravagant as others such as Fairmont or Mandarin.

Traveled with a group on way to a river cruise, so I didn't choose hotel. However, I would gladly return on my own. Location is excellent with nearby restaurants, parks, and other attractions. Staff is friendly and helpful!

Everything was wonderful. Short walk to the Arc de Triomphe, lovely park nearby, could easily walk to the Champs Elysees. Great start to my trip. Desk staff and Business Center staff were friendly and so helpful.

Hotel was so lovely. The staff was helpful and always had smiles on their faces! The concierge was so helpful with dinner reservations, directions, and even Metro information. Room was very large and we had everything necessary for a wonderful stay. The wait staff at breakfast could use some more training but the food choices were just great!

A high-class and expensive (rightly so) Hotel in the heart of Paris, a walk from the Arc de Triomphe and buses, etc. top flight room and reasonable breakfast, with a Chef on site making fresh omelettes. Usual awful bacon etc. in a hotplate arrangement. The restaurant was truly excellent, with an eye-watering bill which we did not mind as it was worth every Euro.

Excellent Hotel to spend your stay in Paris in. Close to the major Paris attractions. Quiet area. Rooms are large and clean and the service is excellent. I recommend the Hotel without any reservation at all.

Travelled with family and was very well looked after. Staff were very attentive but not over bearing. The only snag was that the room service menu needs to cater to a wider selection of nationalities and the air conditioning in the rooms needs to be improved.

This is a nice hotel - large and therefore impersonal, although the concierges were very helpful. Our room was nice, everything was as would be expected from a hotel of this calibre. The decor throughout is very nice - art deco.

My daughter and I stayed for 5 nights at The Hotel du Collectionneur. We find the location convenient to many interesting places and shops especially near Champs Elysees. The staff have been very helpful and accomodating. The bedroom and bathroom are clean and well maintained.

The hotel is in a good location. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice service a little slow you had to be asked if you wanted tea or coffee two mornings we weren't asked. The rooms are nice and clean but for the price a little average and small. You always expect mini bars to be exspensive but not to pay 8 euros for a chocolate bar. Or a can of fizzy pop. The car parking is very exspensive aswell in total we paid over 120euros for three days parking. We only ate breakfast in the hot... Read more

I travel to Paris often and really love this hotel--it is beautiful, rooms are nice, food is good. However, for someone who is a repeat guest I dont really get the feeling that my business is appreciated nor am I welcomed as a valued customer. And I wont use the cop-out of "French snobbiness"--I lived in France for over 20 years, speak the language fluently and have from time to time stayed in other hotels in Paris where the service was lovely.

I would give a ZERO star, but there no option. We were promised a room 4th floor with garden view, our room wasn't ready so we went to eat lunch, come back to check in. Came back still not ready, got down graded to this Double bed room to a 2nd floor room with this so call horrible view. And toilet doesn't flush?!?!? Gross. We waited 2hrs so far. We asked if we could change room, girl at reception was rude and condescending. Be cause we booked online, we could not cancel. She wouldn't tell ... Read more

Big nice hotel in walking distance of main attractions. Very eclectic very friendly service. De purple bar is bit run down could use a nice upgrade but rest is perfect. Check in was friendly and smooth. Take room to inner court. Nice and quiet. Bathrooms are nicely upgraded which is always a bit of a challenge in Paris.

It meets all the qualifications for a top hotel in terms of location, quality, service and suitability for business or tourism. In addition and quite unusually for Paris, it has quite a good gym. I was quite pleased with the value that I got for the price that I paid.

The hotel is centrally located in Paris in a safe location and almost all the places of interest are within 2.5 km of walk. Had a room with splendid view of Eiffel Tower from the room. Getting a taxi from the hotels very convenient. A nice Indian restaurant for dinner is also a walking distance away. The hotel staff is very friendly and specially the Concierge. You need not ask anybody about anything , just rely on the concierge--They are very helpful, they know what is best for their guest and ... Read more

Hotel Staff was very professional and welcoming, especially concierge Cedric! Only down side: I found the bed to be very hard.

When I reserved this hotel I made the mistake of trusting some of the reviews rather than my experience with other known hotels that I have used in Paris. Needless to say, this was the largest and only let down of our 3 week trip to Europe. We traveled with our 4 children and had requested and received email confirmation of adjoining rooms but upon our arrival were notified that that would not be the case. I could have lived with that but the overall repulsive smell of the hallways and rooms ... Read more

This is a top hotel in Paris, part of our package with APT. Housed on the executive floor this hotel ticks all the boxes. Within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and the Park Monceau across the street it is ideally situated. The Metro is 5 minutes away. The staff are multi lingual so there is not a language barrier, as there isn't in most of Paris as long as you explain that you are Australian. The room is huge and the bed comfortable. Breakfast is what you want, English Continental or a... Read more

From start to finish, my stay at the hotel was wonderful. Fantastic staff, wonderful Spa, excellent service. The room was always spotless. Regretfully, I ate only one meal (room service/ breakfast) before having to leave, but it was so delicious that I will most certainly have dinner there on the next trip.

Stayed here for the recent Euro 2016 final, for what is deemed to be a "5 star" hotel the service is absolutely shocking, I mean appalling. No one answers an internal telephone in fact I waited 2hrs 30 minutes for room service one night (after 2hrs the night before) after calling 50 times (no joke) with no response I had to get dressed and go to reception at 2am to be told that no one had written my order down and they had no idea what I had been waiting for, the manager who was clearly out his ... This was the first time I stayed at the Hotel de Collectionneur Arc de Triomphe and was very impressed. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast they offered was very delicious, but most importantly the area around the hotel was great. I could walk to get lunch, dinner, mass transit and a local ATM. A great little gem of a place that I highly recommend and will be going back to again.

We stayed at this hotel in May 2015 before our Paris and heart of Normandy Viking river cruise. The rooms were well decorated and very modern. The restaurant in the hotel was very good as well. The hotel is within walking distance of many historic sites. There are also many excellent sidewalk cafes near the hotel as well! If you are cruising with Viking in Paris do ask for this hotel. You will not be disappointed!

This hotel is in a nice location which is convenient to many areas. It is clean with a very nice lobby. I was on the 5th floor and the decor is a little dated in the hallway, but the room was nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. We did not eat breakfast here, because I read it was expensive, and we were eating lunch and dinner around the city. I did buy coffee a couple times in the Purple Bar which is a nice little jazzy bar. The coffee was ridiculously expensive. Ten euro for a tiny ... Read more

For Art Deco fans this hotel really rates ! The rooms are fabulously black and gold and the Purple Bar is a must. The inclement weather allowed us to eat outside only once but the food and service were first class. Seems to be a popular conference hotel which is something of a shame for general tourists but there were no problems with "crowding" during our stay. Although near the Arc de Triomphe it is still a taxi journey to Gallery Lafayette or the more designer shops. We will be back !

The hotel is well decorated and the rooms comfortable. The service could be better but I won't fight about that. I will stay here again.
