We stayed here from Thursday to Monday for a long weekend break, whilst running the Paris Half marathon on the Sunday. The hotel is ideally situated, in a clean and quiet area of Paris. As other have said its near to a few metro stations. Our easiest was the Voltaire metro. Check in was painless, although as a booking for 3 double rooms, 2 had views of the outside street and one had an internal view of the air con! Not good! But a quick chat to reception and the room was changed! If you do get t... Read more

We have just returned from a 3 night stay in this hotel over the Easter period. We arrived early on Friday and were accommodated with early check in at no extra cost which was really appreciated having been up and travelling since 4am. We requested a room facing the park on a high floor and were delighted that this request was fulfilled in addition to being upgraded to a superior room again at no extra cost. The room was typical for a parisian hotel - compact and cosy. The bed was very comforta... Read more

Nice hotel in quiet residential area, close to several metro station. Most attractions only 10-15 mins away by metro, tops 20. Staff really friendly and spoke good English. The room we stayed in was quite small, especially the bathroom. The shower door also didn't close properly but these, for us, were very minor issues. Would stay in this hotel again and would recommend.

The hotel is in the north of Pairs. If you arrive at Gard du Nord station, then it is conveniently located 5 metro stops north on line 5 and about a 10 minute walk from Richard Lenoir. I had a single room which was fairly small with a queen size bed. It had a nice décor that gave the room character. The hotel staff were very friendly. The internet was free and worked well. The only strange downside was the tea and coffee making facilities. Although a kettle and teabags (two only) were supplied... Read more

Me and my partner stayed here from April 25th-April 28th 2016. I had emailed prior to arriving asking for a room upgrade as when making the booking through Thomas Cook (UK travel agent) the only option was a classic double, so I asked if there was any chance of a room with a park view as it was our 4 year anniversary, when we arrived at 12pm (1 hour before check in opens) the lady on reception let us leave our cases in the reception area whilst we went down the road to a little bar for our firs... It's been a while since our visit, but we can only recall fond memories. Yes, the room we were in was rather tiny, but most hotels in Paris are. The hotel was clean and comfortable. That's all really needed after days of endless walks. OK... It's a bit of a walk to Le Marais, but it's not a bad walk. A park right across the street is also quite handy when you just feel like relaxing and soaking in the "everyday life in Paris". Oh, one thing we wouldn't recommend is the breakfast at the hotel. ... This is a comfortable hotel, located in a quiet surburb a short metro ride from the centre of Paris. We had a lovely suite on the 4th floor, which was perfect for us and our 2 children - spacious and clean. There is a well kept park in the square opposite that the kids enjoyed playing in and lovely coffee shop and restaurants close by. The Breakfast buffett in house is basic but fine. What really impressed us was the customer service - staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble, includ... Read more

Travelled to France for the football and alone but meeting friends over here. This hotel was ideal. Very efficient and friendly welcome and nothing was ever an issue or problem for the staff. The double room was perfect for me but would have been a little small for two. I understand there were bigger double rooms and they said I could have changed to a bigger double if unhappy but this was not the case. The Metro is close by and I travelled from one side of Paris to the other very easily and th... Read more

The hotel is a great base for a busy city break and in a great location. We even walked to Notre Dame in 25 minutes. The rooms are a moderate size but most Parisian hotel rooms are small! The staff were extremely friendly (especially the housekeeping). We also left our luggage with reception all day when leaving as we had a late flight and they were very helpful. For price, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would return.

Clean and friendly hotel, staff very helpful, breakfast also varied and good value. Room was smaller than expected as because we were on the top floor, the water pressure of the shower was weak but neither had a major impact on our trip!

We booked the family room for our family with 2 adult kids. The sofa beds folded out to 2 single beds which were comfortable. The bed was very comfortable also. Space in the room was very limited, especially with the sofa bed folded out. The bathroom was actually a very large size. Bath was relatively high so might be difficult for elderly people to climb in and have a shower. The elevator is very small, holding 4 people. With luggage you can only fit in 2 people... The elevator doesn't stop on... Read more

Relaxed place outside the touristy centre. Reminded me about of Shoreditch in London, or the Northern Quarter in Manchester. A few hipsters knocking about. A taxi to the centre was about 15 euros. There are lots of very good restaurants nearby that are reasonably priced and everyone we spoke to was very friendly.

We got a very tiny room on checking in but next day shifted to a larger room. Quite far from major attractions. Breakfast was average , nothing hot except scrambled eggs, but staff were helpful.Tiny lift. The large room was on the ground floor. Barely any amenities in the room. We had to ask for an iron and board.

Good location off the tourist route so gave a good taste of ordinary Parisian life. Metro stations within 10 minutes walk, plenty of restaurants nearby. Our room was small so would have been better to upgrade, you get what you pay for.

The hotel is 3-6 blocks from 3 Metro lines but a long walk from tourist sites other than Pere Lachaise Cemetery. We stayed for a week in October, when the hotel was not full. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The breakfast buffet was tasty and priced competitively with nearby restaurants. (They even serve American-style coffee, which is hard to find in Paris.) The room was comfortable and clean, if small. We had a tiny balcony overlooking a beautiful park. We had one minor c... Hotel Gardette Park was perfect for our 8 day visit to Paris. Nice neighborhood near all public transportation, great cafes, bakeries and grocery stores. The staff was amazingly nice and helpful. They all spoke English and made our stay very enjoyable. Rooms are a little small but that seems to be the norm in Paris. Overall a very nice place.

Situated in a hidden street full of theaters and a small garden of Av parmentier .This hotel is comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly . I had my flight cancel and my luggage hadn't arrived and they did the best to make me feel welcome . It's very close to metro saint abroise and Parmentier. Very central . A new bijou. The price is very good for the quality .
