We had a superior room that consisted of a room a tv or living room with a dining table for four. It had a kitchen, with stove, fridge and macrovawe, plates, pots, ... Nearly everything. The place was perfect, big enough for a family of four but if you are in town on saturday and sunday and sth goes wrong there is no technition till Monday. wonderful room, with lots of space and even a dining room with sofa, and 2 TV!! The only negative aspect is the position: wonderful for me to go at work in the morning, but not so close to city center (to have dinner in the night, for example)

The staff were beyond rude, 4 of us (2 couples) had booked our rooms 6 months prior to arrival date. Not only did they take a deposit but the full amount for the two rooms. Upon arrival we were advised there were no rooms and that we had cancelled them. This was even though they still had our money. The receptionist informed us it was our problem. We were a group of 5 people travelling there for business, and divided ourself up to 4 people in one room and 1 person in another room. The 4-person room was booked through Airbnb (which was okay, but in hindsight, not necessary to book it through that platform), whilst the one-person room was booked through the Quality-franchise's website I believe. We were very happy to be here as the rooms were nice, modern design, clean and it was funny when we discovered that we have music at the bathroom:). Now here comes the worst part, the breakfast...when we enter in the breakfast room was a mess, no tables available even though some of them were free but were full with dishes and the rest of the others. Perfectly adequate hotel. Although it is possible to get to it on foot from the city centre, it is quite a long and slightly uninspiring walk, so hop on the metro to Place Jean Jaurès [same line as Part-Dieu and one change for Bellecour] and it is just a few minutes from there: from the metro go to the Park Suites Hotel, cross over the road and go down the side street, take the first right and it’s on the left at the end of that road. I had to stay in the hotel two nights. For some reason only One night was booked (Travel agency or hotel mistake, difficult to know) and the reception did not warn me even if i explicitly said i was going to stay two nights during registration.
