The staff was exceptionally welcoming showing us to our room and parking spot. They took the time to demonstrate the use of the key and turns to unlock the door. The.room was very nice.Breakfast nice and convenient but a bit pricey compared to what we had been paying for the same items during the previous weeks travels.Having a kettle with tea and coffee in the room was appreciated as well as padded chairs

We were going to stay here for 1 night but enjoyed ourselves so much that we stayed for a second night! Our room (number 2) had a great view of the harbour. Very pleasant room with basic but good working facilities. Staff were very welcoming and did all that they could do to make us welcome. recommended

We only stayed one night, with limited time, so we didn't get too much time to explore the hotel's facilities. However the staff seemed friendly, and the layout of the rooms and facilities certainly added to its character. The room we had booked was quite small with a good view, but only out of a window, so we upgraded to a bigger room with a small balcony. This was much better, and helped to justify the premium prices they can charge in Collioure. Car parking was available, but it's a good jo... Read more

Le Bon Port seemed the perfect choice for our time in Collioure. The location could not have been better--very easy walking distance to town--yet out of the tourist bustle in the midst of the village-- with a view of the Mediterranean that was breathtaking. We were also able hike from here to the windmill and fort overlooking the village. The swimming pool, terrace, kitchenette in our suite, and lovely breakfast (for a little extra charge) were all wonderful amenities. Best of all, however, wa... Read more

The hotel is quite simple, rooms are small and simple but quite okay. Location is good and close to the center of Collioure. Nice view from the room over the beautiful harbour of Collioure. It's right on the main street but it was not noisy. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, as it was extra charge. There are enough nice places for breakfast in town. Overall we had a good stay at this hotel.

We stayed two nights in this hotel. The room was very basic and the bathroom small but the view from the window was spectacular. Once you manage to park the car, you won't use it again until you leave. The breakfast was adequate and was taken on the terrace. It is self service and the system works well. I would certainly return to Collioure and would have no hesitation in booking the same hotel.

Stayed here for a full 2 weeks. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and shown round the hotel, really convenient to have parking here as Collioure is not an easy place to find a space! Room was spacious and kept spotlessly clean every day. We took breakfast a couple of times, it was OK, but you can get better in town for less money. The pool was cleaned every day and fresh towels supplied for the guests use. Next to the pool is a great sun terrace overlooking Collioure which we loved sitting at i... Read more

Hotel is nice, with clean and comfortable rooms but what makes this place special is the location and the view over Collioure. It's a Cote d'azur view without the prices! Also the village/town is an an amazing little place and can't wait to go back. Parking is fine as long as you're a good driver!

...Le Bon Port could be an excellent place to stay. The location is convenient. The service friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. There is car parking. However, the whole place has the personality of a Travelodge. That was fine for an overnight stop but not ideal if you're looking to stay longer and not really in the spirit of Collioure.

Le Bon Port was a nice experience during our stay in Collioure. The hotel is situated in a calm area about 10 minutes walk from the city centre. The panoramic view from our room and from the terrace over the Collioure bay was great. The terrace is a perfect place to relax after a day in the town or on the beach. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room had a basic standard, but spacious, clean and cozy. We also had a small kitchenette, which was great.

This hotel was in a great location sit. Sea views, a pool etc. The actual place is a bit dated but it is to be expected. The plus was free parking at the hotel which suited us. The staff were helpful and gave us recommendations for dinner and drinks which were perfect.

We made the mistake of trusting the owner/manager, a native English speaker, whom we called the day when our plans changed. She offered us two rooms for about 160 Euros, probably because the hotel was not full. The next day she called a few hours before we told her we would arrive and said there was a problem with one of the rooms and that we would have one less desirable room. This room (room 4) had no AC, the double bed was in a dungeon like room with no view or furnishings, and the wifi did... Read more

stayed at this hotel for 3 nights..Collioure most incredible place ever..customer service here very good..rooms freshened every day, beds made and clean towels left. View of Harbour exceptional. A real treat to be able to stay near Collioure..if theres one thing i would say is that it would be better for family rooms to have single bed facility ie bunk beds or singles and sofa bed.

Clean, simple, friendly and comfortable and just a few steps from the spectacular cliffside walk into the centre of town, Le Bon Port is a lovely small hotel with a warm and welcoming Scottish owner, Shona. Nothing fancy but the location is wonderful. Check out the nearby Le Jardin de Collioure for eating out and the converted Dominican monastery for the wine tour. Collioure is a real find. We'll be back.

Oh dear. Being well chuffed with previous visits over past couple of years we tried to book again. Available on websites. But the price was stupid - not what we paid in the past. So we rang the owner cos that is what they say is the cheapest way. She immediately knocked only a tenner off both double room prices but could not guarantee anything we asked for. That came as a shock to us after previous happy visits & our good reviews. A deal could not be struck. We sadly went elsewhere.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful location. The hotel is blessed by its location as it is a very simple service and rooms. We had a great view and access to beach and town is good. If you arrive by train, taxis are hard to come by and the walk is about 15 minutes to this hotel. In the room basic amenities are available. There's no fridge- which was disappointing given the climate. Air conditioning is excellent. A good place to stay for a short time.

Excellent location, which on its own commands the price for this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights. The decor is somewhat tired and in need of a serious upgrade. Having said that the staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. The hotel is also dog friendly which is a bonus. The wifi doesn't quite stretch to the rooms but is good in Reception and the air con in the rooms is not great.... But the hotel also has a nice sun terrace and pool so it's nice to chill out there. We didn't eat in the hotel s... Read more

The view from the rooms in this hotel make the stay as they overlook the sea. The location is also excellent being s short walk from the heart of Collioure. It is a simple place though, with limited central services, so you get your key and enjoy separate access to come and go as you please. We didn't choose to take breakfast at a cost of ‚?¨9 each preferring to head to a local cafe for croissants and coffee. The room we had was bright and functional with a comfortable bed and good cotton she... Read more

We stayed for 3 nights in a room with a view! Looking out across the sea to the port. I asked for a bathroom with a bath , which we got. Lots of cupboard space and very clean . We will stay again as the staff were friendly and helpful and we loved the situation , it was great to be able to walk everywhere including up to the windmill and higher up to the fort up a path behind the hotel. The view is breathtaking. We parked our car securely in the car parking spaces at the back of the hotel.

Hotel was in a great location and we had a lovely view over the harbour but it was a bit of a challenge parking our BMW X5. The hotel parking is a bit limited and the access is quite tight for a big car but we did get to park very close to our room. We didnt use any of the hotel facilities but the pool looked nice and breakfast was served on the terrace

Our room had a wonderful view and the location was excellent within walking distance to town. The woman in charge at the desk (whose name we cannot, unfortunately remember) couldn't have been sweeter or more helpful. The room itself was lovely and comfortable, if a little small and simple in its decoration. The rate was reasonable and a great value for the quality offered.
