Small but convenient rooms, with separate bathroom You can have complete delicious breakfast or after 10AM, small breakfast with just croissants and coffee at the bar. Staff are helpful and check in and out are rather fast. But it is rather far from old Lyon and center

Very small clean quite room the staff are very friendly and helpful, not far from the railway station but if you have heavy bags or it is raining get a taxi. Most of the very good restaurants in Lyon are not open on Sunday evening, the restaurant next door is very reasonable and the food is OK with some very good wine, I would stay and use the restaurant again.

Very convenient location about 400 yards from main station. Staff very friendly, and breakfast offered all the ingredients expected. Good control of room temperature, bed large and comfortable, and adequate TV coverage. Room totally silent in spite of its location on main roads. Only 2 areas of criticism: 1. Room doors are very heavy. 2. Soap is provided in plastic squeeze-bottles which are difficult to use.

This clean, comfortable hotel is a 5 minute walk from the main railway station and trams to the Parc Olympique Lyonnais. It has a good restaurant - Court Paille attached to it which is open until 23.00 every night unlike all other places in the vicinity. Also a bar. Free WiFi and car parking available. Staff very friendly and speak English as well as French. Would recommend.

This trip was a boy's rugby weekend and the hotel was chosen for was of access to the stadium which is very easy. Getting to town was also quick and hassle free. The neighbourhood that the hotel is in, is probably best described as up and coming but that's not to say its bad. If you realise that you are staying near a train station in France and what that encompasses then you will understand. The hotel was slightly dated but for what we paid, it was ideal. The room was neat and tidy if a little ... Read more

I chose this place as I was arriving late and leaving early by train using Lyon Part Dieu station. So for that purpose it was very good. It's about a 20+ minute walk into the main part of town and there is not too much going on around it. A couple of decent bars by the station and the excellent food market at Les Halles de Lyon. The hotel itself was fine, the room was small but had all you need. The bar downstairs was nice enough with plenty of room and a couple of TVs. Staff were also friendly ... Read more

We slept here during EC 2016, so it was a full house. First of all, staff is friendly (french-style), the breakfast is really good for this category, the wifi is good and the lounge room is nice. You need to realize that like many hotels in Lyon, the hotel is close to the railway station but far away (25' walk) from the old city center. However, the rooms and hallway are outdated. Typically small and without any decoration or atmosphere. The bed was good quality however, it was quiet and the s... Read more

Stayed here in June for the England v Slovakia game. Great spot 10 min walk to train station. Friendly atmosphere, staff really helpful. Bar area was fine and food and drink menu decent. Room was small but ideal for our stay.

Central location close to Part-Dieu metro and TGV station, just off the main street. Very helpful lady on the front desk changed our room from a twin to a triple room on second day with no fuss or bother. Rooms are as expected, fairly basic but functional. Good soundproofing but room did get a bit warm. Second room had a good walk in shower, better than the shower above the bath in 1st room. Breakfast quite basic, nice coffee from a machine. Friendly service. There is a free to use computer in t... Read more

After having a horrible time with Appart'City in Lyon, we made our way to this Ibis and were welcomed with open arms and terrific staff service. Perhaps the most service oriented hotel I've ever been to. The entire staff was there to help and always with a smile. The rooms are immaculate, and functional. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the major train/metro station, seconds to bakeries/ restaurants.... A perfect location for visiting Lyon and a very very reasonable price

Nothing fancy, but you would not expect that from an Ibis anyway. The hotel delivers with cleanliness and a convenient location, just next to the train station Part Dieu. Walking distance (10 minutes) to the Rhone river with its restaurants. The rooms are relatively small, so do not plan to spend a lot of time there other for sleeping. Accor online check-in worked really well: they had an envelope ready to welcome me, and check-in at the reception hence took less than a minute. Very efficient an... Read more

We used the hotel as a stop off point on our way to the South of France and had a very short stay. The hotel was in a good location and we were able to explore the city with ease. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and we were impressed with the restaurant.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, even doing some printing of travel documents that I needed. They have streamlined check in and out which made it easy especially wiht a 1am arrival. room was very comfortable.

I had four night stay at this hotel, and was very pleased. The staff was accomodating, the breakfast was excellent, the room was small but comfortable. (Very tall people will however get a slight Alice-in-Wonderland feeling in the shower, as the ceiling there is really low). I generally find that Ibis hotels tend to be practical but "all the same", but this one felt like a place with identity. The location is convenient as it is so close to the Gare Part Dieu, with good train, tram and airport e... Read more

The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the Gare de Lyon Part-Dieu. The entrance to the hotel is not from the main street - you have to work around the hotel building. Check-in took some time, although it was not busy. Room small and already a little tired, but well soundproofed, with a comfortable bed.

We enjoyed it. And looking forward for another stay. I will surely recommend this to my friends. Overall stay was great and comfortable. But you can hear the noise outside the room. The place is just a bit far from the city.

Good basic three star tourist style. We were a group of people mixed couples and friends sharing. The couples complained about bedding. Twin beds that kept falling apart. Also we found the rooms small. Over all nice hotel with simple but good service.
