We stayed 2 nights in this hotel and the room was very comfortable with free wifi. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel isn't right in the centre but the Metro is a short walk away so getting into the centre is quick and easy. the hotel has a restaurant but it is very basic although the food is good.

The rooms are small but neat. There is free wifi, but you loose the connection every few minutes. The hotel is stately inside, in a contrast with the neighborhood, which is quite poor. Better to leave your car in a car park, you can ask at reception. The staff is very friendly. The image of the hotel, Spa, is somewhat over the top, don't expect too much of it: it contains a nice hot tub and a sauna, but that's it. The connection tot the center (try also vieux Lille) is within about 7 minutes wal... Read more

Worst managed hotel i've ever been in. We booked this hotel via a discount program from travelbird and we were promised a nice 2-night stay in a simple hotel with spa facilities. The program also included a full dinner and 2 complementary glasses of champagne. Our experience: Day 1 - The restaurant where we were going to have dinner was in fact the breakfast room. Do not expect anything restaurant like. Expect a full lit, windowless basement room. - Between appetizer and main course was around ... Read more

I'm just reading the review and I'm blaming myself to don't read it before going. I had exactly the same horrible story than Pcahoppe (last comment) but 3 months later ! So I can conclude that nobody care about past and future visitor of this incredibly messy place. We booked a premium for us (140â?¬ for each night) to celebrate Valentine day. We stayed at all 1h in this place and meet all the problems you can imagine. - They asked you to pay before. And you quickly understand Why !!!! - So ti... Read more

Stayed here during Euro2016 and only used the room. Did not have breakfast or any drinks here. The room was very small but looked nice and had a comfortable bed. Ensuite bathroom was nice. Wifi was available but kept having to sign in every few minutes. The bar lounge room looked very nice as was the entrance. The metro is about a 5-7 minute walk from the hotel and then it is only 3 stops to the central train station. You can buy a day pass which she lasts for 24 hours from when you buy it so ca...

In verpauperde voormalige stationsbuurt.

Read more

I thought the Hotel itself was very nice. Receptionists very nice and very helpful a real plus for the Hotel.. Room very clean and well kept. Not far from the Euro-star to the UK. Checked our rental car in the day before at the station and used a taxi the rest of the time. We had a Hertz rental car and a real nightmare trying to return it. Hint, go to the parking garage across the street from the Euro-star station. Push the speaker phone and say Hertz rental car. Then drive around until you see ... Read more

Read more

Read more

Read more

Read more

I know there have been mixed reviews of this hotel but I spent a couple of nights here earlier in the month and enjoyed it. The building itself is very nice and the area, although somewhat down at heel, is clearly up and coming. It's clear that the new owners are working hard to improve the place and the staff couldn;t be more helpful. The rooms are small - but have everything you need and you don't tend to spend a lot of time in your room anyway. The one downside is the lack of soundproofin... Read more
