The bedroom was much nicer than last time due to no damp issues and also check in was painless. The evening meal is better run also as well as the morning breakfast. I like how it is less busy than the Disney hotels and also now has a little farm area. Overall a good experience. Thanks

After reading some scary reviews on this hotel I almost didn't want to stay here. As the trip was a Christmas present for myself, my husband and my 9 year old son I hadn't got the chance to research it before it was booked. We arrived on the 30th May and stayed for 3 nights, check in was hassle free and the staff were pleasant. Our room was clean, it had a double bed, a set of bunk beds, T.V (no English channels that i could find) and the bathroom with a tub & shower over head. The water was a... Read more

This hotel would've been marked average from us if it wasn't for the fantastic staff. They made our visit very enjoyable. The reception staff were very helpful with all our questions we had regarding our stay and transport to the airport. A special mention needs to go to Fran (Irish/French guy). He was so helpful and always gave service with a smile. A true professional as well as being extremely friendly and easy to get along with. Thank you Fran.

had a very nice stay in this hotel in a very quiet location, but only a few minutes by shuttle to Disney. Buses ran frequently. The hotel itself was OK, faIrly basic, but we didn't pay a great deal for the room. We had a family room with a double bad and bunk beds. The breakfast was buffet style and had a good choice of food. the small petting farm was nice for younger children. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

After paying only £240 for five nights I was a little sceptical about this hotel, but it was great. Lots going on in main reception. Room lovely. Little small but we only slept in it. Bunk beds such a great idea. Room was cleaned immaculately by the housekeeping team. Staff were all friendly. All new mattresses being delivered whilst we were staying. We had our car but courtesy bus to Disney within five mins. Would highly recommend this to anyone. We went to look at the disneyland hotel whilst ... Read more

We had a ground floor room no18 it was really smelly of dampness or wet dog. I mean over all the room was clean and defo OK for 3 nights, but not somewhere U can relax in. It's ideal for Disney as you are out all day but when ur tired and want to come home and relax its really hard in a basic room. N... Read more

Rooms very nice & clean, food great and we found the staff so nice, friendly and very helpful. A special mention about Fran (who runs the bar), such a nice guy who put up with our indecisiveness about what to order !! Served with a warm smile & very pleasant manner & must mention also very handsome. (Great voice for media Fran).

Perfect location ... Only 5 minutes away from Disney parks and free of charge with the shuttle bus!!! The breakfast is good if it's included to the price and had all the basic goods to start your day!! For 120? for 4bed room it's definitely worth it! The lack of gym is the only disadvantage...but if you are a runner ... You will find perfect roads above to practice !! Only 10 minutes by feet you will find Super Market and a perfect garden to drink a beer at Marne Le Valle city!!

We are staying here for one night ahead of a few nights at one of the Disney Hotels. It is complicated but Eurostar times were better and cheaper day before we had intended to travel so we needed room for one night. Also allows us a full day in park rather than half day as might have been. It is a budget hotel with basic facilities in rooms but ideal for our needs. We had late lunch at hotel and it was ok although expensive (as is everything at Disneyland tbh!!). The small farmyard is cute and f... Read more

This hotel is in a great location for the Disneyland Parks and it is a third of the cost of any of the Disney hotels - I would highly recommend it. The rooms are fairly basic but we didn't spend much time at the hotel so this wasn't a problem in the slightest. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the parks and it literally takes 5 minutes. If you are happy not to stay at a Disney hotel I would 100% recommend this hotel - I am going back for the New Year.

Advantages of staying at this hotel: no line when waiting for the free shuttle to Disneyland Paris, free and delicious breakfast, good sized room, quiet surroundings, outside lockers (for when your room isn't ready but you want to go to Disneyland), and the small lovely farm. Disadvantages of staying at this hotel: the walls are a bit thin so you may hear noises and people in the hallways and the price is a bit more than I would want for one night (approximately $114), but it was much cheaper ... Let's start with a few positives, the breakfast was good as was the location with the convenience of a free shuttle bus to the Disneyland Parks, though wifi was intermittent with good views of over the mini farm and lake to the rear. The other good point was due to the fact we spent as much time at the Disneyland we spent relatively little time in the hotel. Now the negatives, the room was in a shocking state of repair and in dire need of refurbishment. On the first night discovered the bed base... Read more

Two adults and child stayed for three nights in May 2015. Hotel is good value for money, with free shuttle service to parks. The only negative aspect of our visit to this hotel was the noise that went on rather late at night and then started very early again in the morning. The walls are very thin and the hotel seems to attract large parties of children. However as a competitively priced hotel it is still a good base for a Disney visit.

The room was clean, the bed slept well and there was enough space for all our stuff. The bathroom was a bit outdated, but that was fine, as it was clean and the shower was working well. Breakfast was nothing special, but there was ample choice and staff made sure everything was restocked once it ran out. Th... Read more

When I first read the reviews of this hotel I was filled with the dread that every holiday maker feels when they see the 1star sign. Scrolling through some of the reviews I honestly wondered what I was in for but u can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean, staff friendly, rooms well sized. If you've stayed at Disneyland resorts before, you'll know that the majority of hotels have quite basic rooms, but if you are staying in the room rather than exploring Disneyland etc th... Read more

Just come back from staying here for 4 nights. Room is very basic but clean, only 2 plug sockets though to charge any electric devices!! No English channels on tv, hairdryer was broken, however was fixed promptly. Breakfast was dire, as a vegetarian there was little to no choice other than runny baked beans and stale hash browns, toast tasted stale too! Free shuttle buses to the parks, free wifi throughout the hotel. I probably wouldn't stay again but was ok.

Just spent a weekend here with my mum and sister. Very happy with room, had safe in room. Hotel Staff VERY friendly, approachable and helpful. Restaurant on site very good, excellent breakfast would set you up nicely for a day in the park and great value for money. Loved the farm also, and hotel atmosphere. Felt as if you were in heart of French Countryside. Shuttle bus very frequent to park and theres an airport shuttle that brings you to hotel.

Hotel is no frills and cheap but perfect if you are using it as a base to sleep, we didn't eat or drink here so can't comment on the food or the bar area but it was busy when we passed. There is vending machines in reception with snacks and hot and cold drinks as well as some arcade games and machines. It's clean but could do with being refurbished, we stayed two nights and our room was cleaned with fresh bedding and towels. I would prefer to stay somewhere else next time purely cos I have staye... You didn't let me know the deal didn't include breakfast!!! at Kyraid!!! The hotel also does not respond to emails very well when I did try to ask if I would get breakfast!!! The shuttle bus was so packed, very unpleasant and the cost of a coffee was nearly £3 and served in the size of a large eggcup!!!

Not impressed we bought this hotel via a groupon deal and it was suppose to be a superior double ended up being two single beds with a nightstand. basically was a waste of time and money to stay here the bus service to the parks was mediocre we ended up taking cabs back everyday. THe phone in the room did t work so we had to basically run to front desk every time we wanted something as well. shower had mold on it as well which was off putting.

Rooms were a good size for a European hotel, great shower, clean. Breakfast was very good and had a great selection. A little late with check-in and could not picnic at the tables on the property which was a little annoying.Nice lake in the back to walk around and a few cute animals to visit. Trams quite often for travel to Disney parks. Really nice stay , thanks to Mallory and Morgane for great service.

I stayed here for three days with my niece and daughter. We were booked for three nights bed and breakfast. I was not happy with the first room as I suffer with my back so it was awkward being upstairs and far down the hall. I expressed my concerns and my room was changed to a far more suitable room and I was very happy with that. The important thing to remember about this hotel, and the 3 or 4 other similar hotels on 'Disney Way' is that they're all pretty much the same. We stayed in a family room with 4 adults (double bed and a bunk bed) and the room was comfortable enough... However there were some issues with cleanliness such as a razor blade being found under the bed! Breakfast wasn't too bad and the room was big enough so there was little if any wait. The room we had was on the ground floor in an annexe building. The room was scruffy and in desperate need of some TLC although the housekeeping was excellent in terms of bedding. The beds are harder than Malificent's stare by the way! The biggest problem here is noise. I spent one night in the Kyriad Hotel à Disneyland Paris to visit the Halloween Soirée with a friend. The hotel staff was really nice, everyone spoke English and French. I also saw some people that could speak Spanish, Italian or German, that's a huge plus in my opinion as it really facilitates the stay for guests from different countries. The room was nice and clean. Especially the area around the hotel with the little farm was amazing.

We only spent one night in Kyriad while visiting Disneyland. The room was confortable for a 5 member family, but the cleanliness was just above acceptable. The worst experience was when we turned the heating on and a bad smell filled the room - we had to open the windows to get some fresh air and never used the heating again. We stayed at the Kyriad in April 2016, it only cost about £120 for 3 nights. The hotel had a regular shuttle bus to and from Disney (No. 54 I believe). It was a very simple room, bed, desk, bathroom (shower and bath), but it was very clean, with the maids coming in every morning. Reception staff very helpful and accommodating. Very happy and have booked again for next year! Definitely recommend for annual pass holders, like us, as it is definitely a cheap option.

Check in was smooth and professional, hotel shuttle bus was free, quick and comfortable. ..but the rest of the stay was terrible. Second time visiting this hotel and still happy. Price and location is very good. Nothing posh inside if you looking for it. our family (2 adults and 2 children under 9) needs only rest and breakfast. Regular shuttle 10-15 min takes strait to Disneyland park. Small but tidy rooms and cozy bed after tired day in the park. Would like to recommend to improve diner option as only the same buffet available. Breakfast usual as everywhere. It's fine as a hotel. Distinctly average. However considering that it is inexpensive it's great value for money. No thrills but satisfactory in all counts. Good if you are out all day and basically using it as sleeping and breakfast place. Excellent shuttle service to Disney and basically is an ideal hotel if you plan to be in the park all day.
