Wonderful location just off Avenue Jean Medecin. This is easy to walk to the train station, do some shopping and head to the beach. The hotel has beach mats and parasols available - great idea! I booked a single studio for a week and found the room to be small but very clean. It was also air conditioned which was a life-saver in the July heat. There were 2 small hobs and a clean fridge. Monoprix is just around the corner so it is a good idea to get some snacks and drinks from there. The staff ... Read more

I booked a room at Petite Louvre via hotels.com and then got an email that hotel canceled my reservation due to CC issue. Petite Louvre made a mistake as my platinum credit card had no problems whatsoever and it was indicated in the email from my CC company, which I forwarded both to hotels.com and Petite Louvre. No response or apology! It totally ruined my travel plans and put me under a lot of stress. My emails to get Petite louvre to resolve the issue by offering me another room were ignored.... Read more

I had a lovely time at Petit Louvre. I had a kitchenette with cutlery and plates and fridge freezer, my own bathroom, which was really very helpful. It was just me in a double room so it was spacious enough, although the bed wasn't the most comfortable but it was ok. Very good location on the main street but quiet at night which was great. Only noise was people walking in the corridor as the walls are quite thin and so can hear if a door is slammed shut. Close to the train station and lots of... Read more

The hotel is located very close to the train station, and it is on a small side street that is quiet. However, the room was extremely small and cramped. This is probably due to the fact they tried to fit a king-sized bed in a room more suitable for a room in a dormitory, so I barely had room to walk. In addition, the shower wasn't particularly clean. If I have to be honest, this hotel should classify itself as a hostel since it definitely falls on the lower end of the spectrum in terms of co... Read more

Nice basic hotel very central yet quiet because its just off the highstreet. rooms are very small but include a kitchenette, so you can chill your rosè and do some cooking or prepare a salad, very handy! everything is squeaky clean, staff very friendly, wifi working well and a velo bleu station just a few steps away. windows can be opened, air con available. if you just need a place to rest after a long day out and about, this is it!

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Situated just off Avenue Jean Medecin it's very close to tram lines. The railway station is just under a 15 minute walk away. The old town is also within walking distance. Given its central location it's perhaps not surprising some noise can be heard at night from outside. However once the window of my room was shut the noise was minimal. I stayed in a single room. The room was very compact as was the ensuite. However the room was very clea... Read more

The hotel is located just off Jean Medecin Avenue which is the main shopping street in Nice. Nice Ville train station was about a 10 minute walk. The hotel was located in an excellent location for site seeing, we managed to walk to Promenade de Anglais and castle hill. We stayed in a double studio, the room was a bit cramped, which I was expecting. However it was clean and had a fridge, microwave and two ring hob. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They looked after our luggage for fre... Read more

I had accommodation for 9 days in this hotel. Is nice, clean but very small room for us. They clean your room every 3 days and you have to pay ... 13£ I paid for cleaning. Also you have everything in the room, everything for cooking, nothing was missing . It's close to Massena Place where you have a lot of shops and restaurants and 15 min to walk to the beach. Quickly check in and friendly and helpful staff, they speak english.

Stayed in late July. No working AC. We were on third floor. Slept with window open, but seagulls kept making noise. Hot and loud is no way to sleep. The outlet in the bathroom does not work and there is no housekeeping. The employees are all young (20s) and don't care. Wifi hardly ever allows you to connect.
