Checked in at 11.30 as room was ready. Clean and as described. Parking was easy in "Place Gambetta" which was just above 20.00€ for 24 hrs. Even though room was basic and compact, this hotel, because of location is perfect for 1 or 2 nights. Staff knowledgeable about area and always at front desk to help. For the money, great option for Bordeaux.

We stayed here on New Years Eve. The hotel is in a great position opposite the fantastic book store Librairie Mollar and is located on Rue de la Port Dijeux which is a cobblestone st with no cars. Parking was recommended in an underground car park a few blocks away. Our room was a double room with views over the street. It was very comfortable and had a lovely bed. The room was small but ok for us. The bathroom was very small, again ok for us, but if you are a larger person it might have been a ... Read more

This hotel is perfectly situated for wandering around the gorgeous streets of Bordeaux. The room was small, but immaculate, with lovely shower room and a TV (if you wanted to stay in and watch - but why would you). We didn't breakfast here as there as so many wonderful cafe's around. The staff were extremely friendly. It didnt effect us, but if anyone had any mobility problems, all of the rooms are up flights of stairs, with the lifts only stopping on each second floor - top tip, take the li... Read more

I have stayed there for 2 nights in March. The hotel is nothing special itself, but it is perfectly located to everything. You have the bus stop which takes you to the airport just few min on a walking and it is the same with the tram. For a short stay I would definitely recomend the place. The lady at the reception was extremely helpful and knowledgable and helped me a lot with everything i needed.

Very well located in the center of the town, the hystoric center. The room and the bathroom were very small. Not far away from a huge library.Yet if you want to visit as much as you can in BORDEAUX,it is a good choice. From there you can reach every important place of tourist s interest. We were here in august 2008.

This hotel provides the quality level which you would expect of a 2-star hotel. The staff are very friendly & obliging and the hotel's location is very close to all of the tourist hot-spots. WIFI is good but our room faced the street & had a lot of noise at all hours There are also a few stairs to negotiate with luggage. Being inner-city it was difficult to find & parking for the car was a fair way walking with luggage All-in-all a positive vibe
