First nowhere it is mentioned in the contract over the internet that we have to pay for a cleaning Second when arrived at the front desk I was *welcomed* like an intruder.I had to wait that his majeste the receptionist finish his red tape..then he began to enumerate the *rules* of the place...that is paying for the cleaning and oneself getting down the garbage.... I travel all over the world and never..I say never..I have been asked to get down the garbage. Third the bed wasnt a bed just a tig... Read more

Stayed here for 4 nights in a studio room .This adadio looks quite shabby from the outside but the room did not disappoint us . The receptionist was quite helpful and spoke fluent english . Studio room came with a kitchenette and a balcony ! The amenities were basic but clean and functional . Wifi was free . The main plus for this hotel is the location . It is just a block away from the beach and bus stops and you can practically go anywhere in the city from here . There is a turkish takeaway ... Read more

3rs stay at this aparthotel. On the main Bus route from airport to central Nice and only one block from the promenade it is an ideal place to stay. Facilities are basic but clean, rooftop pool open from May to September and supermarket nearby. Good restaurant across the road. (Magnan Brasserie)

Stayed for two (2) nights in Adagio Access Nice Magnan in a one-bedroom apartment (3 adults) in January 2016. From the central station take bus route 12 to Magnan Promenade bus stop, the hotel is easy walking distance from the bus stop. I used a â?¬40 Accor loyalty voucher during reservation, during check-in there was no record of the voucher, upon presentation of the reservation the balance due was corrected. We arrived early at the hotel coming from Isola 2000, the hotel offered early check-in... Read more

What a hole of a place, just back from this "palace", with brown flecks on the wall of the toilet, but i doubt it was paint. The smell of stale urine in the toilet was more overpowering than a French Boudoir but not in a good way! The staff were unfriendly, and you were unlucky to get their attention from either the phone/internet, (maybe from complaints) The room was not cleaned the week we were there, apparently it is extra, along with towels/bedding or absolute any extra i can think of. DO NOT STAY HERE This place is horrible, dirty to say the least. All other reviews hit the nail on the head. Asking for a toilet roll nearly daily. Taking rubbish down and having to pay for all the extra, what a joke. This place had only a couple redeeming qualities 1) close to beach 2) on site washing/dryer at a reasonable price. Staff a rude on the phone or Internet and you wait till they finish. All these rules are to told to you like "don't break these". Can't comment on breakfast, but jus... Read more

Budget hotel, you get what you pay for is how I would is what I think when reviewing this hotel. We had 5 rooms as there were 9 of us on a trip for the euros. One of the rooms had a constant leak coming from the room which the receptionist said was the air conditioning. The other rooms were decent enough, it's all relatively near everything, near to the beach and a decent stroll along the promenade takes you to the main part / old town. We used the pool a couple of times which was ok but no chai... Read more

Our first thought when we walked in and saw the lobby was to grab our phones and begin searching for alternate accomodations. But the apartment ended up being ideal for me, my wife, and our three year old son. The apartment and kitchennette was clean and well-appointed. The balcony was perfect for breakfast and an evening drink. We walked to and from the city center although it was a bit of a hike. The hotel is just a block off the promenade in a part of the city that probably doesn't see a... Read more

Small no parking as advertised unhelpful staff and room on roadside would not recommend to anyone who smokes wants to sit by the pool or play games in the pool or park your car in a car park only good thing is it is near the pebbly beach so you can get away from this place if you want to

Pros: Light, spacious room Early check in offered Friendly staff Close to a pebble beach We had some partially obstructed water views Whilst a little way from the centre of Nice it is still accessible by walking. Similarly the train station is perhaps a 30 to 45 min walk. Pros: NOISE!!!! It is a really noisy location with no sound proofing in the rooms. There seemed to be loads of sirens going past at all hours, people out talking on the streets, noise from the road works/construction taking... Read more

I did not stay at this hotel (see reason below) but I´ll give the staff my best recommendation! I made a booking through hotels dot com. When arrived at the hotel the staff found out that the booking company did not send them my booking and the hotel was full. I had a confirmation from hotels dot com. Hotels dot com would not help me with this, though they made a mistake. They only offered to start a case which would be resolved in few weeks. Just what I needed for my one night stay in the cit... Ok, the location is love to hate one, 2 Min. walking from the beach, 10 Min. from the airport by bus or taxi, and 30 Min. walking to Old Nice and City centre, it is ok to walk back and forth once or twice, but then coming back after spending the evening in Old Nice, is quite tiring. Service, Some of the staff are really nice and helpful, some are very short with their answers, don't trying to offer ANY extra help specially when they know it is your first visit to Nice!!! Close to super markets,... Read more

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was good, maybe little worn. There was small kitchen in the room and it was nice to have brekfast on own balcony. Bed was quite narrow, but otherwise comfortable. Night time it was quiet. Beach and shops were near. There was pool at the second floor. There was no sun beds. The accommodation was pricy, but Nice is expensive.

The studio apartment we had was very nice, looked like it had just been refurbished, new furniture and nicely decorated, comfy beds, good shower, balcony that overlooked a very busy and noisey street with lots of road works going on. The rest of the apparthotel was very tired. It was very close to the beach but miles from all the restaurants there was only one restaurant on the corner which was very nice but didn't like customers after 9pm

We were there for one night only, and chose it over nearby ibis Budget because I could pay with my Accor Le Club points, even though it was a bit more expensive. It's nice, clean, comfortable, which is the least you expect from an Accor hotel. The room was well equipped with a very complete kitchen corner (which we didn't use), but the decoration was, well, not worthy of mention. The reception area was a bit cramped, but service was good. Breakfast was simple but good too (viennoiseries, bread,... Read more

Staff, helpful and friendly. Room, clean, mini kitchen with absolutely everything one needs. Beds comfortable. Balcony. Air con worked a treat, black out curtains great. WIFI work flawlessly. Location superb, just a block from the beach and a bus along the front to old town, or walk for 15 mins. Supermarket across the road as is a couple of restaurants and bakery.
