Brightly coloured hotel not far from centre and railways stations. The room is tiny with miniscule shower room clean and does the job for one person two would be a squeeze. Tv, Wifi free. Comfortable bed, thin towels. Breakfast included and good selection - enough. friendly staff.

Ibis style, it is less expensive but... Spend a extra 10,- for another hotel. Ibis style is not worth it's money! They offer a free breakfast, but again, cheap. However they do have parking space for some customers for only 15,- per 24 hours. The rooms are small, little bit old and ours was not clean at all!! The bathroom is small.. To small! And again, not clean. The location, that is perfect for visiting the art museum and city center.

Five of us spent two nights at this Ibis hotel. Rooms were quiet, well appointed. The bathroom was clean & modern but tight on space. The staff was very helpful and the usual, excellent Ibis buffet breakfast was good as other options were more than a few minutes walk away.

We had a good one night stay at the Ibis Styles Lille. We found it to be particularly good for families - we had our 1 year old with us. There was a good buffet breakfast included - with a special breakfast for our daughter. The location is good for accessing both the historic centre and the train stations. Little extras made a difference - a washroom with a change table on the ground floor and free coffee/tea in the lobby. Overall, I would say while this is an average hotel, for what we paid i... I stayed for 5 days in this hotel. The standard room is small evenso the bathroom. I had a room at the end of the hall and Wifi was very bad (connection was difficult and if connected the connection was lost within a minute). I stay in hotels all over europe, this room was one of the worst I ever encounterd and very expensive for the size, services and cleanness. I only could use internet in the lobby. After complaining, the connection still was bad. In the bathroom the a board for towels was mi... Read more

Although the location is good and you can reach everything in a walking distance, the hotel charged me 180 euros/night (due to Euro2016) and all I can say is that's not worth it at all! The bedroom I stayed was very poor, dirty and tiny. The bathroom ceiling was falling in pieces and I could see mold everywhere. There were people on the streets shouting during and after the matches and I could hear everything from my bedroom. The breakfast is the same standard as you will find in any Ibis Style... Read more

I took my son to Lille to watch a football match in Euro 16 and ended up staying here. I was not expecting too much from the hotel being an Ibis but for 260â?¬ it was an absolute rip off. The room was cramped, with the bathroom so small you could hardly turn round in it. The towels were so thin you could nearly see through them. The reception and bar area tell you all you need about this place when you first enter - not a very welcoming site and this hotel is certainly not that. After returning ... Read more

We stayed here for two nights during the Euros. During one of the matches we were at, cash was stolen from several rooms, ours as well. Doors were opened with a key, so it was probably a member of staff involved. The hotel wasn't exactly helpful with regard to the complaints and even if there are going to be reimbursements, this is the worst case scenario for a hotel and deserves a bad review! Furthermore, the room and bathroom were cramped and could have been cleaner (carpeted floor with stains... Read more

Ok so it's an Ibis style hotel, but I guess style is a matter of opinion! The bed was probably the most uncomfortable I've ever stayed in, the room was a weird set up, a curtain runner separated the bed from a sink/toilet area, which didn't go all the way across so let's lots of light in, why not just put the curtain across the window like everyone does ?? The shower is a box room which just opens up next to the bed ? But the towels are in the toilet ?? The do not disturb notice can't be hung o... Read more

I recently spent five nights in this hotel for a business trip. While the hotel was clean and the staff are helpful, the compact nature of the hotel room made for an interesting stay. Particularly weird is the shower which is elevated in the bedroom. When you turned the shower on, your bed could get wet if you had not previously re directed the angle of the shower head. The bed was comfortable but there was barely room to have an open suitcase in the room. There are two lifts in the hotel (again... Read more

Old and corky room The decoration needs to be improved but the most important part is the carpet! It feels really dirty and not willing to stand on your feet with no socks/shoes. Small shower. The receptionist didn't even ask for a passport or ID so anyone could have a check in or lie. No feeling of safeness. The nice this was the breakfast with we thought it was a nice one comparing to the rest of the hotel. The wifi also worked well and it was included The rates were cheap as we booke... Read more

We stayed 2 nights here for the weekend. Very conveniently located about 8-10mins walk from the centre and 2 metro stops to the Eurostar station. The staff were really friendly and polite and also very patient when we tried out our limited French - their English was OK for basic communication so all was fine. Fast check-in, which we appreciated as we had arrived after 10pm. The room was more than adequate for our needs for 2 nights. Rooms were clean and in good condition so I'm quite surpri... Read more

We spent 1 night here before catching the TGV. The room was comfortable and good value for money. The carpet had a few marks but everything was basically clean.. Reception friendly and helpful. The location is good for the centre and the stations. The breakfast was much nicer than I expected with nice fresh bread. I would stay here again when travelling on a budget.

Rooms are clean and comfy - not too much bathroom privacy though! No street noise at all. Walking distance to station and city centre. Reception are available 24hours. Breakfast was great and very well looked after. Only strange thing was they out address and room number on key chain for keys... Not a great idea.
