We returned from the hotel yesterday and unfortunately there isn`t almost nothing positive to say about our short vacation. Service was very poor; staff smoking, chatting and even laying on a couch in client zone. Room and the whole house in desperate need of renovation. The whole ecperience was like going back in time around 15 - 20 years. Only the service in spa (massage, salt chamber) was polite. Would not recommend to anyone.

Dear readers, I've visited many hotels and places, but this hotel is by far one of the worst hotels I've ever seen. My stay was booked for me by an organization of a meeting in Tallinn, and the hotel is supposedly very popular among the locals in Tallinn, as i supposedly offers a nice sauna. I did not check this out. But for me, and I presume for other travelers, this hotel was the worst. The hotel itself reeked of old smoke and dirt, and the room was extremely unpleasant. The bed was cove... Read more

This 'spahotel' was the worst hotel I've ever been and I will never go back. I had bought a cheap hotel night in this spa from Groupon (45e/night). But now afterwards, I wouldn't go there even if it was for free. The hotel was in really bad condition and most of the rooms were under renovation. Our room was really dirty and the smell was disgusting. Everyone of us got bad allergic reactions after 10 minutes of staying in our room. We visited also the 'spa'. Sauna was cold and we heard that it wa... Read more

Russian hotel - the staff is Russian and most of the guests are Russian. The staff is very polite and friendly. We had a one night package with one spa treatment, dinner and breakfast. Everything was fine except one of the waitresses was very lazy and did not show any interest in serving us. She didn't light the candle, we had to wait 20 minutes till she took away our finished dishes (after I mentioned it to her). The other waitress was the total opposite. The room was a bit chilly but everythin... Read more

Hotel is stuck in the 90-s post USSR period pretty much. Old carpets and furniture from all ages, strange decor, weird hallways and stairways, absolute lack of design or taste for that matter, make this small hotel feel special. It is not very comfortable, the breakfast is just OK, it is located far from Tallinn's downtown, it is truly strange and many will dislike it a lot. Yet, it is clean, personnel is friendly and quick to fix a problem, and the price we paid for two singles was 50 Euro. Rea... Read more

After a double booking in the Tallinn Old Town we had no choice but to change the already paid roof apartment to this hotel far away from the center of the town. The hotel smells like mold and in the morning all 5 of us had sore throats and one even had swollen eyes. Breakfast was ok.
