Excellent position, really close to railway station. Lovely view over small park across to railway station. Rooms are very pleasant, bed & bedding excellent. Huge wetroom however the smell of urine in it was appalling. Had to wash the floor as we arrived late & hotel was apparently full. The corridors & rooms were very hot even though it was cool outside. Couldn't change the room temperature as its centrally controlled. Evening meal was good & so was breakfast. Staff in restaurant were very ple... Read more

Great hotel, very handy for mainline rail station. Good group dinner with welcoming glass of wine; ample breakfast. Good rooms - very clean. Great serving staff in restaurant. Bar lad (Quentin) very attentive to guests. Been here on a number of occasions managing groups - never a complaint.

Stayed here when hotels in Switzerland were full and this was one of the closest in proximity I could get. Had the impression my room was brandnew - and still had a faint smell of paint (which I initially found disturbing but then probably got used to it). The wifi wasn't the most powerful but ok, bed was comfortable, the room was clean and all equipment (kettle etc) working fully. Would definitely stay here again - have stayed in other hotels in Mulhouse and this def is more modern than some ot... Read more

Our group arrived fairly late in the evening for an overnight stay. We were rapidly processed and given our rooms which were of reasonable size, but felt 'Corporate' and lacked character.. The en-suite had a bath, not just a shower! A set Dinner was provided very quickly after we re-assembled in the restaurant. Food was reasonable but I felt that it had been kept hot for a while, enough said. The excellent breakfast was a foraging experience! - plenty of choise (hot and cold) and plenty o... Read more

Stayed at this hotel as a group of 28 on a tour of Italy, what a brilliant place . minutes from the train station. The rooms are well equipped, the beds are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is in a lovely room and what a great selection. ...very well presented. Would highly recommend this hotel..and I would return as Mulhouse seems an interesting town.

My experience with Mercure Hotels is that they are consistently inconsistent. Some are very good values and well maintained, and some are frayed around the edges. While I am not a great fan of the big American mega-chains: Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, etc. they would run circles around this mid-range Accor business brand given the inclination or chance. Here in Mulhouse, Mercure commands a very premium location, offers fairly comfortable rooms that are quiet, clean if a bit generic. On the plus sid... Read more

Didn't know anything about Mulhouse until we got off the train, but it turns out it's a very pleasant place indeed. The Mercure hotel is very good and just over the road from the station. It's clean, well kept, and the staff are very polite - even if they don't think I should I should have a proper size beer! Mulhouse has got some lovely buildings and some expensive looking shops, which thankfully are currently shut.

Stayed here en route to Italy. The location is nice and the staff friendly. Dinner was OK but breakfast was very good and varied. The room was nice and clean and although the air con didn't appear to make much difference we were able to open a window. All in all a pleasant stay
