What a discovery! I'd love to keep this place a secret but it wouldn't be fair! Next time you're in Paris don't just visit a famous landmark...sleep with it! Imagine the sweet dreams you'll have in the Eiffel Tower, Moulin Rouge, Musée d'Orsay, Grand Palais, etc. Ooh la la! Everything about this space is special...so much attention to detail. The rooms are wow, the amenities are wow. And the people on the secret team? They're wow too. Everyone is trés pleasant, personable, professional, and... Read more

From the moment we arrived we loved this special place. It's a gorgeous boutique hotel well located in beautiful Paris. The staff are the nicest I've ever met. They were all so friendly, polite and helpful with directions and recommendations. A glass of champagne upon arrival and a coffee before we left all compliments of the hotel. A absolute Gem... not to be kept a secret. The rooms are small but very unique with the décor, very clean and bright. I'd highly recommend this for a few nig... Read more

What a gem of a hotel. Stayed one night in Eiffel Tower room . Staff so extremely helpful glass of champagne in price also coffee and soft drinks included. Would highly recommend this hotel and very central to go to all attractions. Highly recommend using metro to get around.

Decent part of town... slightly boring... but close enough to the fun parts of Montmartre to make it worthwhile. Nice, attentive service. Attractive facade. Small rooms. Not as romantic and unique as the photos suggest. Frankly, ours was just weird. The strange gossip chair (or whatever you call it) downstairs is weird. The whole secret *ssssshhhhh* theme, in fact, is odd. Breakfast is OK but outrageously expensive and NOT included. They made it seem like it was covered, until we got o... Read more

We have been to many hotels but this was exceptional in many ways. We felt warmly welcomed by a very nice smiling staff member and had a small tour at the hotel right at the beginning. There was no hurry and we felt like we were the most important quests at the time. The atmosphere, interior and especially the staff made our visit worth every cent. Special thanks to Willman, he was perfect from the first contact until the time he carried our bags to the airport taxi.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It was amazing. Value for money definitely worth it! The rooms are incredible, clean very and comfortable. The design of the rooms is perfect. The location is very convenient as the nearest metro station is a 5-minute walk. The staff is super helpful and friendly. We will definitely return to this hotel with the first opportunity we will get. Thank you :)

This quirky hotel provides a sense of fun in the city of lights . The Moulin Rouge room was beautiful and romantic and the reception staff especially Matthieu were very helpful . The complimentary coffee and drinks were also a pleasant surprise as was the steam room.

There was everything to like with the Hotel. Its staff are some of the friendliest I have met and were always eager to take the extra effort for their guests. Everything about this hotel was to make sure your stay in Paris was to give you only the best it could be. Personally it was. Hope to go back sometime next year and would always recommend it to anyone who was thinking to visit the worlds most romantic of cities.

From the moment we arrived the staff were so kind and friendly and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return again soon. The hotel staff could not do enough to make our stay special. We would like to thank them all for all their help with arranging taxis, room service and always going one step further to ensure we had everything we needed. We stayed in the opera room, the bedroom and bathroom was amazing. The location of the hotel was perfect.

Good hotel, good location, great service. The hotel rooms are on the small side and be aware that there is only a glass wall between the bedroom and the bathroom, so the toilet is also visible. The hotel staff made our stay fantastic, they were very friendly and helpful. They suggested a fantastic restuarant in walking distance and also provided lovely touches, such as complimenty hot chocolate to the room after a long day sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are planni... Read more

We stayed here for our mini-moon after our wedding. This was our first trip to Paris! The hotel was outstanding. Couldn't fault the Cleanliness of it! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was on the pricey side for what was provided but this is to be expected I suppose. We stayed in the Opera House room, which was a nice size and a romantic setting. We expected the room to be small, but they made it feel bigger then it was. The hotel was on a slightly busy road, but the double Windows... Read more

Stayed there for 4 nights in the moulin rouge room. A little too dark with red & heavy curtains (should have paid ?10 more per room night to get room Musee D'orsay which might be brightly lit). The overall deco is chic and newly furnished but a little too dark everywhere. Especially in the lift and you can't see the buttons well. Nothing very wrong with the hotel and hotel staff have been very accommodating and Willman has taken the extra miles to know us personally.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel was really great! The staff was friendly and even when we asked for the iron and we got it in 10 min. They really wend and extra mile! However, the location was not that fantastic but you cannot choose the location ;( Still, I would recommend! Triple A

Had booked the option of changing rooms throughout my stay so over my 4 nights I stayed in 3 different rooms - Trocadero, Moulin Rouge and Eiffel Tower. I enjoyed the Trocadero the most, with the large jacuzzi bathtub and rain shower. The Eiffel Tower room was nice and also had a jacuzzi bathtub but the bathtub was smaller. The colour scheme of the Moulin Rouge room was a bit too much so that was my least favourite. All rooms were very clean, and staff were lovely. They were able to give me an ... Read more

Great hotel rooms! Clean, multi-themed, gives you the option to change rooms to another theme. Awesome showers, and has a restaurant across the street. The staff are friendly and helpful with English speaking available. Very accommodating and helpful with us American travelers. It was very appreciated!

I couldn't fault this hotel. The staff are exceptional and the rooms are very comfortable. The bed was the best we slept in during 3 weeks in Italy, Spain and France. We were given bottles of water on arrival and whenever we left the hotel. There was complimentary water and juice in the room also. In the afternoon drinks are put out in the lounge area and you pay for it on an honesty basis. Everything about this hotel screams great service. We stayed in an Eiffel Tower room and it was b... My family and I spent a week at this hotel and enjoyed every minute of it! We had two rooms, Eiffel tower and Opera Garnier, both were very clean and very comfortable. What really made the hotel stand out was the excellent service provided by all of the employees who work there. They went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Excellent location, close to two metro stops, clean comfortable rooms, and amazing service, what more could you ask for?

I have just read some of the other reviews...and they all sound too good to be true. But believe me, this hotel is perfect! The staff were, without exception, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great...the afternoon drinks a nice touch, and the complimentary water each day appreciated! We stayed in the Musee d'orsey, which was very nice. And our little gift for Bastille Day was much appreciated! Location was great - make sure you visit Montmartre and catch the Funiculaire up to Sacré... Read more

Booked a weekend break in a Trocadero room and have nothing but praise for this hotel. Located on a very quaint, quiet street close to the Moulin Rouge and Sacre Coeur. Metro station only a few minutes walk from hotel at Place de Clichy. Lots of little cafes, restaurants etc within minutes of the hotel. Check in was fantastic, very quick, very friendly staff and made to feel very welcomed. The room itself was small (however I never understand people who complain about this - you don't go to ...
