You Know you have stopped at a good hotel when you turn up at reception and the staff make you feel welcome and at home. We recieved one of the friendliest welcomes ever here and from that point on i knew we had made the right choice. The property is a beautiful little boutique hotel and everywere is spotless and the decor and services are top notch. Location is good with a 5 minute walk to train station or 5 minute walk in opposite direction to the promenade. The breakfast is a self serve buffe... Read more

The hotel is located close to the city center, old town is half an hour walk away. The hotel itself is bit old fashioned inside and it is moderately comfortable, especially due to the small room and small wardrobes so I would recommend it for short stays only. The price is relatively high for the value you get, although compared to other hotels in Nice this one is in the lower price range.

This hotel is well priced and really quaint. The period wrought iron lifts are charming and the foyer is a pleasant surprise when you arrive. The rooms are small but comfortable. We loved Old Town- and walking there daily was hot and tiring- I'd probably recommend staying closer to Old Town if you like nice eats. The English man front of desk can be a little patronising and intimidating. It is a 3 star hotel, and he talks to you as if he's running a 6 star hotel. There were a number of differen... Read more

This was our first time in France so we did not know what to expect. The hotel was clean, quiet and quaint! Close to train station, promenade de Anglais (beach area), Cours Saleya and Vieille Ville (Old Town). I had just sprained my ankle so we ran into a few problems getting around......beware....taxi's are not readily available and refused to take us from the train station....so if you have walking concerns do your research on the best location for you. The hotel is in a great spot if walkin... Read more

We stayed in the family suite (301) which provided a fair amount of room compared to the other hotels we were in at Cannes and Marseille. Very clean and nicely decorated in what I expected for a quaint French hotel. The AC and all amenities work very well. There are 2 bedrooms and each has a little balcony with fancy iron railings. Desk staff were very friendly and spoke English very well. It's an easy 5 minute walk from the train station and a 10-15 minute stroll to the coast. Centrally ... Read more

Friendly welcome by the English guy on reception and all other reception staff equally friendly throughout the stay. The hotel has a lovely airy, clean, boutiquey feel to it. Efficiently ran with a lot of comfortable facilities available including tea/coffee making in the breakfast area as well as a vending machine for cool, soft drinks. A glass of wine and a beer would have been nice but lots of supermarkets/kiosks around to bring own back to room. Fridge in room wasn't very cold but maybe that... Read more

we stayed there 4 nights. in the center but still quiet, near to everything actually: center station, promenade, shops. the building is old but very sweet decorated inside: lobby and rooms. it is very clean and in this field they pay every day attention by the cleaning. our room had a small lovely balcon looking to the small park opposite the hotel. the hotel has only 3 parking spaces, so if you have a car book one of the spaces early. the personal was very helpful with reccomendations and not c...
