The room was clean, nice bathroom, but the furnishings average. I liked the fact that there was an ironing board in the closet. But it would have been great with a kettle to boil water for coffee or tea. The weather was very cold and I would have liked a hot cup of tea for watching tv without ordering room service.

I stayed two nights at this hotel in Tallinn and was very satisfied with my stay. The rooms are nicely furnished and the atmosphere at the hotel is pleasant. If you arrive in Tallinn with the ferry you can easily walk to the hotel in around 15 minutes.

The hotel is modern with good facilities. Rooms spacious clean and comfortable and with tv with a good variety of English speaking channels. Good sized work station for anyone on business - free wifi and also have ironing board and iron. Unless you have a premium room it might be worth remembering to pack a kettle. Handy for shopping mall and not too far ( unless you have mobility difficulties) into the old town. Close to the port and near to transport links. Breakfast offers a good variety for ... Read more

Fairly new hotel close to harbor and old town. Some of the rooms (specially near elevator9 has too thin doors so in some cases noisy rooms, but if you ask room further from lobby and elevator area then it's more quiet. Good bed and selection of pillows. Minibar in the room is waste of effert as prices of the products is more expensive than lobby bar ;o). Breakfast is good and variety of slection excellent. I can recommend this as the price / quality ratio is also good.

We spent a few days at this hotel. It's located close to Old Town and has a great view of the harbour. There is a super market and mini mall right across the street. The reception area is lovely with very helpful staff. The rooms are well kept, with comfortable beds and a good shower. The decor in the rooms is a little dated but the rest of the hotel is new. Great place to stay well in Tallinn.

We booked the hotel on booking. com. A secret deal for a superior room. We were very happy with the large marineview top floor room. Well equipped nothing to complain about great location in the harbour shopping centre across the road We would recommend it for business or pleasure. We will definitely book it again.

If you plan to stay in Tallinn and are going to take a ferry to Helsinski or Stockholm or St. Petersburg this is the perfect place to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. Ask for a top floor room facing the harbor and Baltic Sea. I am sitting in my room as I write this, looking out an open window with a cool sea breeze blowing in and a gorgeous sunset about to take place over a harbor that is filled with beautiful sailboats. City Center is about a 15 minute walk away. There is a huge supermar... Read more

If you are arriving in Tallinn by ferry from Helsinki then this hotel is for you. You can easily walk from the boat to the hotel. On maps the hotel looks some distance away, however, it is right there when you disembark. The hotel is not too far away from the Old Town, however for better site seeing it is within relatively long walking distance or short taxi ride to the Kadriorg Palace (worth seeing 5.5 Euro), Peter The Great House Museum (2 Euro) and the Kumu Art Museum (6 Euro). From there ... Read more

The hotel is located primarily near the port. We had a view over the marina, the ferry port and the cruise ship terminal. At first sight there's very little around the hotel but there is a small shopping mall across the street with a supermarket and a couple of snack places as well as some more specialist shops.. Our room was large, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast in the lobby restaurant was good - we did struggle to find a seat one day but we did eventually succeed. Food variety and quality... Read more

Friendly staff (speaking several languages), spacious rooms, good breakfast, and a good location - what's not to like? Okay, so there is underfloor heating rather than air conditioning, but opening a window will let in a summer breeze and cool your room somewhat. Great use of timber throughout the hotel if you are interested in design and architecture. Takes less than ten minutes to walk into the old town - but be careful crossing the highway, pedestrian crossings may not deter some drivers. Goo... Read more

We stayed two nights in sauna suite and it was perfect. Spacious room with awesome view to the harbour. A large balcony, two toilets and a good sauna. Breakfast was good enough and the service in front desk was very friendly. The location is perfect as well. We will definitely come back.

Hotel has an excellent location if you are coming to Tallinn by ship; few hunder meters from D-terminal. City centrum and the Old town is only a short walk away. Opposite to the hotel is the Norde Centre shopping mall which has a few shops. Standard room (for two) was spacy and clean with a big windows. I knew there was no air conditioning(?) but even then the room was pretty hot although the weather was around 20C. Opening the window didn't help much. Otherwise everything was okay and cleaning... This hotel is in a good location by the marina, about 10/15 mins from the Old Town and handy for the ferry terminal if you are arriving/leaving by sea. The hotel is bright, clean and modern and staff helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped including safe and hairdryer. Breakfast was good and the buffet was kept well stocked and tables cleared even though it was busy. If you are travelling by car it's better to use the Euro car park right next door as it costs only 3 euro... Read more

Because of rainy day, we took taxi from the ferry terminal to the hotel upon arrival Estonia from Helsinki by cruise. We didnâ??t realise that actually it is pretty close and we can see the big hotel building from the pier! We were offered to give EUR8 extra for upgrading to Superior Twin Room as we checked in before 10am. We were pleased with the arrangement as we could get our room earlier and it has a balcony overlooking the beautiful seaview. I like the little welcome sheep on the bed a... Read more

I booked this hotel for two nights for 2 adults and a baby on July 2016 because of it's good location, room price and ratings. However after checking in I noticed that the room wasn't cleaned properly. After noticing that one of the shampoo/soap bottles were partially used the first thing that came to my mind is that the room was probably cleaned in a hurry...I would not complain about such a small thing like partially used shampoo/soap bottles but it wasn't just about it...The drinking glasses ... Stayed here for 5 nights. Room was clean and tidy and breakfast was great! Good location. Only problem was that the room was very noisy due to what I think was the venting for the air conditioning system being right outside the window. There was a continuous droning which increased and decreased especially through the night. I had to wear earplugs which is very unusual for me. I did mention it to reception and asked if I could move rooms but due to the hotel being very busy that wasn't an option... Read more

A nice hotel opposite the ferry terminal. Food was good and hotel staff were polite. Walking distance to the city centre. It is overlooking a car park which was closed and opposite to a convenience store which was very convenient for buying snacks, water.etc. Has wi-fi. Breakfast was good.

We stayed here two separate times on this trip, once for 2 nights after the ferry from Helsinki and once for one night before catching the return ferry. We had stayed here on a previous trip and had a very good experience, and this time was at least as good. Desk clerks spoke good English and were very helpful. Each time we had bright, cheery harbor-view rooms. Rooms were very quiet, clean, and comfortable. When we complained about our shower drain being plugged, a handyman arrived within 10 min... Stayed here for two nights as part of a group. Upgraded my room to get a balcony, all of which was very nice but costs 19 euros per night. Did get however tea and coffee facilities which the group did not get. Rooms are spacious and OK. Furniture needs updating. Good bathroom and a huge tub. Good breakfast and very good service at the breakfast restaurant. There was a very nice young man working there. He really made my day just by being so kind and helpful - I did not know where to get hot water for my tea. He kindly helped me and made me feel very good by his kind words. If you are taking the ferry to Helsinki this is a great hotel to stay in - it's 5mins walk maximum to the terminus. Also easy to get to the Old City and a lovely walk through the Rotterman area. Rooms very comfortable and spacious. Big selection of breakfast foods. The dining room is crowded earlier for breakfast because of coach trips but if you go down from 9am onwards it is much less busy. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We booked the Hotel Euroopa because it was near to the port - but we were pleasantly surprised at exactly how near it was. The room was fine, the breakfast was wonderful, and the fact that there was a shopping centre - complete with the 'Rimi' supermarket, where you can get whatever you need, including hot cooked food - right across the road was the icing on the cake. Don't be put off by the need to approach this hotel through a large municipal car park as it is modern, clean and perfectly adequate for a short stay in Tallinn. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped - apart from the lack of tea-making facilities. The restaurant was OK but not exciting - although the set meal for the whole group was definitely preferable to a buffet. The breakfast buffet was predictable but acceptable - although I still wonder what makes it so difficult to produce a breakfast... Read more
