One of the most genuine and nice hotels we've visited! Lovely staff, great breakfast and location. Can highly recommend the terrace room and to order some prosecco upon arrival :). We got support finding our way around, pre-booking tickets and had some nice chats with the staff. A weekend we'll remember.

I had the most fabulous time! The hotel is immaculate, beds and pillows are comfy and it's on a quiet block so you don't have to worry about having a good night sleep. The best part of the stay, I have to say is Anna, Mauro and Arianne, they were very helpful with their suggestions on where to go and see and how to get around on the metro. Them and the rest of the staff made our stay in Paris extra special.

This bar is truly a hidden gem, not only I had a great time with my friends but the prices were actually pretty decent for Paris. It's the bar of the hotel but none of us were guests there, we were just looking for a place to have a good time. The atmosphere inside is so cozy and if you go in the back, there's couches. I will come back for sure, I was honestly surprised in the good sense. Ask for the passionfruit and coffee cocktail! The staff is very nice too. Nothing bad to say about Hidden ba... Read more

Me and my partner did a one week trip to Paris and the Champagne region. We stayed four different hotels in total and this one was no doubt the best one in terms of value for money, comfort and location. The room was so well planned out it felt ten times bigger than it was, and it honestly felt like I was at a spa the whole time I was there. The room smelled amazing, the bed was so comfortable I never wanted to get out, and the shower/bath was perfect. The only downside was the late check in, it... Read more

Great location for the start of the marathon and for access to Arc de Triomphe. Hotel has an "eco" feel/decor which was rather interesting. We had the Intuition room which was nicely furnished but rather tiny - there was nothing separating the shower/sink with the rest of the room (not even a curtain), so make sure you are completely comfortable with whoever you are travelling with! Inside the shower was also very dark, feels a bit like "mood lighting" gone too far to me.... There is no ventila... Read more

I have recently had the pleasure of going to the Hidden hotel , and i must say leaving was really hard.I wished i could move in permanently. The ambiance, the vibe that you get as soon as you enter the hotel is simply unique , it is literally like you are stepping in another dimension...in another world...you will forget that you are in busy busy Paris. The earthy decor will give you a sense of being away at a safari , with room names like the INTUITION ROOM , SENSATION ROOM and my personal favo... Read more

We had an excellent stay here on our honeymoon. The room and lobby were beautiful, clean, and romantic. The staff were all amazing. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. We will recommend this hotel to all of our friends and, when we find ourselves in a Paris again, will absolutely stay here again.

We have stayed in many hotels and this is with no doubt the best one in Paris. Small rooms but with very high standard, best beds ever. The staff is very professional and service-minded. They speak very good English and German. The breakfast buffé was amazing!

This is genuinely a hidden gem, a stones throw from the Arc de Triomphe its a wonderfully peaceful retreat from the bustle of Paris. Nothing is too much trouble for the front of house and the service in the bar is excellent. Mauro and Francois look after guests as though they were family. The accommodation is well designed and extremely comfortable. Recommend this hotel highly

My husband and I loved our stay at the Hidden Hotel. This is right in the heart of Paris. We rarely used public transportation and walked everywhere! Loved the modern feel of the hotel. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel property. Much needed after long days and lots of walking. The front desk staff was very accommodating as well. Would highly recommend this property. If we go back to Paris, we would certainly stay here again!

I rally liked this hotel and the staff, Very Eco friendly clean and nice, the staffs very friendly and helpful I really love the lay out and design of the hotel, only that was a little to far away from the office so had to take a taxi, but was a nice stay for me.

boutique hotel very well located, restaurants and bars nearby, the very young staff is very friendly. The first room we got was very very small, the toilette rooms was only 50 "long and then I moved to a bigger room. In Paris everything is very small, and the prices expensive. No minibar in the room. Breakfast little bit expensive.

We've just finished a two night stay at this fabulous hotel only 5 minutes walk from l'Arc de Triomphe in a quiet back street off Avenue Mac Mahon. From the minutes we arrived, we were made to feel welcome by the young team of cheerful, polite staff who spoke perfect English and went out of their way to make guests feel special. The decor and rooms are superb: the free to use cellphone in the rooms with data and free calls was a fantastic touch and the beds were so comfortable. The photos on the... Read more

Everyone at the Hidden Hotel from Ariane at the front to Francoise on the night shift and the amazing bartender Mauro made this such a special experience. It truly felt like a home away from home. The rooms are designed in classic neutral tones and with all textures from the earth adorn each and the lobby. I was lucky enough to have an Emotion room w terrace, which made each morning tea that much more special. Having only stayed at Hotel Costes in the past, this was an entirely new direction... Recently stayed here with my fiancé for over a week in July. The hotel is located just a short walk from the Arc of Triumph, which ended up being extremely convenient. The direct buses from both airports have pickup/dropoff locations at the Arc. Also, there are several different subway lines at the Arc subway station. The neighborhood is very nice, not as busy as some areas closer to the river. The hotel itself is on a side street off one of the main streets. Overall, location is great. The ... Read more

What a place this is. This hotel is so very very different to many others that I have stayed in and in a good way. I took my girlfriend here for her 30th birthday and she loved the hotel. The staff was overall very helpful, and accommodating to get us checked in early. Mattress and pillows and fluffy and comfortable. The best hotel I have stayed in Europe in years.

The rooms were small as expected in Paris. We were traveling with 2 kids (9,5) and online it forced us to get two rooms. This was a "Hidden" blessing at it gave us the space we needed and the rooms were right next to each other. The cost was not that much more. The staff was friendly, the rooms very clean. The area was very quiet with great food options nearby. It was a few blocks to the Arc' Triumph and the metro/subway. I'd definitely recommend this hotel. Please note that some rooms... Read more

I can simply say that this hotel is the best place to stay if you want to live a romantic experience in Paris. The Hidden's family is young and enthusiastic, they will make you fill at home every moment of the day. During my stay I usually talk in English but it was possible to have conversation even in Italian. I kindly suggest to spend some time at the bar, the barman is very friendly and his ice tea is the most tasty thing you will drink in Paris.

I can't recommend this hotel enough to couples travelling to Paris. It was absolutely perfect for our honeymoon. A few blocks away from the Arc de Triomphe, the location was awesome. The street it is on is quiet even though you are so close to the Champs-Elysees. The staff are so sweet, they all speak English perfectly. And if you want to practice your French, they are very accommodating. The style is very rustic and eco-friendly, it is nicknamed "The Chalet". Your room will look exactly like th... Read more
