The staff were beyond rude, 4 of us (2 couples) had booked our rooms 6 months prior to arrival date. Not only did they take a deposit but the full amount for the two rooms. Upon arrival we were advised there were no rooms and that we had cancelled them. This was even though they still had our money. The receptionist informed us it was our problem. When we insisted on having our money refunded, she made an error to start with and took another payment, this was sorted prior to our leaving. S... Read more

We were a group of 5 people travelling there for business, and divided ourself up to 4 people in one room and 1 person in another room. The 4-person room was booked through Airbnb (which was okay, but in hindsight, not necessary to book it through that platform), whilst the one-person room was booked through the Quality-franchise's website I believe. We in the 4-person room had our breakfast included, whilst the last one didn't have it included, and ‚?¨11 for one breakfast is not worth it to be ... Read more

We were very happy to be here as the rooms were nice, modern design, clean and it was funny when we discovered that we have music at the bathroom:). Now here comes the worst part, the breakfast...when we enter in the breakfast room was a mess, no tables available even though some of them were free but were full with dishes and the rest of the others. When we want to serve, no clean plates available, no cups for coffee, no spoons and no bread. Everyone from the tables were waiting for bread, and ... Read more

Perfectly adequate hotel. Although it is possible to get to it on foot from the city centre, it is quite a long and slightly uninspiring walk, so hop on the metro to Place Jean Jaur√®s [same line as Part-Dieu and one change for Bellecour] and it is just a few minutes from there: from the metro go to the Park Suites Hotel, cross over the road and go down the side street, take the first right and it‚??s on the left at the end of that road. The area is a large building site at the moment and so do... Read more

I had to stay in the hotel two nights. For some reason only One night was booked (Travel agency or hotel mistake, difficult to know) and the reception did not warn me even if i explicitly said i was going to stay two nights during registration. The Morning after i left the room with my baggage and personal effects in. Later in the day i was called by the Travel agency as there was some problem with my room and i phoned the hotel. With no kind of warning (the reception had my telephone numbe... Read more

Great hotel. Exceptionally clean and well appointed (I had a fridge, stove, and microwave in the room, which I hadn't expected). Excellent breakfast room. The hotel is actually much closer to the town centre than I thought - I could walk there in about 10 minutes. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. The only negatives were the building work taking place across the street (but that is not the hotel's fault!) and the hairdryer in the room, which was like a reverse vacuum cleaner and h... Read more

When arriving you won't be that happy with the location (this neighborhood is changing fast, old buildings are being demolished, new ones are being built), but once in the hotel, I personally enjoyed my stay. When having to go outside, 10 or less minutes walk to the subway, unless your destination is nearby (mine was). My room was large, comfortable, clean and equipped with a small hob and a sink - I din't need or use them, but I have to say they don't steal room to anything else. The staff is... Read more

It takes us quite a while walking in the middle of construction site to arrive hotel, and long queue check in, once get in the room the air con is not working, we call and the operator keep us holding for half hour, until we walk out in wait in queue to talk to receptionist staff, what he told us is that it's summer and the technician has not start the air con system and don't know when to open it. We ask to change for the other room, they said it's full but there are other people who still chec... Read more

Nice, clean and modern. Everything you would want from this price bracket. The only downside is the amount of building works being carried out in the neighbourhood. It is located a little out from the town centre however there is a metro station 5 minutes walk away

This accommodation is a simple, "no frills" and basic place to stay in Lyon. Firstly the good bits: It is clean, the staff are pleasant and helpful and the breakfast is extremely good value. There is also safe underground parking which, bearing in mind the feel of the neighbourhood, is a comfort. The "not so good" bits: as others have said at the moment it is opposite a building site and is not in the most salubrious area of Lyon, some distance from most of the city's attractions. It is a funct... Read more

We attended here during the European Rugby Finals weekend. The staff were very helpful. The location is being developed but we did not hear any noise. Some parts are slightly run down. It was situated on the outskirts but close enough to the centre to be able to walk and the trams were also nearby if you wanted to travel further a field. Our room was large, for the money, very large. A shower room, kitchenette and lounge area, all separated from the sleeping area by heavy curtains. All in all... Read more

Nice hotel & not bad value breakfast but DEFINITELY not city centre as in the Qantas Booking Site. The hotel is in the middle of a construction site for a new suburb to be completed within a couple of years. Frightening to arrive on Saturday or Sunday as no completed buildings around the hotel site and hotel hard to find. The view from our room was a huge empty hole in the ground next to a construction site so curtains needed to be closed during the day

This is by far the nicest hotel I have stayed at in France. Plenty of room, a nice spacious desk (perfect for two ladies to do makeup), the beds were comfortable. Plenty of storage and a kitchenette. My personal favorite touch was the radio in the shower! The air conditioning was perfect after a hot day of travel during the French heat wave. I highly highly recommend staying here.

Hotel is virtually brand new, extremely clean, comfortable and posh. Would highly recommend for family or business travelers! Breakfast was also fantastic and the staff was extremely helpful. Walking distance to main avenues and public transportation as well.

Our family stopped off here for a one night stay on our European road trip and found the accommodation very clean and comfortable. The Suites are in the opposite building to reception with secure access. The Italian restaurant onsite was closed during peak period which we found a bit bizarre but then again the French do tend to close during summer months to escape to the beach and enjoy their holidays, who can blame them? There is a Casino Supermarket close by if you need some groceries or bee... Read more

I stayed here during Euro 2016 an found it a really good place to stay, it's very clean an the buffet style breakfast more than adequate, the room I had was very clean an the wet room very good, also made use of the small kitchen to cook myself a meal one evening, although there is a building site opposite I wasn't disturbed, the nearest metro station is a easy walk away maybe 5 min walk. A very pleasant place to stay an would recommend
