I don't normally post reviews but since I noticed that there were very few reviews from American tourists to Fiji, I told myself I'd post a one. The Hilton Fiji is a beautiful property with very accommodating, friendly staff and within short walking distance to Denanaru Marina. Most rooms overlook the water, and since I am a Diamond HHonors member, we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom from the studio I booked. View from the room was awesome and the pools and pool area are kept clean and organized. ... Read more

Myself, partner and son recently spent one week at the Hilton Denarau Island Fiji. The staff were welcoming on arrival and we were very happy to discover that we had been upgraded to a beautiful 2 bedroom beachfront apartment. The hotel grounds are lovely, pools are amazing and the staff are so friendly, always acknowledging us when they were near. We enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast. My only complaint would be the cost of the food at the restaurants but the Marina close by has other cheape... Read more

Had an amazing time at the Hilton. Staff are fantastic and the separate adult pool and breakfast option are great for couples looking to get away from it all and relax! Will definitely look to visit again and bring more family and friends with us. The best resort in this area for sure.

I recently stayed at the Fiji Hilton and found this resort a perfect place for relaxation. The staff are very helpful and the location and layout of the Hotel are exceptional. It doesn't feel like a Hotel at all as all of the rooms are like separate low-rise residences. Highly recommended

The resort is very accommodating for early arrival flights and late departures. We arrived at 6 AM and the room was not ready. They stored our luggage and offered a shower/changing room. We explored the port and returned to the resort and was able to check in by 11. We got a one bedroom upgrade and the room was quite lovely. It came equipped with a kitchenette, washer and dryer. The bed was quite comfy. We had a great view of the beach from our second floor room. The resort caters to fam... Read more

We spent 4 nights here, and would have loved to stay in Fiji longer. We booked a one bedroom beachfront room, and I'm glad we decided to go with that. It was worth the extra to look out over the water and not have everyone walking down the main footpath looking into your room. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was huge. The bed was really comfortable. The service was excellent at the pool and in the restaurant (special thanks to Luisa). Check in was a little disappointing. We h... Read more

A beautiful and luxurious room compared to other places on Denarau. Very large and an amazing deck. Some amazing architecture features in the unit including baths beside the window. Although there is plenty of internal transport, I wouldn't stay here if I wasn't fit as it was a twelve minute walk to pools, restaurants and the lobby (and is up two flights of stairs). Even though it is a beautiful apartment there were several things broken. Our blind next to the shower was broken so each time we ... Read more

First, if you are a first time visitor to Fiji, be aware that the Denarau resorts are on an island located 20 mins drive from Nadi airport, which is essentially a tourist area. Nadi town is nearby, which caters to both tourists and locals, but if you are after beautiful beaches, the islands are the place to go. However, if your flight arrives late or departs early, you will probably end up in Denarau for quick access to the airport. I've stayed at the Hilton three times now, and have no hesit... Read more

Worth taking some snacks for during the day as snack food is very pricey, just be careful to make sure either made in Aussie or NZ:-) Overall, thoughly enjoyed our stay and quality time with our three grown up daughters. My mother and I stayed for a short stay at the Hilton. Having read reviews I asked for a quiet room and glad I asked as you could tell a room near the pool would be quite busy (day and night) and noisy as the restaurants are there as well. Kids club was good although mine were new to it all and not so keen. We have never visited Fiji before and didnt know what to expect. We loved everything about our stay at the Hilton. The accomodation was perfect - modern with plenty of space and the staff were beyond fabulous. We will be back!!!

Yes the prices are fairly expensive and perhaps the rooms could do with a freshen up but we absolutely loved our stay and the resort. What made it for us especially were the staff. They are ALL just so lovely and friendly. They work so hard but are always happy and smiling and so wonderful with kids. Truly amazing. We went and ate at a couple of the other resorts and checked out their facilities but really felt the Hilton was a step above. The layout of the pool areas feels lovely and spacious. ... Read more

We had a lovely break at the Hilton for 4 nights. The service and staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was also very good. However, you need to be careful where your room is, because if you are in the 3000's or 4000's you have a Loooong walk to the restaurants and pools. To be fair, the staff recognise this, and pick up passengers all the time, in their little golf carts. The hotel are also building a new pool and restaurant at the far end of the complex which will help, but this may ten... Read more

Our first night we had a beautiful, roomy double room with lots of comfort. Second and third night we asked for an ocean view room and while clean with pleasant views it was much smaller, with none of the luxury of the other room. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel restaurant was nice - breakfast overpriced - but dinner very pleasant sitting outside with a local band playing. Very family orientated there were a lot of children - the room next door to ours was occupied by a family... Read more

We only spent two nights here at the end of a week long trip before returning home to Australia. When we arrived to check in the main desk was chaos, people everywhere and very loud. Not a great start especially after coming from the Malolo resort. The room was nice, clean. Had a very odd smell when we first arrived though, not fresh at all. We had a lovely view over the water and the family pool. Also the water unit was very very loud and the rear of our room had a little deck with a drying rac... Read more

Our family is spending 10 days here now and I couldn't wait to say how much we love this place. The vista is breathtaking, the location perfect, the villa with a plunge pool we are staying in is stunning ! Rooms immaculate, exceptionally clean and fresh. The restaurants are great for families, the staff so accommodating, friendly and helpful. Every wish or request granted !!

Whilst the staff were very friendly and the pool was a lovely setting to enjoy the day, the resort and rooms are tired. There are building works at the rear of the property which were very noisy throughout the day. We had so many maintenance issues (too many to note) over the course of the week. We decided to upgrade our room during our stay (at our cost) however the internet was not available for days and the maintenance issues continued to plague us! The food is extremely expensive for what it... Read more
