Guest parking is limited, and available on a limited first-come, first-served basis (surcharge). Additional property amenities include multilingual staff, an elevator (lift), and a safe deposit box at the front desk.

Guestrooms.
All guestrooms at Residence Maeva Victoria Surf feature windows that open and blackout drapes/curtains. All rooms include separate dining areas. Kitchens include refrigerators, cookware/dishes/utensils, and cooking facilities. Guestrooms offer phones. Guests may request irons/ironing boards and hair dryers.

Notifications and Fees:

Unless otherwise indicated, the charges below are not included in the overall room price. If not included in the overall room price, they will be charged by the property at check-in or check-out. Charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book. This property told us they will charge you for the following:

• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 1.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 14 years of age.

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Pet fee: EUR 9 per pet, per day
• Deposit: EUR 200.00 per stay
• Cleaning/housekeeping/linens fee: EUR 55 per week, varies per unit size
• A late check-out fee will be charged
• Additional towels/sheets fee: EUR 6 per week
