Good thing it was only for one night. Women who worked there was not speaking a world of English, and it was driving us crazy since they did some adjustments with our accomodation and she didn't really bother to explain. The atmosphere was pretty dull, so definitely not a place to go alone and hope to meet someone. Room was fine and clean.

We booked this place through hotels.com upon arrival the guy at the front desk made us pay for the room. When we got up to our room we realized that we already payed through hotels.com (backpacking so staying at lots of places hard to keep track of what's was paid and not) we informed the guy at the front desk. After speaking with another staff member they agreed that we had paid twice and told us to come back down in the morning and they will refund our money onto our card. We went back down th... Well located, staff OK. But they clearly lie about their details. They charge you for the tax when the price already includes it, there is a curfew and you cannot use the kitchen (I was staying for several days). The toilets do not deserve that title. The dorm is really noisy because it is next to the entrance and is poorly isolated. The wifi works when God allows it. And this energy saving light system is the dumbest idea ever.

Perfect location, friendly staff, rooms are spacious and clean. For breakfast, coffee and a bun with jam - really not even worth it to pay extra. There are no coffee or tea making facilities. I did not understand why the city tax was charged twice

We stayed in the hostel part of the hotel for 2 nights and we didn't have any problem. The hotel was quiet, clean and well-equiped. The wifi connection was working well and the daily staff wes very friendly. We had a nice stay,

I stayed in the dortoir (hostel) part of the hotel for 3 nights. It was fine for the price, with separate women/mens dorms. However, the toilets in the women's dorm were out of order and we had to cross the lobby into the mens dorms to use their toilets (section reserved for women), which were not kept very clean. The lights in the dorm are automatic so they turn on and off every few minutes if someone is moving around, including the guest in the bed closest to the door -- she had to set up a ba... Read more
