I read the reviews so wasn't sure what to expect but booked it as was only staying one night. It was excellent value for what you pay. It was clean, a lovely welcome at reception and the guy was really helpful.

This is a very basic hotel but comfortable and warm within walking distance of the centre of Lille. However many of the rooms in these blocks are student accommodation. It is a little odd having student rooms mixed in with hotel rooms - not great if you are looking for a night's sleep. Also the shower is tiny which is a bit uncomfortable.

This hotel was the one of 3 Adagio Aparthotels we stayed in during a recent family trip with 2 teenagers (hence the need for an apartment). It was by far the poorest quality. The location is good - close to downtown, in a very student-dominated area near a university, but the actual property is run-down and looks cheap inside. There seemed to be a lot of students and other young people living there long-term, which meant that it was noisy at times. There was also a lot of cooking occurring, whic... Read more

The position of this aparthotel is ideal for visiting Lille. We parked the car in the underground car park and didn't move it again until we left the city three days later. Reception staff on arrival and departure were friendly and efficient. The room was clean, the kitchenette well-equipped with a microwave and two hobs and enough crockery and cutlery; there were five chairs and a good-sized dining table and the bathroom was compact but functional. The negatives: our booking was for an apar... Read more

We've just stayed here as a break from our journey between Paris and home. The place is basic. The only minor issues we had were: 1. They were unable to supply us with additional pillows?! [3 supplied for 4 guests] 2. Their basement parking was restricted to a height of 190cm and we barely managed to squeeze our people carrier in. The location was fantastic though. Just a 10 minute walk to the Old Town and similar distance to the Zoo - free of charge and a great way of passing a couple of ho... Read more

Apartment was funtional, no luxuries, basic bathroom and living space, small TV, fridge, microwave, hob. Our room had 2 single beds and 1 pull out double sofabed. Not the best sleep you will ever have but done the job after a few pints. All in all, we were quiet happy with what we received for the price paid... ‚?¨630 between 4 for a week. Cant expect too much for that price. Happy enough!

Really friendly and helpful staff. About a 10 minute walk from Lille train station and main square We had a double room which was comfortable, clean and spacious. Only stayed one night so didn‚??t need the self catering facilities but they seemed very adequate if required. A big convenience store on the corner of the street for all your needs also. Would be more than happy to stay here again if in Lille.

I booked a twin room for a mate and myself for a week during Euro2016, when we arrived we were checked in to a double room. There was already another man stood arguing at reception about the same problem when we arrived. The room itself was tiny, there was the bed, a wardrobe and small table at the end and a 2ft gap around the bed to walk. The kitchen area was just a tiny space behind the front door and the bathroom was moderately sized with the worlds smallest shower. I'm a big lad but have no... Read more

This is the perfect accommodation if you are looking for value for money. We paid just £150 for 4 nights and after reading some of the other reviews were worried that on our hunt for a bargain we had ended up booking sub-par accommodation. Luckily we were wrong. We had a double room on the the first floor ( 412) and were staying for 4 nights at the end of July. The room was clean, the bed comfy ( one pillow each but all that was needed) , shower hot ( although a little small at times), toilet... Read more

A little shabby now, but clean enough. Bathroom fine, though shower cubicle only protected by a curtain, and socket and light switch over the basin too high for me to reach without help. Bed comfortable, useful roller shutters, and quiet area (though it was August). Kitchenette and fridge helpful, and contained the only socket I could reach so all charging of appliances had to be done there. Staff friendly, spoke English, and were very helpful

Very good location, quiet area, 10 minutes to the Old Town. Had a room on top floor of building 4, very quiet, equipped with everything you need for a short stay, underground private parking, nice staff.

I stayed here because it was reasonable and very close to where to my son's hostel. So purely from an economy point of view. So what d you not have? You don't get Aircon and your room is not cleaned everyday and no room service. they have a breakfast which is definitely not advisable as its a small one. But besides these negatives - extremely comfortable bed with good sleep quality. Very very clean rooms and environment. Decent sized bathrooms and rooms. Hotplates/microwave/fridge/cooking uten... I stayed in a small studio flat, which offered basic yet adequate facilities. The whole place is a bit outdated and could do with some sprucing up. On the positive side the staff were extremely helpful. Located just off a main road it only takes around 20 minutes on foot to get to the centre, train stations etc., and even less if you're planning a visit to the zoo and surrounding gardens.

I found this place to be quite clean, quiet at night and with a comfy bed and nice kitchenette area to microwave and boil food. The air conditioner was a little too loud or slightly annoying at night - but the maintenance man was quickly at and come and turn it off - as this required getting on a chair. I chose not to have breakfast as apparantly this would have been something like 8 euros and I preferred to pick something up along the way to sightseeing.
